Do I need to turn off Voice And Data Roaming on my iPhone 5 if I am NOT traveling and I am in the USA?
Also can it stay on if I am traveling just through the USA and not getting near any Borders of the Country?

It should automatically ajust but you may not be able to use it if the country you're going to uses a different network service. The two main services are CDMA and GSM. iPhone 4S can connect to both, but iPhone 4's come in separate CDMA and GSM models. USA, China, Egypt and some other countries use CDMA so if you bought your iPhone from one of these countries, it will not work in most European countries or Australia because they use GSM

Then you're using the wrong Apple ID and passcode. You need the Apple ID and passcode that was initially used to activate the phone.

I didnt click anything that i remember...but all of a sudden there is a voice that wants to say every action i do or where i click etc. I checked everywhere to try and figure out what is doing this. If you want to stop sending reports to Apple and developers when apps crash, then go to System Preferences, click on Security & Privacy and click on Privacy. You will then see on the left side of the window an section for Diagnostics & Usage with the option to turn off sending crash data to app developers. What store are you trying to purchase in? If its a U.S. card - you have to use it in the U.S. store.
Go to Settings>General>International>Region Format>United States. Then go to Settings>Store>Tap your Apple ID. Tap View Apple ID. Enter your password. Go to country/region and make sure that you are in the U.S. store in there.

I have an iphone 4 with sprint which can't take a sim card. To avoid roaming charges while traveling internationally, do i put my phone on airplane mode.
I read you need to turn off cellular and voice data roaming as well but when I turn on airplane mode, it seems like roaming is automatically turned off.
Is this true?

Turning on Airplane Mode will prevent the phone from getting roaming charges as it cant connect to a cell tower.
P.S you can have WiFi on and still be in Airplan Mode. Just turn Airplane Mode on first, then turn the WiFi on

My husband purchased desk top Mac, and without importing anything via USB cord, it automatically is picking up my itunes library. He closed out, and signed in with his user id and password, and it still will only pick up mine. Someone told me it is because I have turned on "share wifi" in my itunes account, and need to turn that off first, but cannot figure out how to do it. Any suggestions?

You either have an incredibly complex computer setup or I think you are confusing terminology here. If you have iTunes set to share your library with others in your iTunes preferences then other computers in the area will see it as an item when they are running their iTunes and have it set to check for shared libraries. Your husband is probably seeing this when running iTunes on his computer. You can disable this sharing on your computer and/or he can set his not to pick up shared libraries.
By the way, an iTunes account is something you log into when you want to buy something from Apple. On your computer it is simply your iTunes collection or your iTunes application. So you need to turn off sharing in your iTunes application preferences.
Your husband is seeing "his" iTunes collection when running iTunes, but it is possible he doesn't have anything in it if it is a brand new computer.

Find My iPhone has nothing to do with receiving or not receiving text messages.
What you should have done is turn off iMessage prior to handing over the device.

Reboot your router. The icon only shows when connected to wifi and Apple TV or similar device. Same thing happened with my phone and the icon appeared in control center after router reboot.
