akinus, your reply does not make sense. The only way an iPod can determine its position is via wifi router location. An iPod does not have GPS. Also, GPS does not us data, it uses signal transmitted by satellites

You will experience no cost as long as you're on the wifi connection at all times. When I was in europe, my "data while roaming" option was set to off. I wouldn't use any data unless I was connected to a wifi hotspot somewhere, which are quite common in Europe.
To set the data services off while roaming, open up your settings. Go to Network Connections > Mobile Network. You can toggle your mobile network to off if you don't want to use your phone while in Europe or leave it on up to you but for data, use the drop down option and set it to Off. This way it won't use data over any mobile network and so only when using WiFi.

With the wifi-only model, yes you will need an external GPS with it. A few have been mentioned on here in the past but I can't remember the names of them - you could try either searching here for them, or just do a search on the internet for iPad compatible GPS devices (I'm not sure how many work with it).

try updating your iOS to the latest release. iOS updates reflect infrastructure changes on the general networks. downgrading your password is 'not' a good idea as wep passwords can be guessed /cracked relatively easily with minimal hacking software. Since you run ios 4.3.2 i would recommend upgrading first. you will then have full location services support installed on your device.
WEP should only be used if you have a device you cannot do without needs the wep authentication to connect.
do the update and then let me know what is happenning afterwards.

Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). I'm trying to sort out the same thing. I appears that under your iPhone Mail, Contacts, Calendar settings, you can change you account name that it syncs with, so you may be able to just add your AppleId account to your wifes settings, not sure. It also lists eMail, though, as well, so not sure how that would route your separate email.
Also, in AddressBook, there is a sharing option in preferences you might want to check out. I'm in the process of upgrading all our iOs stuff, so haven't had time yet to check it all out. It is taking a LOT of time to work through all this. Not seamless by any means.

I have a 2504 Wireless Controller with multiple radios attached. I currently have a "private" WLAN configured (taking ip from windows server based DHCP of Range 192.1681.0/24 ) and working, but I need to add a Guest/Public WLAN which should take the IP from Other DHCP Configured on Fortigate UTM of range 172.16.0.0/24.
We have one SG300 switch in the office and the rest are basic switches.
Our firewall/router is a Fortigate UTM 240D
Find the attached network diagram for the issue.
Is there a SIMPLE way to enabling guest access that doesn't require VLANS (or are VLANS easier than I'm making them)?

In that case, it should be possible. I haven't tried this directly, but I believe it should work.
You'll need to get an actual AirPrint compatible Printer.
Check here for a list of Printers you can choose from.

Once you have the compatible printer, using the Hotspot feature from the iPhone he'll have to create the Wifi bubble form the iPhone, and connect the Printer to that Wifi network.
Then connect the iPad to that same Wifi network provided by the iPhone. When all that is done, the printer should appear in any of the Apps that can Print under the Action Arrow button.
For instance in email, pressing the action arrow should show a Print option. In there the printer should appear.
Alternatively you can simply buy a wireless router and setup the network through there even if there is no internet attached. Connect the wireless printer to the router network, and connect the iPad or iPhone to that same wifi network to print.

I need to run a map against table on a particular dataset (WHERE clause) - how can i do it in OWB?
The map is loading data from table A into table B (doing all sorts of wierd and wonderful things in between). Now table A had more (a lot more) data added which i have to load into table B.
How can i modify my map so that it only runs agains this newly added data (normally i would do a where clause).
i cannot find how to do it in OWB :(
The map i am runnig is fairy complex so i didn't really want have to create another table/view of the data i need then remap in all etc.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well that is the thing - records are constantly added to table A all the time and then undergo tramsformations and loaded into table B. What i want to do is somehow indicate in the the map to only run agains records that have beed added (colmn2 = 'value').
At the moment i created a view for the desired dataset (colm2 = 'value') and remapped everything. But it is a bit of a pain:
1) there are a lot of functions and each takes a number of columns (i have some functions taking up to 6 diff columns)
2) i have data loaded to table A all the time and i need to then transform and load it to table B. so i try to aviod doing the whole re-mapping thing all the time.
In TOAD it would be a simple statment 'where colm2 = 'value' and all my functions will be run agains those records that satisfy the condition. How can i do it in OWB?
If i use filter - i would have to use 'mid' table where filtered records will be loaded and from that use 'mid' table as table A in the map. does this make sense?
the main disadvantage is the performance - moving data from one table to 'mid' table etc.
I tried using conditional load filter and it still doesn't do what i want.
After trying diff options i decided to ask people here about it. The only thing i have left to try is to ask Oracle support. I am sure it would be a 'user knowledge' as i am sure this functionality exist i just can't find any references to it.
