Do I purchase an 'upgrade' for a MacBook with nothing installed...?

I'm about to buy a second-hand MacBook. The seller says it will come with Snow Leopard pre-installed, but will not include the disk! So if I want upgrades I need to buy a fresh disk.
Maybe I'm searching wrong, but all I find in the store is the 'Snow Leopard upgrade'. Is that what I should buy?

The seller should be providing the original installation disks that came with the Macbook. They can get them from Apple for a small fee. Also, those disks come with the iLife suite (iPhoto, iWeb, iMovie, Guitarband, etc) and other Apple software that comes bundled with a new computer. If you don't have those disks, you cannot reinstall that software if they even put it on the computer they are selling you. It doesn't come with the OS.
It is a violation of the Software License Agreement to run a copy of Mac OS X on more than one computer, which is most likely what they are doing. Without the disk, you can't prove you are the license holder.
However, if you buy the Snow Leopard retail disk, you are fine installing it on you new Mac. There is nothing on the box or disk that declares that it is an 'Upgrade.' If you want the iLife suite which you should be getting from the seller, then buy the Box Set as it contains Snow Leopard and iLife and iWork (iWork does not come bundled with a new computer).

We users can't speak for Apple about your free Lion status or problems downloading, reissuing a download.
It's possible Apple could be spacing out the downloads as not to knock theservers offline. So be patient.
If after a week or so when the initial rush is over, and you still haven't gotten your Lion, I suggest you contact Apple.
Mission critical

No you will need to purchase the upgrade. However if you own other Macs you want to upgrade once you have purchased Lion then you can upgrade the additional machines. Of course the additional machines must be using the same Apple ID. As long as the additional machine's meet the minimum system requirements listed below you are all set.

2GB of memory
OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)

Your initial post indicated that you had a CC subscription. That seems to imply that you have subscribed. If you hadn't already purchased Lightroom 6 I would suggest that you wait until you decide about CC. You really don't need both because the Lightroom program is precisely the same except for Lightroom 6 without the creative cloud has no Lightroom mobile capabilities. But I was only trying to help.

With tcode FBL3N, I need to get all the postings on expenses accounts. Additionally it is possible to get more information on the postings from the orginal paper invoice. It shall be also more convenient to get the purchase order number walk trhough SAP with it. Then is it possible to get the purchase order number for each postings with FBL3N?

Could you please add field BSEG-EBELN as a special field in FBL3N (from
menu path Settings -> Special fields).
Then, select the Purchase order field again from "Change Layout"
(Ctrl+F8). Now this field is available for display variants, it has the
technical name 1-U_EBELN and the description 'Purchase Document'.
The other field has the same description but as technical name
'1-EBELN'. When you create a display variant be aware that you select
1-U_EBELN and not 1-EBELN.
