Do not get iforgot reset email

Hi, my mother forgets her password continuously so she has reset her password several times. Now the forgot password doesn't work anymore.
What do I do now? I looked in junk, spam and everywhere.

AppleCare has announced a new process to assist institutions with returned devices which may be activated locked.  For customers who experience this for the first time please call AppleCare at 800-800-2775 so that the process and needed documentation can be explained.  After the initial call customers can email with the required documentation for all Activation Lock Removal requests.

    If you aren't getting the email, and you've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox, then you could try contacting iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
    or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

    That looks like a JSON bookmarks backup file, from 11-01-2012. Did you try '''restoring''' that file?

    Never messed with JSON files other than viewing them on a few occasions out of curiosity. There are no line breaks which make them very difficult to read.
    As far as working with that file in {like} NotePad goes:
    A. use Find / Search for each indecent of a '''"uri"''' string, then "copy and paste" the uri into another text file, and then move on to the next "uri" string.
    B. use a text program where a filter can be set for the "uri" field in the JSON file for a line break or to "scrape out" the "uri"s only for display or export to a list of uri's.
    Or try using an online JSON editor like this, to try to display only the "uri" field.

    Did you check your gmail account to see if it is working OK?
    Are you sure you didn't make a typo when you entered the gmail address as a change?

    Start here, and reset your security questions, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't help or you don't have a rescue address, you might try contacting Apple throughiTunes Store Support

  • Don't get password reset email from Mozilla

    I filled in the 'please reset my password' form 3 times and still do not see any password reset email. Over the weekend all my bookmarks disappeared and the solution apparently is to logon and perform a Sync reset. But I can't do that without my password. How can I get my new password link? I use gmail and my spam folder has no reset email. Is the Firefox password reset service working?

    I forgot to mention for future finders of this error report. If you click on the 'Server Status' button that appears at the bottom of your FF screen (I'm running v15.01) you are taken to a web page showing there is supposedly nothing wrong with the Sync servers and a link to send in troubleshooting information. That link is[http:// http://blog.mozilla.org/jv/2011/10/03/help-mozilla-services-operations-debug-whats-wrong-with-sync/ http://blog.mozilla.org/jv/2011/10/03/help-mozilla-services-operations-debug-whats-wrong-with-sync/] and if you follow the procedure and send in the info it sounds like they are supposed to follow up with you debugging your Sync issue. So far the follow up has not occurred for me.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

    Yes, I opened a new account for right now, but I have lots of purchases that where made through this account and would love to get them back.
