Do not renew my membership
Dear Adobe,
Please do not renew my Creative Cloud membership. I've spent 30 minutes looking for a button to do this. I've been harassed to not cancel my membership in the live chat where I wasted another 15 minutes. I do not wish to cancel early and pay a fee, I just DO NOT WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION TO AUTO RENEW!
Is anyone able to make this happen for me please? I want to stop auto renewal now so I don't have to remember to do it next month.
Please make this happen. I cannot believe how difficult Adobe has made this. It is criminal and will certainly make me think twice about purchasing any Adobe product in the future.

After updating from CC to new 2014 updates Lightroom would not go from 'Library' to 'Develop' - develop screen was greyed out showing the message 'Develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop module.' Since my membership is fully up to date. I then uninstalled Lightroom 5 and then installed it again. Now when I try to open Lightroom 5 its LOGO flashes onto the screen and then 'crashes' in an instant. Please fix.

I went to see my LR. When I went to work on images and I went to DEVELOP it says I need to renew my membership. That is not possible because I bought the membership in Dec 2014 and it was the 1 year membership. What could be the issue? Please advise
Log into Adobe.com with your Adobe ID and check your details there. I think you may need to call the support number for your location. We cannot help more here.

Why does Adobe email me to say I have been removed from my CC membership (because licence was not renewed) BUT Adobe does not have the common sense to tell me my membership is DUE for renewal – so I could have renewed it – BEFORE I was cancelled.

Hello,
I'm having problems on the Lightroom CC App,as it seem's that when I open the Develop heading at the top of the screen,there is message that comes,which says this section is disabled and I need to renew my membership.My membership is up to date regarding payments etc.I use the student/ teacher version of the CC as I'm a student.Can anybody please advise what the problems seem's to be and what can i do to access the develop and other facilities on Lightroom?

Ps Is this a common problem on the Student/teaching version of CC?This is an indication that Lightroom is not connected to your subscription. Verify that your are logged into the Creative Cloud desktop app, or try logging out and back in again to refresh your subscription information: Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Also, verify that your student subscription is still current and active. -
I recently changed my plan to the photoshop plan which includes photoshop and Lightroom but LR won't let me go into the Develop Module or the other Modules because it says Develop Module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate. I'm still a member so why won't it let me go into Develop Module? or any of the other modules?
The Photoshop LR CC is active but you have not yet activated it. The activation server shows it. Please log out & log back in of the CC desktop CC.
The Complete CC purchased last year is active till 11th of July. In case after logging out & logging back in does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer support Contact Customer Care

You should not have the issue from before. If you do, then just sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID.

If you purchased the Perpetual Licensed version of Lightroom and received a 24 numeric serial number you will have to download the correct version from the link below.
Before doing the new installation you will have to uninstall the existing version from your computer (it is the Creative Cloud version) since it is requesting you to "renew your membership" . This process will not interfere with your Catalog file, Preferences or your personal files, it will just remove the existing application. Both versions are the same application just a different download and activation process.
Reboot your system then run the install of the Perpetual License download and input the serial number to activate. Things should be fine.

The Develop module is saying "Develop module disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop module". I bought the product at full price several months ago and have had no problems using it until, so I am not sure what it is asking of me. I only had it on one other computer before I added it to this second computer, and I understand we get 3 copies. There should not be any issues. I need an answer ASAP.. actually pretty shocked that there is no immediate customer service that I can contact for a problem like this.
If the develop module is disabled then you have downloaded and installed Lightroom from the creative cloud. It cannot be licensed with a serial number. It requires a creative cloud subscription, and is activated and kept active with your Adobe ID and password. That version will not work on your computer and will have to be uninstalled. Then you can install from one of these two links:
Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
This will have no impact on your catalog or your images. After you install from the right website you will be able to continue where you left off. -
I had a 12 month membership and now lightroom has asked me to renew my membership in order to continue using it and i cant see where to renew it
Did you purchased the Full Perpetual License from Adobe for $149.00?, if so then what has happened is that you probably downloaded the Creative Cloud trial version which has now expired.
The license key for the perpetual version will not be accepted to activate the CC version.
Uninstall the existing Lightroom and then download the one available from the link below. The uninstall process will not affect your Catalog, Preferences or personal files but will just remove the application. Install the new download and you license key will be accepted.

Renewed my Membership but can't launch Photoshop CS6 now without it telling me to renew
Just renewed my membership with Creative Cloud yesterday but now can't launch Photoshop CS6. Got past the activation problem. Now it is asking me to renew my membership. AGAIN?
This issue comes when the Ps app not uninstalled but manually deleted. So when you try to download, it shows you that Ps CC is already installed.
Run the Cleaner tool to remove Ps CC :http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . Restart your system and then try installing Ps again.
