Do not store a metal stylus in the Z22 !!!!

I found out the hard way ... hold your z22 up to the light so that you can look into the hole where the stylus is stored. You will see light reflecting off the edge of the printed circuit board.
If you insert a metal stylus into the hole, it can easily touch the circuit board, shorting it out and ruining your Z22.
Palm disputes this, but it is quite obvious that short circuiting a delicate electronic device will easily ruin it.
Use a plastic stylus only. By the way, if you lose your stylus, a tine broken off a plastic fork makes a great replacement.

I've seen this reported by several Z22 users over the years... Each one says the same thing - a shorted out motherboard caused by a metal stylus inserted into the barrel!

Hello, Well where should I start. I've had considerable trouble with this problem. With a Nokia 6230 I had it working perfectly, then I updated to a later version of PC Suite and it stopped saving sent items. I checked the discussion group and some people said PC Suite does not save Sent Items. I checked with Nokia Australia and they said the same thing - even though I knew I had it working earlier??? I kept reinstalling PC Suite and miraculously the feature came back???? I then used the phone and PC Suite for about six months without any problems.
I now have a new 6120 Classic with a USB cable and everything works beautifully.

On you iPhone go to settings-iTunes & AppStore.
Tap user name, sign out.
Log back in with your apple ID and password.
That should fix the problem

Ok, you should generally only get this when you are converting your ID to an iTS account for the first time.
Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID and you should get this.... IRC once you agree or accept it's now an iTS account and you wont get that again.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Hello, I have no idea if my question went out, so I'll post it again. I have two iPads (one 3rd gen and one 4th) that use the same iTunes/store account. I want the two devices to game with each other, but the apps recognize them as the same. I have created two different iCloud accounts in an attempt to differentiate between the two, but no luck. How can I continue to use the same iTunes/store account for music and movies, but also have the two devices recognize each other for games?

You can share your iTunes ID and still have separate iCloud accounts with separate IDs, they don't have to be the same. If you kids don't already have an iCloud account, have them set up separate accounts on their devices using separate IDs. If they are already sharing your account, migrate their devices to separate accounts. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos they wish to keep to ther camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing arrow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. If they are syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to them so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in their new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from thier device and won't effect your device), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone (if using iOS 7). Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create their new account and choose Merge to upload the data. Once everyone is on a separate account you can go to icloud.com from your computer, sign into each account separately and delete your data from their account.

How did you move the music to the external drive? What exactly is on the drive? The entire iTunes folder or only music? If it is the entire iTunes folder you can do the option+start suggestion earlier. We do have a place in the UK which we could use as an address, but for various reasons it gets a bit complex even though we still have a UK bank account. We moved to France when there were no iDevices and apps around, just bought the occasional music, so it wasn't a problem. Funny thing is I can't even download the free UK bank app because it's not available in the French store .
I'll live with the problem for now as we plan to move back to the UK in a year or so - we miss the weather .
