Just ordered a refurbished macbook pro retina yesterday and was wondering I qualified for the free download of pages, numbers, and keynote. Just wondering because I ordered the refurbished not brand new.
You should. When it arrives & you get it set up, go to the Mac App Store & see if they are available to you.

The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future? -
Running Vista Ultimate. Itunes 10.6.1 is now asking to answer 3 security questions before accessing the store. After entry I get "error in the itunes store -1202" I cannot purchase music at this point. Any help is appreciated.
This problem is resolved. I deleted the old iTunes (with write permissions turned on for my account) and reinstalled successfully. Removing the deleted iTunes from Trash was troublesome even with root but after playing around with permissions and flags, I was able to remove it.

I have had 4 mac computers and after years of downloading songs from itunes, I keep recieving a message that I need to set up an account. when I try to make a new account, i get an error that says i already have an account.
Have you tried checking the Store drop-down menu in the iTunes interface to see if you are signed in the existing account?

You can transfer all the iTunes purchased music from the iPod Touch to your new computer.
From iTunes: How to move your music to a new computer:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod has your purchased content from the iTunes Store, you can transfer the content to a computer that is authorized for your Apple ID.
Note: This option only works for content you purchased from the iTunes Store (as opposed to content from other sources, such as CDs you may have imported). For content you did not purchase from the iTunes Store, synchronization occurs in one direction only. This means your content can be copied from a computer to your iOS device, but cannot be copied from your device to a computer.
Open iTunes.
From the Store menu, choose Authorize Computer.
In the dialog that appears, the Apple ID button is selected by default. If you have an AOL account, select AOL.
Enter your Apple ID or AOL account and password. Then, click the Authorize button.
Connect your device your computer. If it is synced with another iTunes library, the following may appear:

I had to replace the hard drive on my computer. I am now trying to download Adobe Photoshop CS6, previously purchased. I get an error that files are missing after waiting for the whole download. I have Windows7

When I changed computers, my IPADII did not get the apps I had purchased when synching. It did get themusic, calendar and related items. I tired Restore, but that did not work. what do you suggest?
I would try first in iTunes right clicking on your iPad and selecting "Transfer Purchases from iPad". This will add any new downloads from your iPad to your computer. Then click on the iPad and at the top choose Apps and make sure you have "Sync Apps" checked. I hope that helps.

I need help Apple!!!! I keep trying to download apps and it always says "youve already purchased this, so it Will be downloaded Now at no additional charge." How to get a refund for app store purchases after 90 days
Is it possible to recieve a refund for App store purchases after 90 days have passed. In my case I purchased several apps by the same developer which cost around £10 in total, but due to a recent update they are now unusable and lead to frustration as they are impossible to use. The initial purchase was longer than 90 days ago, however the most recent update that has lead to the faulty item was probably within the last 90 days.

Find out what applications are optimized for its use under the operating system
in question, and see if those applications perform as expected. As for the warranty, if you can be sure the Mac has a serial number, http://www.apple.com/support/ has a search field where you can enter the serial number, and it will give you the warranty coverage on that machine. Some machines you can apply for additional AppleCare coverage. Ask the seller what additional coverage you can buy if it isn't already there.

How can I get a download again after I already bought it?
About a week and a half ago, I bought a new South Park episode. I wasn't gonna have time to download it after I bought it, so I closed iTunes. I opened it again to see if the download was gonna still be there, but it wasn't there. Can I get the download again without paying again?

iTunes is updated and works fine and I am able to log onto my account. When I go to purchase a song, I get the error message "Your Apple ID has been disabled". I've tried different methods: changing passwords, making a new account with another email address, and emailing itunes tech support. I am curious as to how many others have been experiencing the same issue. When I googled the error, it seemed like it was happening extremely often with many people.

I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem.
