Do we have function to mix old batch when stock transfer?

Dear Guru,
I have a requirement as detail below.
- We have storage location 0001 and 0002.
- At storage location: 0001 has material code: 30001 as batch: BBB
- At storage location: 0002 has material code: 30001 as batch: AAA
- We would like to move stock from Sloc: 0001 to 0002 as mix batch AAA + BBB to new batch: CCC.
Is it possible to post only one time?
Now we have to stock transfer from Sloc: 0001 to 0002 and then transfer posting (Batch to Batch).
Please kindly advice. Thank you

I'm sorry I did not explain the exactly requirement.
Actually we have pipeline material but I don't want to use material type PIPE.
So when we post GI the material (261 or 201), we would like to post GR 501 immediately before GI.
or
When we post GR 501 of that material, system will automatic post GI material 261 immediately.

Split Valuation by Batch and Stock Transfer

Hi Experts
I have split valuation activated by Batch (X) in my plants. When i try to transfer a material from Plant 1 to Plant 2 the system could not copy the price of sending plant into recieving plant batch. System updates the quantity in the recieving plant without any value. So the cost of sending plant inventory is going into expense/revenue from stock transfer account in recieving plant.
What is missing from my end to have the system automatically copy the sending plant batch value into the recieving plant batch and update the inventory in recieving plant accordingly.

It depends on how you do the "transfer". If it is an intercompany tfr, it will use the price on the PO in the receiving plant, and you can then make that to be the vale of the sender plant in the condition records.
Otherwise it will use the ruling price in the destination plant.

Kindly enter batch in STO after storage Location column in every line which you enter in STO. then you can create delivery batch no automatically comes in delivery. There are no require to split batch in delivery.

Very easily. I have an iPod touch and iPad on the same account with totally different content.
If you use iTunes, connect each iPad to your computer and open iTunes and deselect any automatic updating/syncing. If you don't sync with iTunes but have them set up independently, under the settings, App Store, turn off automatic downloads for apps, etc.
I'm old fashioned, I set up and sync my iPad and iPod to my computer and iTunes. Each device has a different name and I manage content manually and only allow sharing on what I want shared.

In turning the Macbook and monitor on, the monitor displays very well, but within a few minutes it begins this incessant blinking (temporary black out of the screen that lasts anywhere from 1-5 seconds). This has been going on for a long time (it also happended with my older monitor which apparantly I threw out when I should have kept it thinking it was the problem). From reading various blogs in the Apple support community, this appears to be a widespread problem, but I don't find a solution, only a lot of speculation. I'm very surprised the Apple folks haven't figured this out. As a new Apple user, heretofor, I have been very impressed with the support and effort to get fixes out to users. This, however, has me frustrated to the point of junking my Mac and going back to a PC. I love the Macbook Air and most of the functionality, but I cannot function without an external monitor. Your dsplay is getting extended onto the external monitor. Chcnage the setting to duplicate it or only display on the external monitor and you should be fine,

Issue in deleting the old batches in SARA

Hi,
I need to delete few old batches inorder to convert the batch from plant level to material level. I tried tcode SARA. I have run the write portion and system shows the number of objects selected in the job log. I can see the archive sessions also in management session . The job status also is green.
But when I run the delete portion, where I have to do the archive selection before executing, Iam not finding any files mentioned here for selection
How can I solve this issue. How to bring the archive files to this archive selection tab?

Thanks a lot for the inputs. It helped me to go ahead further. I checked the spool list and could see an error. I cleared it. Now I can see the archive selection file. I did the delete run also. The batch is deleted from table MCHB. But it still exist in table MCHA.
The deletion flag is set at material level. Why the archiving is not removing batch from MCHA table?

I ended up reformating the drive as FAT32 because I still need to use it on my Windows 98SE system also. I did have a problem with the allocation size. I wanted to use 512 bytes but it kept failing so I used the default size(8192 bytes) and then it worked fine. I didn't think there would be a problem formatting as NTFS but since you are having problems I just tried it. It failed at 512 bytes allocation size so I tried again using 4096 bytes, the default, as the allocation size and it failed again. It looks like these drives will not format as NTFS.
Also, I think I figured out what's going on with the ReadyBoost problem. As I said initially it wouldn't work with ReadyBoost then after I had 12GB of data on the drive the ReadyBoost feature started working. After I deleted all the files it quit working again. After doing some reading on the net about Flash drives and ReadyBoost problems it appears that the memory chips on my Lenovo Flash drive are mixed with both fast memory chips that work fine with ReadyBoost and slower memory chips that are too slow for ReadyBoost. Apparently, after I fill up the portion of memory with data that uses the slow chip(s) then ReadyBoost works fine with the fast chip(s). I also verified the Flash drives read and write memory speeds using Vista's Event Viewer. To work with ReadyBoost the Flash drive has to read at a minimum of 2.5MB/s (for 4KB random reads) and write at a minimum of 1.75MB/s (for 512KB random writes).
Let me know what you find out.

I had the Hardcore mix and a rap mix and classic rock and grunge mixes...now I don't...I kinda want those back...the mixes I have now make no sense as most the songs on each do not correlate AT ALL to the genre mix they have been placed in. If someone could give me an answer that'd be great.

1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to.

ask the user why he enters the * in the batch field. the star carries out batch determination, which makes sense for goods issues.
Maybe you user just got told to do this without beeing told when he shall do this.
if you dont want the values entered by a user, then you have to code this in a user exit.
For me it is more an education problem than a SAP problem.
Users should understand what they are doing, restriction is the very last step for me in SAP

If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data before doing anything else. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It changes nothing, for better or worse, and therefore will not, in itself, solve your problem. The backup is necessary on general principle, not because of anything suggested in this comment. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Then click anywhere in the Terminal window and paste (command-V). The text you pasted should vanish immediately. If it doesn't, press the return key.
If you're logged in as an administrator, you'll be prompted for your login password. Nothing will be displayed when you type it. You will not see the usual dots in place of typed characters. Make sure caps lock is off. Type carefully and then press return. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you make three failed attempts to enter the password, the script will run anyway, but it will produce less information. In most cases, the difference is not important, so don't worry about it.
The script may take up to a few minutes to run, depending on how many files you have and the speed of the computer. There is no indication of progress until it's done. Wait for the line "[Process completed]" to appear in the Terminal window.
You can then quit Terminal. The output of the script will have been copied to the Clipboard automatically. All you have to do is paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V again. If any personal information, such as your name or email address, appears in the output, anonymize it before posting. Usually that won't be necessary. Please don't copy anything from the Terminal window.
When you post the output, you might see in your browser the message, "You have included content in your post that is not permitted." That's because the forum software falsely identifies something in the post as a violation of the terms of use. If that happens, please post the output on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

Wiping out Old Batch Characteristics in MSC2N

Hi,
I have a requirement where I have to do a Material-To-Material Transfer (VLMOVE) and update the Batch Characteristics in a Custom Inbound Posting Program. Now, I am able to update the batch Characteristics for the new Material with the Characteristic Values received in the Inbound IDoc.
However, I am unable to wipe out (Clear) all the Old Batch Characteristics for the Old material. Can somebody give me an idea as to how exactly do we go about clearing all the Batch Characteristics for a Material - Batch Number in MSC2N Transaction?

also search for BAPI_BATCH*
u will get other bapis from it...
OR else...
at last u can have one more option is LSMW...
because MSC2N is SAP Njoy Tcode so it wont allow BDC...

First we need to know which one of the 9 different models of MacBook you have. To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info (and then System Report if you’re running 10.7 Lion). When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier and post it back here.
The Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody and the Late 2009 model 6,1 and Mid 2010 model 7,1 White Unibody have a Mini DisplayPort. The Early 2006 model 1,1 through Early 2008 model 4,1s plus the Early and Mid 2009 model 5,2s have Mini-DVI ports. Each would take a different adapter to connect with the TV.

I desperatly need to "back it up" ASAP, so I can buy a new iPhone, and I really need to be able to transfer my 5 years worth of info to a new iPhone, (a 4S). The computer I used to back my iPhone on when I first got it no longer works, so I was wondering about being able to back my iPhone up to my daughters laptop, but she also has an iPhone 3GS, that's already backed up to her laptop. I know you couldnt back up two iPhones up to one computer, (at least that's what I was told, years ago), but I was recently told by an "Apple" rep that I could "probably" back my iPhone up to her computer without losing anyone's info, if I created a "Secondary User Name Account" on her computer. I'm not comfortble doing this unless I'm reassured more than being told that it's "probably" safe.
Does anyone know what options I have, and if this idea would result in one or both of us losing our info, if we tried to store two iPhones "back up info" on one laptop?
My phone's barely working at all, but I can still access my info, (for now, at least). I really need to do something now.
Could anyone who knows how this works please give me some info?

First, you don't have a 5+ year old 3GS. The 3GS has only been around for under 4 years. In fact, 5 years ago there were NO iPhones; the original iPhone (2 generations before the 3GS) came out on June 29, 2007 - not quite 5 years ago. The 3GS was released June 19, 2009.
That aside, you can sync multiple phones to one computer - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1495. boogeyman is wrong. It is 100% safe to create an additional user name on her computer, log in with that name, and back up the phone. See this for details on what you want to do: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2109
