While Configuring Siebel Server we are getting "Unable to Connect to Gateway server" error in siebel 8.2.2.14
Our OS is windows 2008 R2 64 bit,Orcale client is 11g 32 bit and Oracle DB is in 11g.We are also able to connect to DB using ODBCSQL.
Please help.

HTML Body is lost from when it is read from Exchange Server 2007 to siebel 7.7.2.12

An HTML Email body sent through any email client. If the body type is HTML, when it comes through POP3 Exchange server 2007 and Siebel driver reads the mail it looses the Body formatting. I have already tried with the following options
1) Adminstration Communication -> Communication Drivers and Profiles -> Internet SMTP/POP3 Server -> Driver Parameters -> Create Plain Text From HTML to True - This did not help
2) Adminstration Communication -> Communication Drivers and Profiles -> Internet SMTP/POP3 Server -> Driver Parameters -> Convert Incoming To Plain Text to True - This did not help
Both the combination did not help
We also tried changing the POP3 properties at Exchange server level, where any email that is coming will always gets changed to plain text or HTML even that did not help.
Any suggestions or recommendations are highly appreciated.

I also think it's caused due to the software confliction, to verify this, please perform a clean boot:
Log on to the computer by using an account that has administrator rights.
Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press Enter to start the System Configuration utility.
Note If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, you should type the password or provide confirmation.

Use Original Boot.ini check box is unavailable.)

Disable all.

Note This step lets Microsoft services continue to run. These services include Networking, Plug and Play, Event Logging, Error Reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you may permanently delete all restore points. Do not
do this if you want to use the System Restore utility together with existing restore points.
Click OK, and then click Restart.
If there's no issue in clean boot, I suggest you double check the settings or the better way to contact the developer of the softwares to do further research on this issue.

Do we need to have Robo Server to enable commenting?

I am sorting out the requirements re RoboAIR help. If we wish to have folks inside our firewall be able to enter comments, do we need to have RoboHelp server inplace? The help systems I am converting to Robo assist call center CSRs. A VP is looking for feedback and comments from those CSRs to help improve the quality of the help system. Has anyone implemented comments in an AIR help system? If so, it would be great for you to share your process!

Commenting is only available with locally installed AIR help, not the browser based version.
I believer there is a thread that covers setting up commenting with locally installed AIR help.

Is it possible to have a server with both a 2007 DP role and 2012 DP role?

Is it possible to have a server with both a 2007 DP role and 2012 DP?
A client has been sold that as part of the migration the vendor will continue use the existing 2007 servers as DPs, and add the 2012 DP role as part of the migration - then at some future point remove the 2007 role.
Sounds a bit wonky to me, it would be great to have your insights, some MS documentation or case study - to either provide a level of comfort or give me some foundation to chime in and request they adjust their expectations... I haven't found anything yet.
It's not side by side technically, more of concurrent migration?

I HATE your new version - I want the OLD one back!! I have vision issues. I need HELP

This morning Firefox dowwnloaded its newest version 3.6.18, As a result, the display on my screen went from 100% to about 60% making it difficult for me to easily see the details. The same applies to all my bookmarks. I tried to download a previous version as I did the last time this happened without success. I need your help as I have vision issues. Previous versions allow3ed for full screen display at low resolution.
