Do we need to have multiple vendor root orgs in PPOCV_BBP, when
we have mutliple backends to be linked to the same SRM server ?
Please do provide your valuable inputs.

Ideally, you should have only one Root node for Vendor.

I do not want to use demo versions for 60 days nor request a temp license for 6 months.

I've downloaded the HP 871Xb driver for Labview 6.0 from the NI website that also had a getting started vi which has the basic data acquisition features. I also had a look at the other vi's provided but those too didn't have the features I'm looking for.
I want my vi to have options like Amplifier->(Transmission / Reflection / Power) menu. Also an Averaging menu with Average On/Off and Average Factor options. Also a source menu where I can choose the Number of Points. Also it should have Log mag/Lin mag/SWR/phase/real/imaginary/impedence magnitude options.
None of the VI's provided by the driver had these options.
Is there anyway I could program a VI with these options. Or better
yet, is there any place I could download a VI with these options already available.

The fastest way to get a solution for your problem is to write those features by yourself. You can look into the manual for that instrument and contact the instrument manufacturer for some help.
You can submit a request to add all the features that you want in that driver on our website as well. If you want to do so then go to:

About to purchase a MacPro trying to figure out if i need the Westmere Dual Processors or say the single processor 3.32 ghz w/3gb RAM? This is for the electronic prepress department of a printing company. Mainly we need to have multiple apps. running

Will be using applications all at once like Quark ,CS5... Indesign,photshop, AI...etc.
Will be exporting and writing PDF's and Postsript files constantly along with a few networked servers.
Just a lot of application work!
Right now the department has 5 Macs 4 of them are the older PowerPC's and one is a 2008 or 2009 MacPro 2.8ghz QuadCore (singleprocesser) which is by far the fastest machine. Now we need another one or maybe two more but would like to be even faster than the MacPro we have but not go over the 3,000 mark for price.

buy 2,8 4-core and upgrade to W3680 yourself. sell the 2.8 or keep it as backup. Very affordable 6-core, or just spring for the fastest single cpu BTO.
Invest in 8GB DIMMs (4 x 8GB) and SSD - 3rd party RAM, 3GB is enough to boot, period.
Wait for SATA3, more bandwidth, Sandy Bridge E Xeons.

Missed Deadline need to have multiple Escalation Rules- Workflow

Dear Brothers,
Workflow Requirement is:
there are 3 approvers A,B,C. A is the initial Approver and B is the supervisor of A. C is the manager of B.
For the first 2 days if the Approver A does not approve his work item then we need to inform him of the missed deadline.
and if the Approver A has not approved the work item at the end of 4th day, then the Approver A and Supervisor B need to be informed of the missed deadline.
And if the Approver A has not approved the work item at the end of 6th day then the Approver A , Supervisor B and the Manager C need to be informed of the Missed deadline.
so, i hope there need to be 3 different escalation rules
Please help on this..
I have tried working with modeled deadline and using the obsolete branch . i am not able to properly fulfill the requirement.

hi,
i have found a easy solution.
the method i tried and got successful is:
1. after the step which contains the latest end entry i have included a background send mail step.
2. i have created another activity step which will send mail and in this step i have used the requested start . its like first mail goes for 2 days so the next mail needs to go for 4 days . so here i have mentioned 2 days in the requested start tab
3. created another activity step which sends mail, here again i mentioned 2 days in the requested start tab so it makes it step get executed after 6 days.

I need to have multiple foreign keys on one column, can Designer do this?..

Basically I've a table that needs to link to three other tables. As far as I can tell Designer will only let me have the foreign keys on seperate columns;
Column_1 - FK1
Column_2 - FK2
Column_3 - FK3
I think it's a much better database design is to have all three link to one column and have a Type column denoting which table to references
Column_1 - FK1, FK2, FK3
Column_2 - Type (FK1, FK2, FK3)

Why does my firefox 6.0.1 go not responding every time I open a second tab? I need to have more than 1 tabs open for what I'm doing.

Details: I open browser to go to page. From there I open second page which I've always been able to do and it won't load. It says no responding and sits there forever deciding what to do. Then it will finally say something about stop running script, which I just let it run or x it out. Either way, it shuts down or it might load or just sit there. I've always loved firefox but I'm it's upsetting me as I can't do things on my computer now I need to do.

If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one.

I have the dreaded cracking/popping right now and for whatever reason this goes away when I put my X-Fi into either Entertainment or Audio Creation mode.

I can't uninstall in order to reinstall. It keeps telling me a previous version needs to have the computer restart. I restart. Back to needing to restart. Right now I can't access Firefox at all.

I upgraded to the new version and something went funky. Tab weren't working. So thought I'd uninstall and reinstall and now I'm stuck in the cycle. I can't uninstall as it tells me that a previous version needs the computer to restart. I'll restart and then try again and get the same message. If I try to just reinstall, it get the same message. Right now, I can't access Firefox at all. Help!

I understand that you are unable to uninstall the software in order to re-install the software with your HP Officejet 8600. I am sorry for the frustration, but I am happy to help!
I am not sure which version of Windows you are using, but this should work with Windows XP and up. Please try a level-three uninstall by going through this fatal error guide, Fatal Error 'Error 1155. Not Found.' (MSI Error 1155) Displays During Software Installation in Windo.... Even though this guide does not match your error, I believe the level-three instructions will help.
