With Boot Camp making an driver disk that we install on Windows to help it work with Mac hardware, do will sill to buy and install the Mac Drive app for Windows to read the Mac HDD and can we use 2 HDDs with Boot Camp?

Windows running with Boot Camp is just normal Windows, and cannot access data on Mac formatted disks. This may be considered good, since it gives the OSX disks some protection against malevolent Windows software. Beware if Windows offers to do anything with OSX disks, such as mark them with a signature. It may say that it's harmless, but don't believe it.
Apple is providing Boot Camp free, so there is no way they could include MacDrive.

New iPod Touch devices require a minimum of Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.8 in addition to a fairly recent version of iTunes. If you are running Tiger (10.4) or earlier, you can't just update to Leopard for free; you have to buy it.

If you are currently running Mac OS X 10.5.x or earlier, you need to buy the upgrade to 10.6 and update it to 10.6.8. Apple still sells 10.6, but only if you call them on the phone, and you can only buy it on a disc. Also, you need to make sure your Mac is new enough to run 10.6.

If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. I do not need Mac OS9 Classic so can I just erase everything and start fresh with Mac OS 10.3.9? I have the installation discs for that program and that is what system is running now.

You can just drag the OS 9 system files in a folder called "System Folder" to the Trash & after you empty the trash, it will be gone. You don't have to erase the HD and reinstall 10.3.x. OS 9 doesn take much space on your HD, so may users just leave it even though they rarely/never use it.
You can do the same (drag to Trash) with any OS 9 applications you have installed.
