The fixes/enhancements with this update are as follows....
To improve print quality.
Enable borderless printing for Bluetooth connection.
Improve performance when printing borderless.
Improved power management thru Auto Off feature for printers connected to power supply: The following sections describes how it can be managed.
For stationary Printer connected to power: Please press Cancel and Bluetooth button together for 5 seconds to turn off auto off. To verify the settings please press and hold Power button, press the Resume button four times and a page with the time for auto off will be indicated.
For printer connected by battery: Use the default settings.
For printer using both power supply and battery: Please press Cancel and Bluetooth button together for 5 seconds to turn off Auto Off feature when using it in stationary mode. To verify the settings please press and hold Power button, press the Resume button four times and a page with the time for auto off will be indicated. To turn off Auto Off feature, please press Cancel and Bluetooth button again set to the default timing of 15mins for Auto Off.
Improve carriage reliability.

From what I have read here on this forum, the apple iPad is not capable of printing via BlueTooth.

Wireless printing problem with hp officejet 100 mobile printer from win 7 dell laptop

My hp officejet 100 mobile printer was working fine with my dell XPS 15 in bluetooth wirelessly until my laptop crashed. Now I can not get it to print internet info except with hard wire connection. Page loads half way and then stops. Must shut down laptop and shut off printer or hard wire and shut off bluetooth. down loaded lastest drivers to no avail. printer will print from cell phone and win 8 computer via bluetooth but not win 7 laptop.

Sorry you are having problems with printing from the internet. I have a few more questions to ask you before I can be of much assistance.
What web-browser are you using?
Do you have any problems printing from Word or other non-internet documents?
What did you do to fix your computer (system restore, clean install of the OS, etc)?
Have you tried an alternate web-browser?
Make sure to install all of your Microsoft updates to see if that helps. Otherwise, answer those questions for me please and I will be happy to help.

I need it to be able to print riget from me Iphone 5 with supported app to print
now i'm going to use it on my van on work.
yesterday i try to connect it via bluetooth bet it not show me the printer on my phone bluetooth
settings ?!
i download airprint app to support the printing on this printer ....
is something worng with my printer or my apple iphone 5 is not supporting IOS 8 ?
Can it be discover on android devices insted ?
can this printer be connected only via bluetooth to smart phone and print or it have to be connected to a
computer with wireless ???

We are interested in recommending purchasing hundreds of your HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer series - L411 for mobile printing from a smartphone via BlueTooth. Can you proviide me with a list of which BlackBerry, Nokia, Samsung etc. starting end smartphones that you would recommend to give to travelling sales men.

Apple phone do not support bluetooth printing they only support printing via a network connection, as for the androids phones i have had no luck getting them to pair with the printer and im not sure if they are setup to do bluetooth printing as well.

Pairing a Mac (OS 10.9) with an HP OFficejet 100 mobile printer

I am running a MacBook Pro with OS 10.9. I have been successfully using an HP Officejet 100 mobile printer via bluetooth connection until just a few hours ago. Now, the Mac will not pair with the printer. When I click the apple logo, go to system preferences, select printer, it will not find the printer. Nothing has been uninstalled that I am aware. Can someone please advise me on what to do? I have powered off both devices and then powered on without success.

thanks for your suggestions! I managed to pair the printer with my MacBook Pro again by using the security code "000000". Before I never had used the security code. But I still couldn't add the printer to the system preference panel "Printers & Scanners". It simply wouldn't appear in the "Add" window.
Just to make sure it wasn't a Bluetooth issue, I successfully reset the Bluetooth security following your steps. I could pair the printer again, but still I cannot add it as a printer in the Mac OS X system preferences.
When I open the "HP Utility.app" the printer appears there and I can get every kind of status report. I can even print the test page using the button "Print Test Page".
Seems like a Mac OS X Mavericks issue to me. What do you think?
Edit: To answer your questions:
Did you happen to run any APPLE updates recently? Or between the time that you were/were not able to print? -- Yes, after the last successful printing I installed: iBooks Update, RAW Compatibility Update for Digital Cameras, iTunes, Mail Update for Mavericks. It would be really strange if one of them broke the printer service.
Did you encounter any security or other messaging popup? -- No

HP officejet 100 Mobile Printer Stops in Mid Print

This printer worked fine (NO problems with Bluetooth even) for the first couple of months and several changes in print cartridges. For the last year, every time I print a document, it will either stop printing on the second or third document or stop in the middle of the first document, and all the indicator lights come on telling me I need to clean cartridges, etc. Every time is different. Some times it is one indicator error light, the next print job may trigger all the lights. Every print job I execute and it fails, I have to remove the battery, re-insert the battery and print again. It works every time after I reprint the job after removing the battery. The next document triggers errors again and it will not print. I do not have a warranty, but I am ready to throw it in the garbage! What can I do? I am running on a Mac Osx system. Please help. Thank you!

I read your post about the printer issues you're having with your Officejet 100 Mobile printer. I have a couple of suggestions that may help you.
First of all, power reset the printer and ensure the printer is plugged in directly to the wall outlet, avoiding power bars and surge protectors. This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help greatly.
Press the Power button to turn on the product.
With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
Also, check out this troubleshooting document. Check the issues to see if you can find the description to what you are seeing on your printer.

I own a vizio tablet and a HP Officejet 100 mobile printer! I downloaded your Hp eprint home&biz app so I could print from my tablet and the download went will, I also registered via email. I went to print a form and your app could not locate my printer? Please advise,

HP ePrint Home & Biz only provide print capabilities over wired or wireless (802.11) network connection, Bluetooth connection is not supported as well the specific model is not supported by the app.
Can I print from the HP ePrint mobile app using USB or Bluetooth?
No. You can only print directly to supported HP printers on a local wireless network.

I afraid not, due to Apple's iOS limiations.
The HP Officejet 100 mobile only provide Bluetooth connectivity, iOS only allow printing through 802.11 wireless network connection.
You may finf any supported Bluetooth profile listed below, Printing via Bluetooth is not one of those:

Officejet 100 Mobile printer printing failure

When printing the printer start flashing paperjam led and does not print. When all work are canceled the printer won't "reset" even if power is switch off. When switchin on again the same yellow led (paper jam) is still flashing and printer won't print.Using HP Print and Scan Doctor shows that printer is reserved but there are no print que and spooler is empty, and stopping/starting printing service does not help either. Printer also has a battery but battery status led does not show any battery status, charging indidator works when power supply is connected.

How can i print to my officejet 100 mobile printer from an android device over bluetooth?

I'm stumped here. I've installed the printer on my Windows PC. I'm able to pair with it (Bluetooth) from my Android tablet (Galaxy 10.1"). I've tried using a variety of printing programs from the Android Marketplace, but I can't get anything to print.
When I try with PrinterShare, it asks me to select the printer. When I select the OfficeJet 100, I'm told that the application can't find a driver for the printer.
Note to HP: You definitely need to improve the documentation on this printer. The docs that came with my printer make no mention of Android, and finding anything useful online is practically impossible. Very disappointing.

Here is a document that with walk you through the steps to connect your officejet 100 printer to your laptop via bluetooth. This is for windows 7. I'm not sure how far you got in setting it up but hopefully this will help out.

Hi,
Unfortunately the printer is not e-Print enabled which means you cannot use the e-Print or AirPrint functionality which both work over wi-fi and not bluetooth.
The IPad does not have any options for bluetooth printing. I've included a link here to printers that are web connected and support wireless printing.
There's a thread here that covers this issue also.
