i have alot of videos on my computer can i put those in itues or can i only get things from purchasing it off of itues......and if i can how do i get them on itunes?

No, you don't. If you got it from the Mac App Store, log into it with the same Apple ID and redownload it for free. If you got it from CDs or DVDs, reinstall it from those; having the DVD version of a program does not get you a free download of it from the Mac App Store.

I updated my 4S phone to IOS 7.1.2 and lost my wi-fi. The wi-fi is on, but can't find ANY networks. I have been through all the steps, from turning the phone on and off, resetting the network settings, resetting the whole phone, redownloading 7.1.2 and lastly going to the Apple store for help. They tried all the exact same steps I did, took the phone apart and looked at and said it is in "pristine" condition. They have no idea why it isn't working, but they could offer to sell me another phone. This is extremely annoying! They claim it has nothing to do with the update to 7.1.2, but that is when I lost the wi-fi, so it has to be related!

My 4s i-phone which is 2 years old cannot find any wi-fi networks not even my home network... I had the same problem two months ago but i turned off the i-phone for 8 hours and then it was okay... if you signed up for a cc subscription, download the cc desktop app and install it, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
use the desktop app to install your cc programs.
if you have any installed now that were installed using some other installers, uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then install the cc desktop app.

Lion was released in July 20, 2011. Any NEW Mac sold after that date is entitled to Lion AFAIK. If you purchased yours from some seller that had it aging on the shelf since God-knows-when, contact Apple and see if you can get some sort of redeem code to download Lion from the Apple Store for free.
Older used/refurbished Macs are entitled to the OS in force at the time of their manufacture and should come with the installation media as a condition of sale. Apple MAY provide you with replacement media for a cost, if at all. Lion upgrades will have a cost and the Mac must follow an upgrade path thru Snow Leopard before Lion can be installed via an online download.

Delete the three tracks from your library, sending them to recycle bin, then download them again from your purchased history. If the problem persists use the "report a problem" links from your account history to contact the iTunes store support staff.

Am in Europe (UK) with iPad. Comput er(Mac) at home. Bandought videos and iCloud storage, but still can not download all the videos. How can I get them to store in the cloud and come out a gain to my iPad? Need something to watch at night,etc. tx

Hi all. I. Bought videos from iTunes and also bought the lowest amount of extra iCloud storage. I assumed the videos could be stored in the cloud and called back automatically to the iPad when I needed them. They won't all download, Apple hasn't answered my call for help via e mail, and I don't know what to do. I deleted stuff from the iPad and got rid of some of the videos I'm not watching (hoping to maybe download them again later on).
I don't get how the Cloud works, and I don't really know which article to read for info. HELP?

Not all video is available for redownload.
Purchasing more icloud storage has nothing to do with itunes purchases.
Itunes purchases ( the ones that are made available for redownload) are automatically available in icloud. you do not have to purchase any icould storage for this.
You should not delete anything. you should always have a backup copy.
Movies are only available for redownload in the U.S:

Anyone have a problem with the iPhone 6 freezing when you're trying to send a text?

I seem to be having a couple of problems with the iPhone 6 or possibly the update 8.1.2. Sometimes when I turn the phone horizontally to text, nothing happens and it only works if I turn it back vertically. Also, sometimes when I receive a call from someone who is already on my contact list, only the number shows up and not the name or picture connected with that contact. It appears when I answer, but sometimes I don't want to answer if I don't recognize the number.
Anyone else having these issues? Do we need another update to the software to fix these problems?

How much available storage do you have on your iPhone? You can find this at Settings>General>Usage
If your available space is measured in megabytes (MB) then it is causing problems for your phone's operating system.
If your available space is measured in gigabytes (GB) then that isn't the source of the problems and you can move to some other troubleshooting steps. First, try a simple restart (holding the sleep wake button for about 5 seconds until the power off slider appears).
If the problems reoccur after you've restarted the phone, I recommend Reset All Settings, which is located in Settings>General>Reset

Can you have itunes delete one star songs from HD when itunes is not set to auto sort/manage

I have a very large music collection and as i am listening to it in my house my phone allows me to rate the music that is playing. Every week or so i would like to just have itunes mass delete from my hard drive the music that is listed as one star. Is there any way to do this? Since Itunes has a very screwed up way of organizing music i do not have it listed to auto-organize my stuff.

You can, if you so wish, create a smart playist with the rule Rating is one star.
CTRL+A will select all of the items in the list.
CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE will delete all of the items from the list and the library.
If the media files are located within the designated iTunes Media folder then the original files will also be deleted.
If the media is stored elsewhere my script KillSelectedFiles could be used after pressing CTRL+A.

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
Certainly you did not reinstall your OS without making sure your backup copy was current.

Adobe PDF converter does not convert and include the videos from websites when completed

Have just recently upgraded to Acrobat Pro X and have attempted to convert several on-line websites to PDF's. In each and every case, the videos were not included in the final conversion to PDF.
Not sure if there are specific settings that I need to address or if I am doing something wrong here. Have been told by colleagues it should be a simple click to achieve these results and that Acrobat X does convert and include videos. These videos are in Adobe Flash Player format 11.1.102.63. Not sure where to go from here, any assistance greatly appreciated!

In the IE toolbar, under the PDF Convert button, select Preferences. Click on the Conversion Setting button under the General tab and make sure that "Embed Multimedia Content when possible" is selected.
