Additionally, only Apple Authorized Service Providers have access to genuine new parts, tools and diagnostic software needed to perform warranty repairs and get paid back by Apple for the job.
If you go and wreck an expensive Mac/iPhone/iPad/etc., yes the owner can sue your arse and Apple may even pitch in to help.

You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. If you don't have one of these you will not be able to create and iCloud account.

Why do I have to contact my reseller to have trial named-user licences (that neither I or my reseller requested) removed from my CC account?

After buying 50 device licenses for Dreamweaver, 50 named-user trial licences were added to my CC account (along with the 50 device licences). The trials expired after 1 month and now the team management interface reports payment issues and that that I must contact my reseller to remove the named-user licences. The reseller did not ask for these named-user licences to be added and neither did I. How do I get these named-user licences removed? Adobe support tell me that I have to raise an order with my reseller (for the licences that I don't want) and then cancel the order to have the named-user licences removed. That solution sounds stupid frankly so we won't be doing that.

I checked & found that since it is an indirect purchase, you will have to contact reseller to get the seats removed. Reseller needs to place zero value order & return the order which will remove the trial seats.

I have a creative cloud membership, have downloaded Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 from the Cloud Client. The software opens as trial versions and I have not been able to find any license number to register. I have not recieved any mail from Adobe with this and it is not present at my account. How do this work?

Hi Manish. Thank you. The issue was that The application manager was set to Norwegian as language in The preferences. I set that to English and re-installed everything. Now it's working fine.

Close all application and Clear the bowser cache. Launch CS6 application and check, if you still get the activation .
Click on License the software and type in the Adobe ID. It would work.

Have a full CC licence but says downloads Trial only?

Have a full purchased licence for CC but after downloading the Creative Cloud app it says that I only have trial options not the download options.
Where do I go to activate this to being a full licence on the system, I have signed in and out and re-started the machine but no luck.

Hi Kim,
I checked your account records and I see that the team account, with which you are connected. You are just the secondary/Temporary Admin on the account to manage it.
If you want to use the reative cloud, you have to assign yourself a license and then sign out from the Creative cloud Desktop App then sign in back.
Unless you will assign the license to yourself, your Creative cloud would only work in TRAIL mode.
As you have not assigned yourself any license, this issue is appearing.
I hope you know what needs to be done now.

Some websites require a special client certficate for access. If you don't have that certficate, you'll have to contact the site operator to find out how to get one.
Sometimes the problem is caused by a web server that is configured to request an optional client certificate. Safari treats the request as mandatory. In that case, other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome may be able to connect to the site, because they ignore the request.
The first time you were prompted for a certificate, you may have clicked through a dialog that requested access to the Apple certificate in your keychain that is used to secure the iMessage service. In that case, you may be able to regain access to the site in Safari by doing as follows.
Back up all data.
Double-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
