I've found how to set a password and how to change one, but is there a way that you can set up the iMac so no password is needed on startup??

My friend can actually hack a mac pro just by restarting it even if you have a password to protect your mac. My mac is curently mavericks.

Don't let anyone use your computer including your friend. It's easy enough to change a password in single-user mode. Just put a master password - firmware password - on your computer to prevent that kind of access. Better yet change friends.
    Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
     When the menubar appears select Firmware Password from the Utilities menu.
     and follow instructions.

How can I make it to where you are not aloud to delete the history unless you have a password? Public Fox does not work because they can simply go to "Show All History" and delete from there.

Sorry, Firefox doesn't have a password feature for browsing history, and I haven't seen an extension for that.

I see your point but if they are running iOS 7 on the iPhone they can locate it next time it is connected to the internet. Whoever has the iPhone cannot stop this without turning Find My iPhone off which requires the Apple ID password.
At some point in time that person will connect the iPhone to the internet and when they do the owner will have a location, if they restore the iPhone in recovery mode they won't be able to activate it so the iPhone will be useless to them.

iTunes and the iTunes Store won't have anything to do with your photos. Those would be stored only on your laptop unless you made a backup of some sort. If you didn't, and the hard drive in your laptop has failed, then your photos are gone unless you wish to pay a disk recovery service a lot of money to try and get them back.
As to your music, if you purchased it from the iTunes Store you can probably re-download it. Go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time. I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.

If they are Tunes purchased music you have to sing into the account that purchased them.
Is this the iTunes library/computer you sync with? You can rally only "sync" with one iTunes library/computer.However, yo can manually manage music and videos among different libraries/computer. See the manual method of:

I did all the steps to restore my password when you have never synched to a computer before. I got to step 4 where my ipod told me to connect to itunes but itunes did not respond. what do I do now?
