Do you have to have a payment method if you delete an app you have and reinstall because you cannot login to Facebook to get friends?

I Have an iphone 4 and I have always been able to connect with Facebook while playing candycrush saga. Now I try and I receive a message saying "sorry but you cannot access the kingdom, please try again later. If I delete the game, and reinstall it, do I have to go through the process of having to show a payment method again?

If you delete the game you might lose progress. Backup your iPhone just in case. You shouldn't have to show payment method again.

I managed to solve my problem myself and I did it accordingly to the two threads I referred to in my first post. Through the tool "IE Developer Toolbar" I was able to see that the css used in the Top Level Navigation wasn't at all the ones in the par file but a totally different one. So it wasn't strange that the code you provided me with didn't work.
Not sure about modifying that other css I once more looked at the solution of putting a special entry in the theme editor, like the first thread gave a tip about, and this time it worked.
In the theme editor, section Top Level Navigation and there in the attribute fields for background color of selected and unselected tabs, I put the following code:
;background: url(/irj/portalapps/com.sap.portal.navigation.toplevel.modified/images/gradient_white_grey.gif)
It also seems like a relative link doesn't work, I tried this one first and had no success:

I don't know the reason to why it didn't work the first time with full url but I could think of the following:
- I had space between "url" and "(/irj/...)".
- I didn't clear the cluster and local cache under "System Administration > Navigation".
- I didn't clear the browser cache.
I don't dear to speculate in the most plausible explanation but doing them all isn't that much of a work.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country.

I don't think that debit cards are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. You could try contacting iTunes support and see if they can help, but I don't think you will be able to use a debit card : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
Are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all, and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue), but if there you could possibly use them as your payment method.

So, when you perform Quickpay and Quickpay-Prepayment, it will take the Direct Deposit Payment Method.
Otherwise, if your payment method is blank for the employee, the Quickpay-Prepayment will take the default Payment Method defined in your Payroll (Generally this is Cheque or Cash)

If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? Asking for card details is a way of confirming that you are able to buy from that country's store, it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you are trying to gift content or an amount, that can only be done via a credit card) - have you tried entering the card, you should then get the 'none' option so that you can remove it

If it is a debit card, that may be your problem as Apple has
stopped accepting debit cards in many areas.

Mozilla, like many other software companies, thoroughly test their software before releasing it to the public and I'm sure that no problem you are having is intentional.
I do not work for Mozilla but I do have experience of releasing software for public usage.
Firefox has no way of knowing what other software is already on your computer and with millions of combinations it isn't always possible to test for every scenario.
You can go back to the old version of Firefox but that won't always solve your problem.

The 96 videos are probably the space hog.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

While I can't speak to how quickly the apps will work, I may be able to help you with how they work. Once you have the apps added to the printer you would select the app you want to print from on the printer's front panel. Once inside the app, select what you want to print and if all goes as it should, the printer should begin printing the requested information within a few seconds.

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

Reinstall the app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
Delete the app.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store and download the app again.
Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
