Do you know if and where I could find a zip algorithm written in TOOL?

I'm facing the problem of porting our usual ziplib wrapper to support UDS for a number of platforms: this is boaring and very time-consuming so I'd like to make it portable (written in 4GL - no wrappering). Just to be sure before starting myself, have you ever seen a "zip.pex" somewhere?

Hi Dave,
I am not aware of a utility like the one you are looking for. What we do here is to use a wrapper for WinZip command line utility. Since WinZip supports zip, tar and gz files (which are very popular on unix) I guess this is the easy way to go. Drop me an email and maybe we can share our pexes.

Basically, Oracle has just jacked up the price of certification courses about fivefold by forcing you to take instructor-led classes before you do any certification exams now.
If you're already familiar with Java, you might want to look at the tutorials on the major changes since 1.4.2. Where I could find the sample code for Pan and Zoom?

hello all:
I saw a demo for showing how to implement Pan and Zoom in java. If I remember correctly it should be included in JAI, however I cannot find it in JAI sample demos any more.
THe only samples it included are

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

There are many ways and applications that you can use to build a web site. Which will be best for you will depend on the site you want to build and your level of expertise. Many experienced web developers just use a text editor, often one with specialized features for web programming (BBEdit, for example), but there are programs that can offer additional help, up to and including "drag and drop". Without knowing more about your needs, it's difficult to offer specific advice, but here are some possibilities:
iWeb - came with your Mac. Easy to build but rather limiting in what you can do.
RapidWeaver - more flexible and capable than iWeb but harder to use; sort of an "inbetweener" application
Dreamweaver - powerful but expensive and a steep learning curve
There are of course a number of other options. If you can provide more detail about what you wish to build and your level of experience, someone can probably make more targeted recommendations.

iLife11 is SnowLeo 10.6.x (and therfore Intel only). Version 09 would be the last ppc 10.5.x compatible.
I for sure remember to have loaded the full ilife 06 suite on Leopard back then , it ran fine.
So you could look for any version from ilife 06 to ilife 09 to be on a safe side, they work all on Intel and PPC and also all on 10.5.x .
Of course the newer the version, the more features ( but the more power is needed ).

Settings>Cellular>Personal Hotspot. The carrier has to support this for you. This is where you should find the setting to turn it on or off.
