I believe if you haven't already setup an itunes account, if you have access to computer with iTunes installed , you can create an iTunes account on that computer with no credit/debit card and then just buy iTunes cards at your local retailer to get credits.

You should be able to - iTunes gift cards can be used to buy from the iTunes store, app store (including in-app purchases), iBookstore and Mac app store. To do in-app purchases you need to be using the same account that downloaded the app from the store, all content from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it.

if I want to use the fast read/write speeds of my SSD, do I have to save the programs (Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Microsoft Powerpoint, Steam, Counter-Strike, etc) onto the SSD? Or can I save all programs onto a 2nd drive which would be a HDD and still have fast speeds WITHOUT storing those programs onto the SSD? My 2012 mid Macbook Pro has a SSD as its main bootup drive and will be getting a 2tb HDD to replace the optical drive.

I tried to download a free game and music app that are free then it pop up you need a **** credit card what the **** for.. Tired of being nickel and dimmed by company so how about fixing this ****!!! Very upset
If the game is shown as "free" in the App Store, it is completely free to download, but many apps have "in-app purchases" intended to separate you from your money.
The solution is simple - don't use those apps. Uninstall them and write a review in the App Store explaining their underhandedness.
To disable "in-app purchases" go to Settings > General > Restrictions and turn "In-App Purchases" off. Don't forget your Restrictions passcode. -
Why do you need my credit card information when I purchase songs from an already purchased Itunes gift card? If I cannot purchase goods with the prepuchased gift cards, then the card is useless and I want my money back.

Just because you are being asked to enter your credit card details doesn't mean that it will be charged for your purchases.

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? I have downloaded and attempted to purchas the app "ForeFlight HD" for the iPad 2, however, when I put my credit card information into the app for purchase, I am told to contact iTunes support to complete the transaction. Can you tell me how to fix this?

If you add or change your credit card details then you will probably receive a temporary holding charge ($1), which should disappear within a few days (holding charges). I need to update my system software to 10.2.8. I have dial-up which is extremely slow, so I thought I'd update in parts rather than using the combo update. I had no trouble getting from 10.2.0 to 10.2.1. I've downloaded the 10.2.2 update three times.
