I am currently running VMware Server 2.0. I am working with a server whos hardware specifications cannot support Windows Server 2008. My question is should I still be able to create a virtual Windows Server 2008 under VMware since all the hardware should be virtualized.

Your physical CPU/motherboard either does not have the required hardware features, or does not have them enabled.

Unfortunately, no Sanyo phones are iSync compatible so you will not be able to synchronize your Contacts and Calendars with the phone.
Also, you may have problems with the Bluetooth adapter you purchased, as the only one officially supported by Apple for use with Macs is the D-Link DBT-120.

It's always a good idea to check this list before purchasing a new phone.
Other phones are supported by third party plugins from here and here. But still no Samsung, Sanyo, LG etc. who all use thier own proprietary syncing protocols rather than the industry standard SyncML. These manufacturers also don't provide Mac software with their phones like the do for Windows users.
I'm afraid you're not going to have much luck if you stick with the Sanyo. I would seriously consider taking it back and swapping it for one of the handsets on the above linked pages. Personally I would recommend a Sony Ericsson model. I've always had excellent Mac compatibility with those.

There's no limitation in licensing Telepresence Server but the platform capacity itself.
As far as you have the hardware that supports a such amout of screen licenses, you can fulfill them to this TS or vTS.

When enabling replication on several VM's, I receive Hyper-V failed to enable replication for virtual machine "virtualmachinename": Incorrect funciton. (0x8007001). However this error doesn't happen to all VM's and it isn't related to any
particular host.
I've traced this down to a VSS error, however when running ">vssadmin list providers", I receive the following indicating there are no errors:

Hyper-V could not replicate changes for virtual machine 'machinename': The connection with the server was terminated abnormally (0x00002EFE).

I have a 3 node cluster that has replica setup to replicate to another cluster off-site.
Suddenly one of the servers is not replicating with the error:
Hyper-V could not replicate changes for virtual machine 'machinename': The connection with the server was terminated abnormally (0x00002EFE). (Virtual Machine ID CC0FD4CC-F9B7-4C68-ABE8-B7D52A87899F)
All other servers are replicating fine so there cannot be a permissions or connectivity issue between the 2 clusters.
This server has 2TB of data so I'd rather not have to start the replication again.
Does anyone have any pointers?

generally we used the ABAP code to write Start Routines, End Routines or Individual Update Routines also exits which include variable exits.
If you are totally unaware of the programing languages then better start learing ABAP with basic statements includes IF ELSE LOOP CASE ENDCASE etc.
And then switch to learn how to use this statement to develop the logic.
In BI, the basic knowledge of ABAP is sufficient, u need not go for deep and detail study, belive me its easier than BI.
Go to ABAP forum check for any good ABAP learning materail and start working on that.

unfortunately there are no drivers available from toshiba at the moment, but you can try using generic drivers from the manufacturers of the hardware
(e.g. if the soundhardware is a realtek soundcard then download drivers from www.realtek.com and so on..) and run the machine with these drivers.

VLANS on PIX do you need physical

Is there a way around this? I have to basically assign an IP/subnet just for failover for each interface I want to use as vlans.
I have 2 pix fw in lan based failover mode.
5 physical interfaces.

indside
outside
dmz
dmz2
I have 4 vlans, 2 each configured on the dmz ints.
Do you need to use the physical command on the interface given this topology? If not why do I keep receiving messages that my ip address is not configured or failover ip is not configured. This occurs when I do not assign an IP to the phiysical port but do I assign it to the logical and failover is enabled. also I do ot believe these interfaces will be in failover mode unless I use the physical command when using vlans. It seems like I have to us the physical and assign an IP for each physical int.

There is no interface ... shutdown command in software versions prior to 5.x, so the PIX treats all interfaces as up and active. You must do one of the following for failover to work properly.
* Upgrade to a 5.x or later release where shutting an interface is an option.
* Assign an unused IP address/network to each unused interface (and its failover counterpart) and connect it to a hub or switch (each interface pair on its own VLAN).
Note: Remember that 127.0.0.1 and 0.0.0.0 are not valid IP addresses. Acceptable addresses can be RFC 1918 network addresses, such as 10.x.x.x, 172.16.x.x, and 192.168.x.x.
