This answer may be somewhat late, but just in case other have the same issues, I went to site listed below and it solved the problem. No need to reinstall CS5 product. I hope this works for you.

I did a pre-order on a music album then I did not realize you needed to check the email to get the album so by accident I canceled it now I lost my album please help
In list view, select the album column. To choose which columns appear, select an item on the left side of the window (a playlist, for example), choose View > View Options, and select the information you want to see. You can also Control-click a column heading to select columns to display.
The column selected determines how tracks are displayed. For example, clicking the "Name" column displays all tracks in alphabetical order; clicking the "Album" column displays the tracks in album order; clicking the "Date Added" column displays the tracks in the order that they were imported into your library. Columns also have a disclosure arrow at the right of the column (when selected) that you can click to reverse the order. -
Do you need to use a router for the FIOS tv?
I already have FIOS internet. I have a business account with static IPs and I run some servers which are configured in a particular way that I cannot use a router.
I do want to get FIOS TV as well, but only if I can get it WITHOUT the necessity of using a router for it.
Is that possible?
P.S. I only want non-DVR, Standard Definition, regular TV. I don't want any On-Demand or special TV.I believe that they can use a NIM-100 instead of a Router to get you FIOS TV Services.

Yes no?
If you don't have a cellular iPad, then yes, you must have a Wifi connection to access the internet.
That said, if you have an iPhone you can create a Wifi hotspot from your iPhone to your iPad. Data charges do apply, so you'd need to add the service from your cell company.
Or, you can buy a Mifi from a cell carrier as well, which would give you wifi access to your iPad. -
How come you need an iTunes Store account to get album art?
I have no problem with this, because I do have an account. But on my sister's computer, she can't get album art because she doesn't have an iTunes Store account. Mainly because you need a credit card to set one up, and she's only 10. She just uses iTunes to burn her CD's to play on her iPod, she's only 10, why does she need an account to get album art?
I don't think any of us can definitively answer this one since it is decided by somebody like iTunes marketing. However, Apple is a for-profit corporation. The album artwork download is definitely a service for customers, and maybe a free perk to potential customers. If you have that account you are just one tiny click away from making a purchase and don't even have time to have second thoughts that you might have if you had to enter a credit card number each time. Kind of like a store offering something free inside to get you to walk through the door.

Do you need or is there a specific Thunderbolt 2 Cable to get the speed out of a Thunderbolt 2 Port? Or is there just one kind of Thunderbolt cable, and its the Thunderbolt 2 port which determines the speed?
Hi XChip73,
The links below will answer your questions about specific cable needs for Thunderbolt 2 and how the speed is determined.

Just upgraded but I have not used the original twitter application in a while, I found a better one (Tweetlist). Do I need to have the original app on the phone in order to get the Twitter notifications in Notifications Center or will the notifications come through anyway as I have already integrated my account into the phone settings itself?
Yes, of course you need rights, for any content you wish to use - photos, artwork, music, text, everything - unless you created said content yourself. If you can't afford the rights to the photos you want to use, don't use them. Find photos, as Dave suggested, in the public domain or with a Creative Commons license that allows your use , or different photos with a lower licensing fee, or take your own photos. Note that if you take photos of people, you'll need model release forms from every person whose photo you wish to use.
For further details, consult an attorney. -

HALP! What do I have to do to fix this issue??
Hi blythegemini,
Please see this document: How do I make my PDF form fillable so I can import it into FormsCentral?
Adobe FormsCentral can't import "flat form" (one that isn't fillable) and convert it to a fillable form. You would need to use Acrobat to add fillable fields to the PDF. If you don't have Acrobat, please feel free to give it a try. You can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

Hi Folks
I'm running on a Mac Pro with an NVidia GTX 770 with 4GB. Premiere Pro CC utilizes the GPU for playback and export but will give you a warning when you first enable CUDA in Mercury Playback Engine. However...
I was noticing that when I queued the export to Adobe Media Encoder CC, it was taking forever to encode simple queued sequences.
After doing a bit of research on the internet and even in these forums I realized that while Premiere Pro was being ok with supporting a non-supported card, Media Encoder was not. I added the GTX 770 to the supported_cuda_cards.txt file locate here: /Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro CC/Adobe Premiere Pro CC.app/Contents/ (you will need to be slightly geeky to find and modify this file - more info than I care to provide in this post but you can look up how to locate files in Mac OS).
Voila! AME now encodes super speedly, like 4 times as fast as before!!!
Thought I'd just provide this little tip for people experiencing this problem.
Adobe... can you do something about this? I know it's a corner case but really - maybe something in AME preferences or something... Like "Use CUDA capable card even if not on supported CUDA list" checkbox or something.
Now I can get back to work.
-KeithI just made this change in the AME ".txt" file for my GeForce GTX 670 (i7, WIn 7 Pro, 32 GB, and I know it's not "certified" for CUDA), and now have it in both the PPro and AME ".txt" files. While I'm waiting for AME to finish, this thread raises questions in my mind.
It's been my understanding that AME was engineered to run in the background, allowing other work to be done in PPro without the 2 "getting in each other's way".
I'm happy with the rendering speed in PPro, and I see that hardware rendering is working there.
If AME now makes use of the GPU while I'm doing other work in PPro, (like maybe "rendering the selection", or an entire sequence in PPro), does that affect the performance of either the file that AME is currently processing, or does it affect what I can do/performance I'll get while concurrently working in PPro?
Are CUDA/GPU resources "shared" between PPro and AME? Or, are the apps likely to "trip over each other"?
If AME does, in fact, make use of the GPU, is there something other than the ".txt file hack" that I must do to enable the renderer in AME to use MPE hardware? As I type this I have AME working on a PPro sequence but I see that the "Renderer" is showing "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only".
I feel like I'm missing some important tidbir of information, but I don't know what that is.
What am I missing? -
Do you need to add an anti virus on mac pros
I purchased a mac pro for my son and was sold an anti virus to install. Do i really need to install this? I would rather not. Thanks
You can get by just fine without anti-virus at this time, though you should be aware of dangers and be cautious online. See my Mac Malware Guide.
Note that, even if you do decide to use anti-virus software, you shouldn't pay for anything. The best options are free. So return whatever software you were convinced to buy. Also, although ClamXav has been a popular recommendation on these forums, recent testing I did shows that it doesn't do such a great job. See Mac anti-virus detection rates. -
I need to get on Facebook and YouTube so I can make my videos and post them and post stuff on Facebook to my friends. Please help me? Plus it's an iMac model: A1208. I really need help.
If I understand correctly, Sonic Kaboom.swf needs to be edited in a separate Flash authoring program and then reinserted into your HTML document.
As Murray said, Flash is dead. Nobody uses it anymore. We use HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript animations which have universal support from Smartphones, Tablets and other web devices that can't support Flash. Look at Edge Animate.

Did you do anything else apart from ungrading OS?
Did you add memory?
Bad or not well seated memory modules are often a cause of kernel panic -

Just seeing if there is benefit to clearing cache everytime it gets full?
Well; if you fill a glass with water, how much more can you
put in the glass? Answer, It's already full. You probably have
a problem with the cache cleaning itself out of outdated or
