Do you need to use a router for the FIOS tv?

I already have FIOS internet. I have a business account with static IPs and I run some servers which are configured in a particular way that I cannot use a router.
I do want to get FIOS TV as well, but only if I can get it WITHOUT the necessity of using a router for it.
Is that possible?
P.S. I only want non-DVR, Standard Definition, regular TV. I don't want any On-Demand or special TV.

I believe that they can use a NIM-100 instead of a Router to get you FIOS TV Services.

With iOS 5 you do not need a computer. The new iPod comes with iOS 5. However, you have XP so you can install iTunes and sync with the iPod. However, you computer /XPdoes not support the iCloud features.

What is the name of the DB Link and the name of the object you are selecting
from?
I find it easier to create a view on the remote object then use that in selects.
e.g,
Link Name = MyLink
Object_name = Addr_Loc

It doesn't have to be that complicated, Verizon iPhones come unlocked, just tell VZ you're going on Holiday/Traveling and suspend the service, no need to pay for service if you're not going to be using it. Pick up local SIM cards in the countries of your choosing, pop them in, re-activate iMessage and you're set!
I recommend getting a SIM card from the Three network in England, they have great EU roaming rates and free like-home roaming in Italy.
Set your phone's region to match the country you're in, it'll save from some headaches when calling local/international numbers.
To answer your questions,
1. If you choose not to have a local SIM card, it is good to keep your phone in Airplane mode to save battery.
2. Make sure the two iPhones have different names to reduce sync/restore issues.
3. If husband has an iPhone also, you can chat with iMessage/Facetime, just give him heads up about the new number you'll have. Otherwise, use Whatsapp if he's got an Android. You can activate Whatsapp with your American number or the international number if you choose to get a SIM in Europe.
Also, Get the MagicJack app and/or Google Hangouts, both of those apps provide you with free calling to the USA and Canada using any internet connection. Google Voice is another good way to SMS across the seas.

I can't speak on VisualHub specifically (though I hear great things about it) but, yes, I'd would say that it's personal preference.
I'm sure you've read this elsewhere, but the benefit to h.264 is that it's a more efficient algorithm compared to MPEG-4. In non-tech speak, that means that it produces smaller files size at the (relatively) same quality. The major downside, of course, is that h.264 takes substantially longer to encode than MPEG-4.
Depending on the your needs – how demanding are you about quality? - and constraints - do you have a lot of stuff to encode, but not enough time? - MPEG-4 should be fine.

If your phone is officially unlocked, you will get an officially unlocked iPhone if yours is replaced under warranty. Apple maintains a data base of officially unlocked iPhones & can verify whether your phone is officially unlocked or not. All that is needed is A data connection - wifi or cellular does not matter, as long as there is a data connection for the device and the iCloud location server to communicate with eachother.
The location information itself is likely to be more accurate and precise in the 3G models just due to the full GPS chip set they have (the wifi only models are limited to using wifi hotspot location database information which will not be as precise, and may be wildly inaccurate if the wifi node the device connects to has moved and not been updated yet in the database).

You'll have to have an ID you all share in order to have a shared iCloud account. It would be sensible for each person to have their own ID and their own iCloud account for email and their own data (each would be on their own computer/iOS device or user account on a Mac) and then have a common account which everyone would sign into in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars to access shared data.
You don't want to be all using the email in a common account - if people are using email aliases remember these can't be detached from the account and transferred to another one. Having all your emails mixed up together can be somewhat impracticable.
