Docuemnts from DMS should not give option to save on to local disk

Dear Experts
Today the business requirement is
"The users who accessing docuemnts from DMS thru Portal -
They should not be able to save the docuemnts to local disk for offline usage."
Can we acheive it.
Our portal is SAP NW2004s on SP14.

No, you cannot seperate the audio and video stream.
You can use optical audio to a sound system (I use sony sound bar) and play the audio via that.

The NEF file only gives a little "nef" icon. i was able to convert the NEF to DNG on the old computer and then brought the files over to the new computer. On the old computer, the NEF files were depicted as little jpeg's so I would be able to see a picture of what each file represented. On the new computer, both the NEF files and the DNG files are depicted with icons, "nef" or "dng", but not as little pictures. On the new computer, though, I am to import the DNG's into Adobe and edit them so that is working regardless of whether or not a picture is present for the icon of each file. I've downloaded the DNG converter from Adobe and will try the conversion directly on the new computer when I get home from work. I do appreciate your responses and will let you know how it works.
I am curious then, since right now the files are represented by little "nef"'s and little "dng"'s: If I also download the viewNX (spelling might be wrong, sorry) from nikon, do you know if that maintains the file as a RAW format file but allows a picture representation of the RAW file for the icon? (That would make it easier to choose which RAW files I would choose to edit and which to not even bother with as an initial culling if that makes sense.

I am using sone trick but when i send music file via whatsapp other person download it but some time music file not played because of file not supported. What is easy way to send music file via Whatsapp with right format. If not any way then Apple should to look on Audio and give option to save audio file on camera roll so that we can easy to send audio file via whatsapp or any other social media software like picture and videos.

It sounds as if you downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro. If you did, uninstall it. Then repair Adobe Reader.
The free Acrobat account has no connection to any of this.

when u are doing GR in the excise tab page if u find an icon (yellow one) called more data if u click that one u go to other screen where u will find a tab page named miscellaneous ther u can see MRP indicator check.

You can either use Tcode NACE for output procedure pr follow following path in SPRO:
IMG - SD - Basic Functions - Output control - Output Determination - Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents - Maintain Output Determination Procedure
There for your output procedure used for the desired output type maintain requirement routine as 62 : Billing doc released to acctng.
This requirement is met if the billing document is complete checking the header, pricing, and all items and has already been passed to financial accounting. The requirement also checks that the document is not relevant for an invoice list. This requirement can be assigned to billing document output condition types that should only be processed when the billing document is complete and forwarded to accounting. This requirement can only be used with billing documents.

Have a concept always that to keep two document types of PR ieu2026u2026one is document type of manual PR & another document type for MRP PR document type .Now link plant, MRP group & MRP PR document type in OMDT t.code & maintain the MRP group in the MRP 1 view of the material master.
Do not keep value of MRP PR document type in release characteristic of document type of PR. So when you design your release strategy, you would not have option to select MRP PR document type.
Now when system will create MRP PR, you just view the MRP PR with no release TAB.

Security Deposit Amount from customer should not be deducted

Hi,
client requirement is Security deposit from Dealer(Customer) should not show the balance of amount of Invoice of the Dealer, It should be shown seperately and not show the balance after deducting Security deposit. This security deposit is returnable to Dealer.
So, all the invoice raised to customer and credit memo should be shown different amount without deducting from Secutiy deposits.
For example If Rs. 1lakhs is security deposit
there r 3 invoice of debit against Customer say 60000. In customer line item it should not show the balance of Rs40000. It should show only 3invoice amount of Rs.60000 and it should show seperately Rs.1lakhs.
IS Thereany configuration of this scenerio.

This is what expected to do.
That is the reason SAP has provided with two check boxes in FBL5N.
If you select only normal items you will be shown INR +60000
If you select both normal items and special GL items, you will be shown INR 40000- (-10000+60000)
If you select special GL items it will be shown -100000
There is nothing special you are required to do.

Can i copy "setup" (windows 8.1, office 13) to usb and transfer to XP where internet 8 has crashed browser. I am not getting option to save setup

I am trying to copy firefox to USB from my laptop and install on desktop XP as per support forum: Windows updated then crashed internet explore 8 on XP and now I have no internet connection only on that computer (error message says unplugged).. I have windows 8.1 office 13 on my laptop. I am not getting the option to save/ run firefox on the laptop, just automatic download. Should I uninstall and then reinstall? Or maybe I cant transfer to XP in any event. Any advice for non techie would be much appreciated. I've spent quite a lot of hours on this.

appreciate your assistance, but your replies are a little peremptory to say the least. I copied the set up to my USB on Windows 8 laptop and then transferred to XP desktop (as per previous forum entry). If I had the internet on XP, I would have downloaded and installed that way. As it turns out, after I re-rebooted my broadband hub and reopened moxilla, I got the internet back, so evidently a combination of internet explorer 8 update issues which from previous research, had stopped the computer reading the hub address. All up and working now.

It is impossible to delete entire podcast from library in iTunes 11. Right clicking a podcast entry do not give option to remove the podcast. I more and more dislike this new iTunes look. [NOT SOLVED]

I have discovered that problem #2 is because I no longer get a column of "check boxes" allowing me to check certain songs. Print to Adobe pdf does not give option for .pdf file

I recently installed Acrobat X Pro. I have a 10-page pdf document open in Acrobat. I want to eliminate the first page and save the other 9 in another file. In previous versions, I would select Print and then select the printer "Adobe PDF". When I do this now, the Save As File Type gives me only one choice - All Files *.* - which is useless. If I am in any other application the Save As File Type comes up .pdf. I don't think it is the installation, because I installed this on my desktop and laptop and it is doing the same thing in both of them. The operating system for both computers is Windows 7 64-bit. What can I do to fix this? Is it just a matter of changing a setting that I am not aware of? Thank you in advance to anyone who will help.

For Acrobat X I went to Tools - Pages - and the delete choice was grayed out. I thought I could get the same result by using the Print to Adobe PDF command. From any other application I can print to Adobe PDF, just not in Acrobat. Does Acrobat X not let you do this, or is it just on mine? And if it is only on mine, what do I do to fix it? By the way, I am able to delete pages from other documents, just not the particular document I am currently working with.
Any other suggestions anyone?

Save as PDF does not give options Illus. 6

in Illus. 6, when I "save as PDF" the dialog box for options does not come up the first time. I have to save as, then save as again, then the second time the options box comes up. Any ideas why?
