Document changing font colour when emailed?

I have produced a doc in pages on my iMac that include white text with a blue background when I email it and open it on my iPad which also has pages the text is not formatted  as i sent and the words are black on blue background .....any help!

You may have hit a feature variation, or a bug. All you can do is test a range of samples, making sure to clearly label them so you can tell at a glance what happens to what.
First I would check that you haven't used rgb color. Try setting the colors with cmyk and make sure the text is 0% black to get the white.
Also try the reverse where everything is rgb in case iOS requires rgb.

You can change the font size for apps that use the large text feature in Settings>General>Accessibility>Larger Text>On.

  • How do I change the default setting for font size when emailing?

I have Firefox 3.6.13. The default now is 10 and I'd like it 12.

Firefox has no email features, it is just a web browser. Any email settings will be part of the email service that you are using, you will need to contact the support for the email service to see how to change the default font size in emails.

  • Text caption changes font/colour/size

    Hi
The Recording Defaults for the Text Caption in the prferences has not been altered.
On some slides I need to add a text caption.
I'm finding that sometimes when I click to add a Text Caption the font, colour and size is different to what the default settings are. The default is Arial, 12, #0000FF.
When I manually add a text caption it'll show as System, 10 and black.
Has anyone come across this before?  Is there a way to stop it.  It's really annoying and a time waster to have to manually change the font, size and colour.  And you have to be on your guard.  It's not every time I manually add a text caption, just sometimes.  It's intermittent.
    Thanks
    Anita

    Hi there
The name will vary from version to version.
    Captivate_v10.dat
    Captivate_v20.dat
    Captivate_v30.dat
    Captivate_v40.dat
The location also varies. For me, it is:
    D:\Documents and Settings\Rick\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Captivate
As you can see, D is my drive letter. Yours will likely be C. My name is Rick and is how I log in. Yours will be different. Also, the "Application Data" folder is likely to be hidden from your view unless you adjust Windows to show it to you. And all of this is likely in a different location if you are using Vista or Windows 7. I'm using XP Pro.
Note that you cannot edit this file. Captivate does that internally. About all you are able to do is to close Captvate and delete or rename it. Captivate will then cook up a fresh one when it starts up and cannot locate it.
    Cheers... Rick

  • Change font of autogenerated email

    Hi Folks,
I have another question and because of points being granted for the correct answers, I did not include in the previous post.
When  any users register on a site, we send them an email to activate the account  and verify their email from the server. I would like to change the font  of that email.
What determines the font or where can I make that change?
    Thank you,
    zabberwan

    Thanks JS,
I do already have that included:
//headers info (simple for the moment, shall change later to verbose)
                $headers = "From: $adminEmail\r\n";
                $headers.= "Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1";
                $headers .= "MIME-Version: 1.0 ";
By "using" CSS do you mean I append or link a CSS file?
@ John Waller: I did not post the code, as I'd rather not copy and post the code on my remote server and expose it to all forms of mischief. It was done on purpose. When I said it was functioning properly, then it is obvious that the code is generated with the header info pasted above. Otherwise it would not function. I suppose you know that.
I had forgotten to mention it was PHP which I did on being asked for it.
    Thank you
    zabberwan

  • Cannot change font size when highlighted. All font changes. How do I correct this?

Frustrated as to why when I highlight a single word to change font size or style every word on the page follows the adjustment. I need to be able to change words individually with font, size and color.

I have stopped using Text Edit as I find it flaky. Instead I prefer Bean:

  • How do I change fonts in my email?

I am using AOL mail on my iPad and would like to change the font size and text color.  I changed it on my computer, but it didn't carry over to my iPad 3.

On the iPad the only font choice is to B/I/U, meaning you can make the text bold, italic, or underline. There are font apps to add funny fonts. You can change the font color by pasting a colored font into your email. Then write the email in that color. Then going back and deleting the font you pasted in. It would be much easier to use your computer.

  • How to change font size for email sent

Email sent from my 4th generation iPod Touch appears with a tiny font ( 4pt.) on computers screens and printouts. Is there a way to change this on the iPod Touch?  I have not been able to make the font larger in Mail on MBA. I am able to adjust font size of email form iPod Touch on Win 7.
    Thanks

Hi, I just tried a few of the other suggestoions on related threads. Adjusting the font in the iPod only enlarges font on screen of iDevice. I set it back to Medium. That was OK.
In Mail on MBA command + enlarges font on screen only. Printout is still very small.
Thsi\\is seems to be something related to Mail not the iPod. Email does appear in normal size font on iBook running Panther, XP, Win 7 units. Printouts are normal size too.
Thanks again for your help. Being able to make the font larger on the MBA screen is good.

  • How do I change font size printing emails. font normal on viewing but when printed is very tiny

When I go to print an email the text comes out too small to read. How do I change the font size. Also, page sometimes moves up and down when I'm typing a reply to an email. Upon viewing before printing the email text, it appears normal font size, but when it prints out the text is too small to read.

It was already on 100 per cent. I clicked it just in case. Nothing happerned.

  • Changing font colour on outgoing email

How do I change the default colour on outgoing email as a default setting.
I have changed it at preferences as stated in the help section but it remains black.
Do I have to use outlook in order to do something so simple!

How do I change the default colour on outgoing email as a default setting.
Mail does not have that feature (unless you want to use stationery). To set the color (or the font or size) you must do it for each outgoing individually.
Do I have to use outlook in order to do something so simple!
Yes, if you want to be able to set the default font, size, or color without using stationery you need to use another app.

  • Type tool issue: Type in saved document changes font when reopened and clicked on.

I've recently started getting a  problem with document which I've  saved a type layer to with a particular font. Reopening the document for reuse, I find clicking on the type with the type tool changes it to a different font. I've done a check on this and it was a known issue with CS6 and there is an adobe update to install: Adobe - Photoshop : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop 13.0.1 update for Adobe Photoshop CS6 : Trouble is, the install doesn't take and is advising me to seek customer support. Any ideas anyone? Recreating the file and font everytime (which is a work around)  is a pain.

    I suspect a damaged install.
Let's do an uninstall/reinstall. Be sure your account has admin privileges.
    Uninstall CS6, checkmark "Remove Preferences"
Use the CS Cleaners to remove anything that might interfere with a reinstall
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Use Disk Utility to repair permissions.
Reinstall CS6 and immediately apply the update.
If you need a fresh CS6 installer, you can get it here.

  • Setting the default Font colour in email messages.

When using the mail program the Font and Colours option which is available by clicking on Mail and then on preferences does not work properly. I can not get the Text colour to change. I do get the colour wheel but I can't select a colour. It only stays as black. I would like to be able to change the default colour of my email messages to something other than black.

If the color wheel is black grab the intensity slider (immediately to the right of the color wheel) and drag it all the way to the top. This should "light up" the color wheel and give you some choices other than all black.

  • How do I change a password when email no longer exists?

I have two Adobe accounts.  One of them is for my creative cloud account and the email on that account no longer exists.  when I try to sign in to my creative cloud account it tells me to change the password, but the instructions for changing the password are being sent to a non-existent email.  What should I do?

If you don't have a recovery email set up then you will have to call Applecare or email itunes to reset your security ?... applecare can send you a password reset to your email. But I would suggest your try iforgot.apple.com and use the emal authentication method to see if you can get the reset email yourself first.
