Document Creation Date error CS6
I created an InDesign document today, August 28, 2012. In Bridge, the .indd file reads "Jan 2011" while the same document saved as a pdf reads "28 Aug". Not sure if this is an InDesign or Bridge error? or maybe it is OS related? I am running Mac OSX 10.6.8. Any help out there? Thanks!
Have not used InDesign so can't say. Would check the computer date and also what InDesign reads. Have seen similar post some time ago about labeling Jan 2011 so might do a search for that.

Document date and creation date are diffrence
dear all,
please tell me the why are the document date and created on date.
like customer code is created on 12.11.2011.
but sales order created on 12.10.2010.
what is the diffirence of above the issue.
please solve the problem.
rajiv kumarHi,
The absic difference is,
Document Created Date: The date on which the document was created by the user in SAP.
Billing Date: The date on which the invoice was created. For example, the user maybe entering the invoicein SAP on 1st december. But in reality the invoice was issued on 30th Nov. Due to some holiday or some reason the user was not able to create on 30th nov and creates it on1st dec. So he makes the invoice date as 30th nov and the document creation date would be 1st dec by default.
Let me know if this explanation is still not clear.

COGI - Diference between Error date, Creation date & posting date
Hi All,
While running COGI report, I could see columns " Creation Date" , "Error Date", But I could not get the meaning of this fields from the F1 Help. could anuone of you please help me with the relevancy of these columns.
Also the Posting date some time doesn't match either of the dates.
Thanks & reagrds
MaheshMahesh,
I think I have interchanged the terminoly:
What Creation date is the date when the item was created in the COGI. Error date is the date when the error was first created. The error message might change then the date of new error message is the error date.
Example: When COGI was created it came due to deficit of stock. Now you have the stock but try to post you get the "Posting date problem". So the error date now is the latest date when the new error occured. But still the creation date is the original.
Sorry for confusing you.
Regards
Ram

Billing doc creation date in order changing when cancelled
Hi All,
In Order, if 'Future Cancelled date' is given, Billing document creation date is being changed automatically to cancellation date (if cancellation date is less than billing date). Is there any way to restrict this?
Thanks,
Regards,
Rajesh.Hi Leo,
When any invoice is cancelled it will automatically pick the original invoice date.
If you want other date on which the cancelled invoice has to be created can give the date in the billing date field, so that it wil creat cancelled invoice on date you entered when cancelling
T.code VF11.
kindly reward points if usefull.

Error in posting billing document ( Export Data Missing)
Hi Gurus,
I am facing a unique problem. When I am posting a domestic invoice with reference to service order material Group is LEIS( service withought delivery ) is LEIS, the system is displaying a message Document & has been saved (foreign trade data incomplete)
. When I run the similar transaction in a replication of above system there is no error displayed.
Also the customer is not permitting me to maintain the foreign trade data, as he says when we are not executing
Export transaction, why should we maintain this data???
We have replicated the masters in the parallel system & taken the same parameters to excute the transaction,
Please advice as to where this difference in behaviour is???
Also how do I overcome the export data error for domestic transactions.
Edited by: mukesh kumar on Jul 24, 2009 2:23 PMHi
This is because of the Foreign Trade: Export Data view selected for the material.
Check your material master whether the Foreign Trade: Export Data has been selected. If it is selected you will encounter the issue during the invoice creation.

Issue for creation date of Billing document in third party ???
Hello SAP Folks,
This issue is related to third party scenario. The basic requirement is to create to a billing document with a creation date same as
Good issue date of Sales Order.
For your information, with the help of enhacement we have passed on the value of posting date of material document generated
from MIGO to Goods issue date in Sales Order. I am very much aware that setting up a new copying routine would help me but
relating the GI date field of Sales Order from the techincal point of view is a complete work stopper. Could anyone throw light on
the workaround for mapping this case ???
Regards,
SarthakHello,
Thanks Alex for your input on the topic !!
But i would like to say that the billing relevance of the item category has to "B" as this process of Third part Sales talks about creation of billing document after the MIGO. And i am basically interested to Populated the posting date of MIGO for Biling creation date.
In Sales Order, the GI date is modified to Posting date of MIGO through enhancement. I have been looking around relevant tables to fetch the GI date of Sales Order but not getting the right track...
Could anyone provide any other workaround to implement this sort of requirement ???
Eager to hear from Lakshmipathi ...

Hello,
Currently I'm working with excel SAP interfacing. For this I am using VBA to call different BAPI functions.
I have already some interface scripts working, however I have also one which I cannot discover what I'm missing.
The VBA code is to reach BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST
My error is ---> FI/CO interface: Inconsistent FI/CO document header data for updating
So I'm appealing to you SAP bapi VBA gurus whether you have any ideas how to fix my issue.
I'm attaching below my code for you to review:

Set objReturn = objCreateMaterial.Tables("RETURN")
ActiveSheet.Cells(5, 1) = retMess.Value(2, "MESSAGE")
End Subafter some searching I've discovered that once I'm creating next line for accounting document it is not working properly.
When I debug the BAPI in SE37 after inserting new line it is asking for GL account input, however if I run it using VBA and delete the account from the code, the return message is not giving me any error that GL account is missing.
I appreciate any ideas. -
Document creation statistic data
Hi,
I've been task to create report that will show some kind of statistic about document creation, by date, username etc in our ERP system. First thing I came up with is to pull documents header data and count them in query designer.
I know i need data from EKKO and VBAK tables for purchasing and sales, any other?
Also if you have any better suggestion ...?
Regards,
MijodragSo you mean to say that you need to create a report which will give you the count of creation date based on different type of orders.
You have only considered--Purchase orders and sales orders..How about Production orders and Planning orders.
Please think about them as well.

"get every file whose creation date ..." error on Mac Intel
Hello,
since I have installed my MacPro the following statement stopped to work :
set Aujourdhui to current date
set Avant to (current date) - (300 * days)
tell application "Finder"
set laListe to get (every file of folder "Controles Asura:Archives_MVSTracks:" whose name contains "01" and creation date < Aujourdhui and creation date > Avant)
end tell
where "Controles Asura" is a shared volume.
I get Finder error "can't make some data into the expected type"
I tried using select instead of get unsuccessfully.
Meanwhile the script runs well when performed on a folder situated on the Mac's hard drive.

Didier.

MacPro 2GB RAM Mac OS X (10.4.8)Hello John,
I've tried your script but it doesn't work
So I've started to simplify mine and progressively to add features to finally get back to the original script I posted :
set laListe to get every file of folder "Controles Asura:Archives_MVSTracks:" whose name contains "01"
works
set laListe to get every file of folder "Controles Asura:Archives_MVSTracks:" (whose name contains "01") and (creation date < Aujourdhui)
works
set laListe to get every file of folder "Controles Asura:Archives_MVSTracks:" (whose name contains "01") and (creation date < Aujourdhui) and (creation date > Avant)
works !!
and finally
set laListe to get (every file of folder "Controles Asura:Archives_MVSTracks:" whose name contains "01" and creation date < Aujourdhui and creation date > Avant)
It works too !!
Can you try this on your Mac ? Does the result of the script depends on the content of the target folder ? i.e. when there's a few files it works and when there's a lot it fails ?
I can't figure out how this is possible ? Maybe I should call Mulder and Scully

Didier.

I have already solved the problem , I have done the following actions:
1. Stop J2EE engine
2. rename folder
/usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/os_libs/adssap
Please rename this adssap folder to adssap.old
3. Start J2EE engine
During starting J2EE engine, folder adssap will be re-generated.
4. Also make sure XMLform.exe is extracted under
/usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin
I restarted the entire instance (ABAP and JAVA) and now all is running fine. -
Dear Freinds,
can any one send error handling documents for data loads.
Regards,
PavanPavan,
<b>load failed .
fullload-- masterdata or transcational data-- data in PSA--- directly update from PSA by deleting request in data target.</b>
Yea you can update the data from the PSA if the data is correct.
<b>full load -- master data or transcation data-- no PSA- schedule the infopackage again.</b>
Yes when you have no data backup in BW (PSA) you need to extract data from the source system. In case of delta if the load fails you can repeat the delta load which extracts data from source system.
<b>delta load- master data or transactional data data in PSA-- directly update from PSA by deleting request in data target.</b>
<b>delta laod-- master data or transactional data- no psa- schedule the IP again.</b>
If the delta load fails you can repeat delta even if the data is present in the PSA or not
<b>also when we go for repair full request and repeat delta?</b>
You can go for repair full request only when you have data in PSA. -
Dreamweaver CS6 - internal data error - PLEASE HELP!
Hi,
I'm experiencing an internal data error on Dreamweaver CS6.
I've tried all the things on the forums like deleting your cache, if that's not working deleting the whole cs6 folder, I've reinstalled and still its happening.
Very frustrating, need to update clients websites and I can not connect.
Please help!!!!
Regards StephanieWhich operating system?
Is DW installed on your primary hard drive?
When DW starts acting weird, the first thing to try is Deleting Corrupted Cache in DW
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/494811
If that doesn't help, try Restore Preferences
http://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/restore-preferences-dreamweaver-cs4-cs5.html
If all else fails, use the CS Cleaner Tools below to wipe CS6 off your hard drive followed by a software re-install.
