Sunil.

hi,
cHECK THE DOCUMENT DATE IF IT IS IN THE FUTURE I,E FOR EG A MONTH AHEAD.
Probably the system just askds u if u have to post the doc in the future date.
This should be just a warning message and not the error message.
This should allow u to proceed with MIRO.
Please proceed and see,
Regards,
Hope thsi helps.

  • How to configure HR IdM to include persons whose start date is in the futur

    I am exporting employees from HCM 6.0 to IdM 7.0 via LDAP export and VDS.
    How can I configure the export to include also persons whose start date is in the future?
    There is a need to import persons to IdM who start in the future so that the set of default rights would be in place before the user starts.

    I can see that by comparing running the SAP Query in HCM and checking out the Staging ID Store in IdM 7.0 Monitoring.
    The query picks up the users but either the ABAP extract program or something in VDS looses the users whose start date is in the future.

    AFAIK there is nothing in IdM 7.0 side that could be configured as IdM touches the records after they have been staged.

  • Web App Datetime - display if date is in the future, hide past dates

    I have added a custom webapp field called "Start date" and set it to Datetime. NOw I would like to display the list item only if that datetime field happens in the future. I can't wrap my head around the logic of it. Does anyone have a clue?
    List layout:
    {% if  {{this.items[0].["start date"]}} < Globals.Site.DateNow %}
    <b>{tag_counter} - {{name}}</b>
    <ul>
        <li>
    Starts: {tag_start date}
        </li>
        <li>
    Ends: {tag_finish date}
        </li>
         <li>
             {tag_website}
        </li>
    </ul>
    {% else %}
    <!-- Item not displayed -->
    {% endif %}

    Hi there,
    Firstly you do not need to do the double liquid braces when your already inside liquid tags (The {% ones)
    Here is a doc guide on using dates with date now to help:
    Developer reference
    In terms of a web app you can replace all those tag_ tags with liquid variants.

  • Due date calculation for the credit memo with invoice reference.

    Hi,
    When we create the credit memo with reference to invoice, the due date for the credit memo is getting copied from Invoice. In this case if the invoice is due on 31.12.2008 and the credit memo is created on 10.09.2009, then the credit memo due date is appearing as 31.12.2008. It should be 10.09.2009 as per the setting in VOFA billing type customisation in "Credit Memo w/vldt".
    I would like to know how to customise the below requirement.
    If the reference invoice is due after the credit memo creation, the the credit memo should due as per the invoice date.
    If the invoice due is past & then the credit memo due date should be Immediate i.e. Due Immediately.
    Thanks in advance for help.
    Regards,
    Nithin

    I doubt there is such option. From the past projects I do remember that we made a change in the form to print the document date as 'Due Date' for credit memos. Credit memos were paid at once when they were processed and I think that payment term was copied from the original invoice, which made their due date far in future.

  • Open period in the future month and year.

    Hi,
    I am doing testing data for GR PO. The open period is on Jan and Feb 2008 (since its a testing client). I've changed my posting & document date to Jan 2008, but still the system keep prompting the error message "Posting only possible in periods 2008/02 and 2008/01 in company code". Shouldn't the system already allow the posting. It is understood if only msg "Document date lies in the future. (Check your entry)" is prompted.
    Is there any configuration that relate on this. Hope someone can help me...

  • What would change a file modification date into the future?

    Of late, I've been noticing that [apparantly random] files that have NOT be accessed are showing a modification date somewhere in the future.
    I couldn't figure out why zip was adding files I hadn't touched to an archive of files changed since a certain date.  Looked in Finder, and they have dates from 1 to 20 some years into the future, in the modification column, and sometimes, no creation date.
    Also, files deep in the contents of some apps are losing me as an owner, leading zip to tell me "access denied".
    Any thoughts as to what's going on?  Other than the paranoid; there's some evil virus, whatever, running amok.

    Did you check the code in your template.dwt file for errors?

    Did you save over or rename your original Template.dwt file?
    Did you move your Template.dwt file from it's Templates folder?

  • Defaulting the Document date to system date while GR cancelation via MIGO

    Hi All,
    While canceling a GR via MIGO transaction, i manually change the Document date to system date, but after posting still the document date is showing the original document date when is was posted.
    Is this is the standard behavior?
    I have a requirement to make this date default to system date. But it is not considering the date which we centered in the screen.
    Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

  • Set measure to NULL for dates in the future

    Hi all
    I am trying to set the values of a measure to NULL in case the date is in the future.
    I have a time dimension and fact table. What I have so fat is the following:
    IIF([Date].[CalendarDetailed].CURRENTMEMBER.Name < format(now(), "yyyy-MM-dd"),
    SUM
    PERIODSTODATE
    [Date].[CalendarDetailed].[(All)],
    [Date].[CalendarDetailed].CURRENTMEMBER
    [TimeUtility_All].[TimeUtility].&[1],
    [Measures].[Quantity_Change]
    ), NULL)
    This actualy works quite well. The only problem I have is, that on every month level it show me NULL. I guess it is, because the value for a month is e.g. "January 2014", which doesn't work with the condition.
    How can I modify the script, that I also get a value on the month levels.
    Thanks
    Lukas

    I typically use the function ISEMPTY. I'm not a master at MDX so I can't tell you the exact syntax without actually playing around with your query. You could try something like this:
    IIF(ISEMPTY([Date].[CalendarDetailed].CURRENTMEMBER.Name, NULL,
    [Date].[CalendarDetailed].CURRENTMEMBER.Name < format(now(), "yyyy-MM-dd"),
    SUM
    PERIODSTODATE
    [Date].[CalendarDetailed].[(All)],
    [Date].[CalendarDetailed].CURRENTMEMBER
    [TimeUtility_All].[TimeUtility].&[1],
    [Measures].[Quantity_Change]
    Good Luck.

  • Request to make Document Date (OINV.TaxDate) available on Remittance Advice

    Hi,
    I have 2 customers who have requested that we include the Invoice Document Date (TaxDate) on the Outgoing Payment (Remittance Advice) payment.
    Can this be made available?  At present only the Posting Date (system variable 202) and Due Date (system variable 203)  can be shown.
    Thanks
    Greig

    Thank you Suda. This may work to a certain extent but it will not resolve many issues within the programme because in many places within the Accounting system the Tax point date is not taken into account. For instance the entries in G/L bank accounts are refering the Posing Date instead of the Tax Point Date. i have noticed this in other places within the system that somehow the Tax point Date waws mixed up ( I think perhaps due to confusing Field names within the tables)
    I am not sure what the procedure is to report this type of issues to SAP support or Development team but I feel that this needs sorting out within the system because I am not sure that it is only a matter of showing the Tax point  date on a UDF
    Thanks for your suggestion anyway - at present I do not know how you place a tax Point date UDF Field in the Incoming Payment Form - this form is fixed and i am not able to edit,add to it and having the UDF will not help, perhaps you can elaborate on your idea
    Thank you

  • Material Availability Check for material launched in the future

    This is the requirement;
    We are launching a product in the future. Lets use August 19th as our launch date This means that on August 19th our material can be goods issued. It cannot be shipped before then. There is no loading time etc. so our GI date usually = our material availability date
    Our production & procurement activities are executed allowing us to build our stocks so we have on hand stock of the material. We are receiving customer orders. Availability check is run and it is being confirmed for dates before the GI date (As we have stock in the system). For example, a sales order is created with a requested delivery date = 19th August; Would be acceptable if there was no transit time. But what if there is a route determined with a transit time for 2 days. This brings us to a material availability date of 17th August (And therefore a GI date of 17th August) which is before our product launch date. This needs to be avoided; the earliest material availability date must be 19th August as this will then be the earliest GI date.
    Therefore, the requirement is that availability is not confirmed for a date before our launch date. But is confirmed for the launch date.
    For example, how do Apple launch their products (like iPads)in future dates but entertain customer orders well before the date & then confirm the future dates to end customers? At the time when they receive the orders from end customers, I am sure that they would be holding stock of sufficient iPads for future deliveries.

    There may be more than one way you can fulfill the requirement. First is use of user exit. In enhancement ATP00001 (User exits in the availabity check), you can try using EXIT_SAPLATPC_002 (processing results of actual check). Here you can add logic that if the system date is less than Aug 19th 2011, then propse confirm date (material available date) as 19th of August 2011.
    The second option would be use of Replishment time (RLT) in the material master MRP3 view. You can maintain certains days to match August 19th (of course you need to reduct one day when the days go-by). At the same time in t.code OVZ9, you need to uncheck the box check without RLT for the combination of availability check rule and availabity check group. After August 19th, you can check the box again after removing the RLT time in material master. My preference is to go with first option.

  • F-03: Need foreign curr translation date = document date, not posting date

    Hi All,
    We need to clear accounts through F-03. If we use a foreign currency (local curreny is PLN), the translation date is set as posting date/clearing date: SAP default behaviour. However, we want the translation date to be document date.
    We cannot change the clearing date in F-03 to document date because, if the document date is in previous period, the posting periods will be closed.
    Can this be accomplised through any standard functionality in T-Code (F-03, F-44)? I couldn't find any.
    Or do we need substitution/user exit for this?
    Thanks for your time!

    Note 574583 - MIRO: BADI for value date
    Summary
    Symptom
    In the logistics invoice verification, the system derives the value date (WWERT) from the posting date (BUDAT).However, the derivation should occur from the document date (BLDAT) or the posting date depending on the country key of the company code.

  • Document date determination of cancellation invoice

    Hi, Gurus,
    I wonder how the FI doc's document date be determined if I make a cancellation invoice via VF11.
    I have many cancellation invoices in my system, but it's strange that some invoices' subsequent FI documens have the same document date as posting date, but other invoices's FI documents have the different document date as posting date, which use the document date coming from the FI document created by the cancelled invoice.
    I have looked into the issue. I know the posting date will come from the issue invoice date, but how about the document date?
    Thanks in advance.
