Document existing configuration

I am new to an organization and part of my responsibilities will be administrating the existing cucm solution. Is there a away of documenting the existing configuration and settings without going from screen to screen?

The commands in the link you mentioned document the configurations of the web applications and service applications in the current farm, then export it as xml file to local disk via Export-Clixml command.
Let me make the first command as example, i.e.
Get-SPWebApplication | Export-Clixml .\WebAppFilename.xml -depth 4 . Please executes it, then the file should be exported to the default space. You could locate it by the folder name behind PS in Shell tool. In my environment, I run SharePoint 2010 Management
Shell as administrator, then it shows PS C:\Users\Administrator.CONTOSO> , then the WebAppFilename.xml file exists in
C:\Users\Administrator.CONTOSO.
You could set the specific folder to place the export files via modifying the command to:
Get-SPWebApplication | Export-Clixml c:\WebAppFilename.xml -depth 4
Then the file should be in the root folder under C:\ disk.

Error while loading service Document Services Configuration (NW 7.0 SP13)

I'm in the process of configuring the Adobe Document Services. Now I've received the Certificate + Credentials from SAP which I requested as described in Note 736902. I try to install them according to the Adobe Document Services Configuration Guide which I've downloaded from https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/90355269-4d89-2a10-0bb9-f388704f1dcd. [original link is broken] I've copied the pfx File to /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/AdobeDocumentServices/TrustManagerService/trust/credentials.
Then I started Visual Administrator and opened Server <x> → Services → Document Services Configuration. Here I get this Error returned:
Error while loading service Document Services Configuration
com.sap.engine.services.adminadapter.exception.AdminException: com/adobe/ads/service/configuration/swing/CredentialTabUI
Does anyone has a hint how I can resolve this problem?

No accounting document exist in excise invoice

Hi everyone,
I am able to create excise invoice,but no accounting document existing for that excise invoice.So because of that no accounting entry is coming in the excise invoice.So what should be setting for above problem.

1) Ensure that the pricing procedure is in line with standard JFACT
2) Ensure that in sale order / billing, values against JEX2, JECX & JA1Y are in blue colour
3) Ensure that in OBA7, for document type EX, boxes under the tab "Account types allowed" are ticked
4) Ensure that the object what you assigned in OBA7 against the field "Number range" is maintained in FBN1

Is there any document for configuration of the spend management in SAP E-Sourcing 5.1
I have checked the RG section of the application and also all the documentation delivered as a part of the ESO software download
Unable to locate this, request you to redirect me to the link on the service marketplace from where I can download this, as far as I know, its not available there.

Item deletion when a subsequent document exists

Hello everybody,
When I create a quotation Y in reference to another quotation X, it is impossible to delete à line in the quotation X.
The system displays an error message "Item 000020 cannot be deleted because of subsequent document Y".
Is there a mean to allow the deletion of an item in a sales document when a subsequent document exists?
Can we manage this issue through customizing?

No if there is a subsequent document for a particular line item in sale order, you cannot delete that line item.

Document Service Configuration

Dear Experts,
I am trying to configure Credentials for Adobe Document Service (ADS) but in visual admin I am not able to select p2-0000106.pfx file because the credential file is empty.
Followed steps : cluster --> server --> services --> Document Service Configuration --> choose runtime tab and credential tab.
And the I have entered the Aleas and the password but impossible to select p12 file because its empty.
I have deployed this patch first ADSSAP15_0-10003001
Very urgent, points will be rewardrd.

Document Type Configuration question

Hi,
What does Condition type Line Items (Condition type for copying costs from line items) mean in a sales document type configuration.I am not clear even after reading the F1 help on this field.
I know that it has something to do with the pricing condition types EK01 and EK02 but still am not able to relate it completely with business point of view.
I know the differences between EK01 and EK02 and am also aware of the concept but I want to know the usage of giving picing Condition type at document type level.
It can come directly from the Pricing procedure then why do we give here?

There's no 'best practice' as such, but there are a few that I think should be default:
Enabling CDR, On-Hook Pickup, CFwdAll Override... but really the settings are specific to the requirements of the deployment.

Hi Somya,
setting up EWA is explained in Application help of SAP Solution Manager.
It would be helpful to know, what you have already done and what is causing problems for you.
Prerequisite to process EWA is to configure all steps described in the Basic Settings of SAP Solution Manager Configuration guide (tx SPRO).
The configuration of Issue Tracking is also described in the IMG (Basically, it's required to activate a BC Set).
Path in IMG: Basic Settings -> Standard Configuration of Basic Settings -> Solution Manager -> Basic BC-Sets for Configuration -> Activate Issue Tracking BC Set
Access the configuration guide:
- run transaction SPRO
- choose SAP Reference IMG
- expand tree SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Basic Settings
- follow the steps under
"Wizard-based Initial Configuration of Basic Settings", if your SolMan system has not been yet configured or
"Standard Configuration of Basic Settings", if you have done already some configuration.

Adobe document service configuration

Hello,
We are in the process of configuring adobe document service and having issues in configuring credentias
Background:
Web AS Java 640 only
Steps we have followed:
1. Have installed adobe document service
2. creating user for basis authentication
3.Setup basic authentication
4. Published adobe document services to SLD
I dont find the directory Trustmanager/trust/credentials under usr/sap/SAPSID/SYS/GLOBAL/Abodedocument for installing PKCS credential.
Please guide how to proceed further and what could be the issue?

what SP do you have installed? According to the Adobe Document Services Configuration Guide the Directory has to be created as described SAP Note 682619 when you're running a lower SP than 12.

No change documents exist in action log @ PM order

I have created Z order type copying PM01 , when I am testing this for action loge it is giving message No change documents exist
Am I missing some config ?

Make sure you have activated change documents for the order type /plant combination under SPRO > PM > Maintenance and service processing > Orders > Settings for order type > Define change documents.
