Document flow in consignment fill up incorrect?
Hello Experts,
This issue is about consignment pick up
the problem what the user is getting is---
1)the user created a consignment fill up order
2) while the consignment pick up order is not showingallowing inward delivery of second line items.
I would give an example-
consignment fill up order-100 units
consignment pickup order- line item 10=10 units
line item 20=20 units
line item 30=30 units
in the document flow of the consignment fillup order is not showing the consignment pick up of line item 20,30.
meaning: in the document flow , the line item 20,30 are not updated and cannot be known unless we can open, see and compare with consignment fill up order. Now how to overcome this problem,is this a configuration error or program error?
Regards,
Raj

Dear Raj
- Ensure that the item category for all line items is KBN in fillup order
- Ensure that for line items 20 & 30, you have created fillup delivery and proforma invoice
- Ensure that the schedule line category for fillup order is E1
- Similarly, for consignment pickup, ensure that the item category is KAN and schedule line category is F0

Consignment Fill up vallid for accounting document
Hello,
I want to create accounting document during Goods issue in Consignmentt Fill up.
Actually We want to bill customer at time of consignment fill up.
Please suggest for required settings for the same.
Regards
AmitDear Amit
Conceptually and Practically also consignment fill up order is not supported with commercial billing and when the consigement fill up stocks move out of a manufacturing plant to make excise invoice we create proforma invoice in consignment fill up and proforma invoice doesnot update or impact accounting
Hope this clarifies your doubt
If you sell a customer a material A on consignment fill up say 100 units that means you are keeping your valuated stocks at his premises thinking that he will use that and so that we can make sale
This is consignment fill up no commercial invoice the ownnership belongs to us
If he takes 50 units out of this then it is Consignment issue this is supported by commercial billing as we make a sale here
The balance 50 units is taken thro Consignment pickup again there is no commercial billing here as we take back our stocks only no sale
Suppose after some time the customer returns 5 units which was sold thro Consignment issue then it is Consignment returns which is supported with commercial billing as we give credit memo for that 5 units

PO is incorrectly showing in other sale order document flow
Hi expwrs please help me on this issue. One PO is incorrectly showing in other sale order document flow and there is no relationship between PO and sale order. Why it is showing incorrectly.
Hi,
First you check the SO created with reference and then check teh PO type (based on item category).
I think with of any reference the PO will never show on doc flow, -
Incorrect VBFA entries for SO - PO document flow
Hi,
We are using a Third Party Sales orders delivery. I am facing a peculiar problem.
Sales Order Created -> PR -> PO Created
After PO is created, user has altered the Material Number and Ref. PR document number in PO for two items. That means the items were swapped (Ex. Items 220 & 230)
GR is finished with confirmation from third party.
When I see the SO document flow for each item say 220 - its shows both the PO items (220 & 230) actually it should be only 230 item inPO. The same case in the document flow of SO Item 230.
Is there any program which corrects the incorrect VBFA entries for SO - PO flow. Already tried with program SDVBFA21 and its not working.
My system is: ECC 6.0
Thanks in advance for your help.

Consignment fill up Intercompany flow
I have two organizations
a. Sales org -S1, Plant - P1 , Company code - C1.
b. Sales org -S2, Plant - P2 , Company code - C2
Requirement
1. Consignment fill up is created in S1 but physical stock is to be delivered from plant P2 to customer location.
2. Inventory should reflect in P1 customer consignment location..
3. Inter company billing between S2 to S1.
Issue is - the delivery created out of P2 is not relevant for billing ( delivery for consignment fill up is not relevant for billing ).
What is the easiest and best way to accomplish my requirement.
Thanks
Venu.Hi Venu,
Have you tried to maintain intercompany billing type in your consignment order type?
Wat are the config you have done to achieve your requirement?

PO Number Check on an Inter-Company Consignment Fill-up Order
Hi Gurus,
I am working on an Inter-Company Consignment Fillup Scenario. When i create an order in CRM the order is error free. Upon replication i get an error. The error message is
Purchase order "TEST PO" does not exist in the system (see long text) (Notification E V1 583) - TEST PO is the PO entered.
The requirement is to enter any PO and ECC should not check if a Purchase Order exists for the PO entered in ECC.
This was working before we applied support packs in our environment 10 days back.
Well we do not create orders in ECC, if i try to create one in ECC the error is
Purchase order Test PO does not exist in the system
Message no. V1583
Diagnosis
You are creating an order for a consolidated company and must eliminate internal business volume. For this reason, the system tries to determine if the related purchase order exists. This is not the case, however.
Procedure
Enter the relevant purchase order number

Urgent...Consignment fill up error
Dear All,
I am new to the area of consignment. I am implementing consignment process from scratch.
I tried creating a Consignment fill up and got the following error. Please advise me in detail
ERROR: Consignment orders must be created from notifications.
SanjayDear sanjay
As you would be aware the standard order type for consignment fill up is KB and I am sure, your order type also is KB. So go to VOV8, select the order type KB and check whether for the field "Reference Mandatory" is selected. If so, remove that check and save. Now retry the process.
Meanwhile, as an additional information, ensure that you have configured as follows
The consignment process in SAP standard consist of four small processes:
Consignment fillup (send materials to customer consignment).
Here you have a consignment fillup order and a consignment fillup delivery.
Consignment issue (issue materials from customer consignment to the customer).
Here you have a consignment issue order, consignment issue delivery and a consignment issue invoice. (the flow is very similar to a normal OR flow, but the materials are issued from the consignment stock instead of plant stock unrestricted).
Consignment return (return materials from customer ownership to customer consignment).
Here you have a consignment return order, consignment return delivery and a consignment return invoice. (the flow is very similar to a normal RE flow, but the materials are returned to the consignment stock instead of plant stock returns).
Consignment pickup (pickup consignment stock and move it to plant stock).
Here you have a consignment pickup order and a consignment pickup delivery.
Note that in consignment fillup and consignment pickup there are no invoices since there is no change of ownership for the materials.
How to perform a consignment order?
In consignment orders you are allowing the stock to sit in your customer location. Once he informs that he used the stock you will invoice him. If he returns the stock you will accept the stock to take it back.
It is defined in 4 steps.
1. Consignment fill up:
Sales document type is KB
Item category KBN
shedule line category E1
In this step, you are not invoicing the customer. document flow is sales order -
delivery item category. It will not be relevent for billing and pricing because you are not charging money for these goods in this step.
In schedule line category, you will set movement type 631 & set for availability check and TOR.
2. Consignment Issue.
Once the customer informed you that he used all the goods or partial goods then you will create consignment issue for used goods.
Sales document: KE
Item category: KEN
shedule line category: C0 or C1
Here you are invoicing the customer(because he used the goods). you are assigning the delivery documnt and billing document to the sales document.
In item category, you are setting relevent for billing, pricing, special stock.
In schedule line category, your setting is 633 movement type, relevent for availability check & TOR.
3. Consignment Return:
Customer found that some goods are damaged or he not able to sold the goods he want to send it back. that you are creating this document.
Sales document type: KR
Item category: KRN
Shedule line category: D0
You will assign delivery document and billing to sales document. you will create return order, return delivery, return billing.
Your setting item category relevent for billing, returns, pricing, special stock.
Your setting schedule line item category: 634 movement type, NO availability NO TOR.
4. Consignment Pick up:
Even if you create the consignment return the goods are not come to direct to your plant. For that you need to create consignment pick up. here the owner ship is not changing so you do not need to create billing.
Assign retrun delivery to sales document type.
Sales document: KA
Item category: KAN
schedule line category: F0 & F1
Your setting item category relevent for returns. any shedule line category relevent for 632 movement type, MRP, availability check, delivery.
Now you check your plant stock. Stock will increase

Connecting consigment pick-up to consignment fill-up

sapSDnewbieHi,
To get the linkage between the Consignment Pick up and Consignment fill-up,document flow table VBFA is the best option.
Select the subsequent document category as 'C' which stands for Order.
So,you will be able to extract the Fill up and Pick up order.
Use sales document type KB for Consignment fill up and sales document type KA for Consignment Pick up.

New Issue with Sales order document flow:
When linking from a sales order in document flow, we were reviewing why the description information varied. In looking at different values, we clicked on a new item within document flow that allows you to like to Service Documents. This is new in 6.0, or it was previously deactivated in 4.6C. If you link from a sales order to a service document, in ECC 6.0, you will get a short dump because the document flow is so great (viewing order #any in VA03 and use document flow and then select the service documents button as seen on the screen below
A Short dump will occur in program SAPLDOCUMENT_FLOW_ALV.
Here in ECC 6.0 is how it looks from sales order 9806:
Documents created from 2004 through 2007 are coming up as linked to this sales order and that is incorrect. There is some type of linkage issue. In the 4.6 C environments, the service documents link is not visible from document flow.
Can any body functional / technical Help on this urgent???Hi Sanjay,
Go to the order VA03 --> Environment --> status overview. The exact status of the header and item can be found here. You may have chances to know why the status is being processed.
Also
Check whether you have checked 'document flow update' field at item level in copy control
Check your settings for completion rule in item category
If it is due to incorrect status message, run report SDVBUK00. That might fix the error. It is recommended to run this first in test mode.
