Document Getting downloaded on mouse hover

I have a simple sharepoint site and i have many subsites and respective libraries in it. I am facing a strange issue from past few days. A user goes to a library and downloads a document. After that if the user hover his mouse over the column (Created
By) value the document is again getting downloaded!!! If he hover 10 times then 10 copies getting downloaded. The issue is with pdf files and not for zip files.
This is happening for chrome and opera browsers. In IE a dialog box appearing asking whether to download document. But there is no such problem in firefox.
And the temp solution i found to this issue is to refresh the page. If the user refreshes the page after he downloads a document then everything is fine. Even if he hover his mouse over the 'Created By' column value the doc not getting downloaded.\
I am also facing an error while trying to upload a document "Error with request to the server. Unexpected response from the server. The status code of response is 500. The status text of response is System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException.Stact

It is stange issue. Collect a fiddler trace and check more details
Do we have custom masterpage or layout applied. Any recent javascirpt added to page.
Try to reset IE settings and clear cache
Perform a Virus scan incase if this is a Virus in your system
Does all the users in the ORG face same issue?
Do we face same issue with new site collection

buy an external HD 1TB for $60
NO notebook is a mass storage device, so dont try to turn it into one, it doesnt work that way.
Unless youre using it every couple weeks, its static data and should be on an external HD

I get "Download Error. Please press Retry or contact Customer Service" when attempting to download any of the Creative Cloud suite products. Day 1 of my membership and I'm not getting very far.

Please try to perform following steps:
Delete AAMupdater folder from
            Win :
               C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\
           MAC :
               ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
Rename the opm.db file:
           Win:
              C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
           Mac:
             ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

You'll need to place something on top of it and play with opacity.
- Imagine you have an inverted color version of your building A in a clipped-transparent PNG - it has to be the exact size, so it fitts nicely
- Then you put that PNG on top of your map on the exact location of your building A
- Convert it to a symbol
- Inside the symbol:
- Put a trigger at 0ms and 500ms with the following code: sym.stop();
- Create an animation (with your building A image) with, say, 250ms, were it begins at 125ms with 0% opacity and at the end - 375ms - with 100% opacity. Put a label in the begining (250ms) saying mouseover and another at the end (350ms) saying mouseout
- Click on the actions of the building A image (the one with the inverted color or something similar) and choose "mouseover". write the following code: sym.play('mouseover');
- Go to the actions again, choose "mouseout" and write the following code: sym.play('mouseout');
That's basically it.

Hi,
I would like to know what is the character limit for the presenation column desctiption that we give in RPD?
Our customers are planning to have lengthy descriptions as part of mouse hover description.
Please let me know if you have any clue on it.

I've seen some very lengthy column and other object descriptions built into the RPD.
I've yet to see one get cut off.
However, looking through the documentation I don't see a specific reference to a limit on this field's input. Possibly this is because the structure of the RPD is XML and it can potentially handle as must text as you want to throw at it and store it in it CDATA[] encased element.
If you really want to test this you can do it your self by taking a block of text, doing a word count in MS Word or the like and copy and pasting the text into the description field, saving, and running a consistency check until you see if throw an error.

Complete data is not getting downloaded in XL

We have developed one Z report to take the status of open purchase order for projects. While downloading it to XL (ofiice 2007 installed on PC), complete data is not getting downloaded.
I would like to know whether it is XL problem or it is some bug in the report itself.

While downloading the data to excel , try the following option
List -- > Export -- > Spreadsheet -- > Excel(in MHTML Format).
The download will authormatically open in excel window. Save it as excel file

You will not be able to see what version you are running until the iPad is activated. It will be in Settings>General>About >Version when you can get to the settings app.
The slider bar that you are describing sounds like the screen lock side switch and that has no bearing on setting up the iPad or connecting to WiFi.
Why don't you try rebooting your router? Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again and see if the iPad will recognize and join the network.

Can't open raw files in cs5. When I try to download updates I keep getting download errors ? I have a canon 5D mark 111 ?

I am currently running CS5, on windows. I can't open any raw format files in photoshop (I took some photos with a canon 5D mark 111). Hi Praveen,
U have to understand the functionality of open and cleared line items. When u use posting key 31, u are posting a vendor invoice. Any invoice (or any document for that matter) when posted will have the open status.
Now that invoice will get cleared when it is actually cleared against another document (outgoing payment in ur case)
Goto F-53 and give the required inputs (amount ,vendor number , bank account etc) and process any of the open items(ie original invoice) in that vendor account. Once that payment document get posted, it clears the original invoice also. Just test it and u'll understand.
The same can be done in automatic payment also, but u need to do all the customizing in FBZP and then run the program through F110. That also clears the open vendor invoices.
