Impossible d'ouvrir sur ma liseuse des livres provenants de la bibliothèque municipale, j'ai toujours le message que le document est protégé par la Gestion des Droits Numériques(DRM) et ne peut pas s'ouvrir avec mon identifiant Adobe.. J'ai communiqué avec Kobo et une représentante m'a demander d'annuler l'autorisaton sur la liseuse et sur l'ordinateur, De redémarrer l'ordinateur et de refaire les autorisations. Résultat rien n'a changé. Est ce que quelqu'un à une réponse à ce problème.

SOLUTION: J'ai refait une réinitialisation de mon Kobo Glo et maintenant j'ai accès à mes livres provenant de la Bibliothèque Municipale.

hier j'ai procéder à un téléchargement légal sur la plate forme chapitre.com d'un e-book sur mon PC afin de pouvoir le déposer sur ma liseuse à l'issue.
Pour la première fois je suis confronté à une difficulté à savoir que je ne peux le mettre sur ma liseuse car le document est protégé par la gestion des droits numérique d'adobe. Résultat de cela, j'ai acheté un livre par la voie du téléchargement et je ne peux le lire.
Quelle solution me préconisez-vous pour régler cette difficulté technique.

Printing a secured document duplex

When printing a secured document from Adobe Reader 10.1.3 on Mac OSX Lion to a Canon iP3000, the printer dialog is disabled. How can I ask for duplex printing?

Thanks for responding. After selecting File->Print a dialog titled "Print Secured Document" appears. Options are Pages -> All | Current | Selection, Number of copies. Buttons are Cancel and Print. Selecting Print sends the document to the default printer. There is no display of the printer setup dialog.
The document I want to print is a copyrighted document that is DRM secured and can only be opened by Adobe Reader with the File Open Plugin and according to the vendor's site, will only allow 1 print to be made and can only be opened on the computer it was first opened on.

ADE error: "Document is licensed for a different user account"

My ADE worked great for months. All of a sudden it will not let me add books to it's library. When I try to add a book (Epub w/DRM) it tells me "Document is licensed for a different user account." What changed? What is my problem?

You're going to have to answer the question yourself, unfortunately. I can
explain what the message means, but I can't do the detective work to see
what happened in the past.
This message is generated when the information attached to the
document/ebook shows that "User A" downloaded it to his/her copy of Digital
Editions is different from what's in place at this time. There are a number
of things that could have happened, but right now, "User B" is trying to
download that document/ebook.
There's no easy fix - especially if the document/ebook is DRM-protected, as
many of the ones we buy are. Once you find out who did what, then you could
contact the source and see if they'll work with you to get another copy
downloaded to your copy of Digital Editions.

Je souhaite supprimer un compte Adobe car mon adresse mail a été piratée. Le problème qui en résulte c'est que je ne peux pas emprunter de livres à la bibliothèque avec ma Kobo car un message s'affiche systématiquement Oups.. document protéggé par la Gestio des Droits Numériques (DRM). En effet mon compte Adobe et mon Mac sont liés à cette adresse piratée. J'ai recréé un nouveau compte Adobe avec une nouvelle adresse mail mais l'adresse d'autorisation pour emprunter des livres sur mon Mac reste mon ancienne adresse mail. Ma question: comment je fais pour supprimer le compte Adobe dont je ne veux plus et comment je fais pour authoriser mon Mac avec ma nouvelle adresse mail?

SAP_EBAN_EBKN doesn't get filled

We are using Archiving Infostructure in our data archiving project.
When I archive MM_EBAN,the infostructure SAP_EBAN_EBKN doesnt get popluated with data for archived documents.
The DRM infostructure SAP_DRB_MM_EBAN gets filled and I can see the archived data in it.
I verified the table beneath the object SAP_EBAN_EBKN ,it is ZARIXMM3.Its empty.
The SARI ->STATUS->STATUS PER ARCHIVE
Shows green for for SAP_EBAN_EBKN shows green status.
When I campared the issue in TST and PRD system,I see this issue in PRD only.
In TST the SAP_EBAN_EBKN shows data and ZARIXMM3 table is not empty.
Not sure why this is happening..

Verified using Program ASCORRINDX ,to check if everything is ok with SAP_EBAN_EBKN.
All comes green
2. THe only anomaly I see is
SARI ->STATUS->STATUS PER ARCHIVE ->EXTRA ->Check
Comes up with no check mark for INDEX for SAP_EBAN_EBKN in Production,whereas its coming Checked in TST system.
What is the Infostructure SAP_EBAN_EBKN used for...if we have SAP_DRB_MM_EBAN ..
Has someone worked with above structure in ECC.

first of all many thanks for all your replies, I'll try to give you some more details about the scenario:
1) the issue is related to Abap code changes in the RFC called bapis: the code changes I'm asking about don't modify the import/export structure but (for example) change the logic of the data extraction (thus the final result could be different in terms of extracted number of records, not in terms of data structure)
2) "SUP sessions not closing automatically": I mean on Sap (tcode SMGW) I see several RFC connections initiated by SUP, status "connected", that stay that way for hours, sometimes more than one day (I took the following picture this morning from the Dev server, you'll see all connections are from yesterday). I understand there are Sap's profile parameters to manage gw connections, but none of the current values justify (from my point of view) such a long "lifetime"

Is there any way to know FileOpen plugin version in java Server?
Can we provide custom error message from java server to FileOpen Client in case of some exception?

Lecture sur Mac de Ibooks.

Si l'on achète un livre sur l'ibook store d'Apple (via l'ipad ou via l'iphone), il se retrouve après synchro dans l'onglet LIVRES d'iTunes mais on ne peut en aucun cas le lire sur l'écran du mac.
Le fichier est illisible car protégé (DRM).
Je ne comprends pas bien pourquoi Apple empêche de faire sur les livres ce qu'il permet de faire sur la musique (la musique achetée sur iPhone peut être écoutée sur le mac avec lequel est synchronisé l'iphone).
Quelqu'un a-t-il une solution pour lire ces livres ailleurs que sur l'iphone et l'ipad ?

same problem for me. I am using abe edition 3 as I don't think 4 can be used with kobo. Book has been downloaded to kobo but it can't be read as it is not authorised.Help please

Can DRM protected document be read in Pocket PC and Palm ?

For Pocket PC and Palm, Adobe Reader have some special
version (2.0) for these platform.
Are these Adobe Reader compatible with the DRM mechanism
of Adobe Policy Server (APS) and Document Security Server (DSS) ?
(I guess it maybe work if Asynchronous or WI-FI could be applied)
Could anybody give some suggestion about this?

Unfortunately the version of the handheld products we have today do not support the Policy Server. I have passed your comments onto the Product Manager for future consideration.

Error opening DRM PDF document using Acrobat Reader

I am having problem opening a DRM PDF document using Acrobat Reader. When I open the document I get a message if I want want to connect to xx.xxxxx.xx server (Allow / Disallow), I click Allow then I get this error message without prompting me for the login box.
"An error occurred while performing this operation. Contact an administrator if this problem continues."
What is strange is that when I open the document using Acrobat Professional then there is no error and I get login box.
I tried this in Acrobat 8 and 9 Reader with latest updates.
Please help.

The problem is the enhanced security, turned on by default, in Adobe 8.2 and 9.3 - specifically restrictions on cross domain scripting.
You need to install a crossdomain.xml file in the root of your application server.

I have a requirement to secure some excel and pdf files using DRM in sharepoint 2010. Can anyone help me here..

This is something you will need to talk to the publisher of the document. They might have to do something to allow you to open the file. (If you changed Adobe ID since buying the file, for instance, they might have to allow for that).

Cannot re-open DRM-prot pdf file on Bebook One

Yesterday I bought a Bebook One. Charged the batteries of the Bebook. Installed Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) on my (Windows 7) computer. Authorized my computer. Bought two e-books on http://www.bol.com and downloaded them with ADE. Moved the books (pdf with DRM-protection) to the Bebook library that was visible in ADE. Disconnected the Bebook from the computer and I was able to read the e-books on the Bebook. So far, so good.
Then I stopped reading. I might have viewed the same books using ADE on my computer after that; I am not sure. Later on I wanted to re-open the book on the BeBook One again. But then I could not open the e-book anymore. When selecting the book, the "hourglass" is visible for 2 or 3 seconds, and then disappears, the menu is re-displayed again and then nothing happens.
However, I can open free (no drm) pdf's and Word files (*.doc) on the Bebook. So, I assume it is something with the DRM. Any suggestions?
