Report it to the police. Report it to your wireless service provider. Attempt to use BB Protect to wipe it clean. Outside of that, there is nothing to be done. If your personal issues prevent you from carrying this out, then you must consider all of your data on your BB to be compromised.

Since you have Pages '09 documents it is safe to assume that you own Pages '09. If you bought it from the App Store you should be able to download it again to your new machine. If you have the install disks, you can install it on the new machine and the find the updater for it.
Or you can go to the Apple Store (make an appointment) and get them to install iWork '09 on your machine. They will do this for free if you can provide any proof that you owned it on your older machine. They may do it for free anyway.
As others said, your '09 files should open, so perhaps they were '08 files. In which case you must open with '09 first. For this reason Apple will sometimes give you a free version of iWork '09. If you are not near an Apple Store try phoning them. No guarantees, but others have reported that Apple sent them a free DVD.
Worse comes to worse, look to buy it on Amazon or eBay, but try Apple first.

Can't get videos from my documents to Itunes! Please help!

I've tried doing file import and it doesn't show up in Itunes. I've also tried dragging the file from my documents to itunes but that doesn't work either. The ipod I'm using is an 80g ipod video, thought I'd include that. Not sure what else I can try if someone could please help me I'd really appreciate it.

What format are your videos on? They need to be Quick Time to go into iTunes to be played, and MPEG4 to be able to transfer to the iPod.
I don't import the files, I use File and Add File to Library - try that.

Cannot open a Sequence!! Please Help ASAP!

When trying to open a sequence which consists of compiled sequences, a popup message appears stating "Operation not Allowed" with an ok button.
When I click on the ok button, another popup message appears stating "Error: Out of Memory".
After that, the sequence just does not open.
Im am currently running on 2 gb of RAM. I dont think my memory can be an issue with at least opening the file.
Can someone please help!! Has anyone run into this problem.
BTW I have Final Cut Studio HD.

Many things can be causing this problem. The first and easiest thing to do is delete your fcp preferences. Do a search here for fcp rescue, a neat little utility that will backup, delete and restore your fcp preferences. If that doesn't help, you may have a corrupt piece of media. First and easiest thing to try is to delete all renders. If that doesn't help, it may be a corrupt clip. Take all your media offline and see if the sequence will open. If so, gradually reconnect your media until you find the problem.
One thing that comes to mind is cmyk graphics. There verbotten. If you have any, open in photoshop and save as RGB.
If none of this works, email me a project that just consists of the problem sequence and I'll see if I can open it and then zap it back to you. My email adress is in my profile. Be sure and archive the file before attaching to email (control click on the file in the finder and choose archive).

Document Sequencing in Directory Browse Help

I need to resequence the order of the documents (cards) view when in browse mode in the Documents Directory. I need to reorder them by the card name instead of ordering by the cards ObjectID, in which is by default its sequencing them now. What do I need to do in BrowseDocViewHelper.CS or the DirBrowseDP.CS objects?? Am I looking at the right direction here? Please point me to the right class objects to modify to get these results... Much obliged in advance for help...

Hmmm... That is strange then, this could be a bug. This is the first thing we did. Went in the Folder Editor, there is a section there for "Sorting", an option of "Order this way when browsing" we had set to the "Name" property. We did the same thing for the "Order this way when Editing" option. And yet as soon as I set the Browse Mode again, it orders the documents in reverse, like if it orders by ObjectID. I will report this to Tech Support.

Still can't download iTunes purchases, please help! incorrectly says "network connection timed out"

I've been trying for 4 days to download purchased media from iTunes and I keep getting this error message "The network connection timed out." I assure you my internet connection works perfectly.
Not sure if this is relevant, but this error spontaneously happened after my most recent purchase on the night of 2/10. I was able to download some iTunes extras right before I made the most recent HD movie purchase, and as soon as I tried to download that, nada!
Here's what I've already tried, but has NOT worked:
-re-opening iTunes
-restarting computer (several times)
-deleting tmp files
-disabling antivirus ware & firewalls
-deleting & re-installing iTunes
If anyone has any other ideas to help me out, I'm all ears!

please excuse my ignorance, but do you mean log into my iTunes at an apple store & download my purchases onto a flash? I wasn't aware I could do that...
