Error documented goods movements

Hello PP experts
I have done the good issue of the components of a process order.
If I ckeck it in the order in Lits-> documented goods movement, sytem showe me an error 'There is no data for the selection'
What is wrong? why does not show me the movements of good issue?

Documented goods movements list in cooispi.

Even though there are goods movements w.r.t. process order, they are not getting displayed in cooispi in the List - Documented Goods Movements. What could be the reason for this?

Hi Madhvi,
U can also the "Documented good movement" at header view of Process order .
Please also check with "documentation of goods movement" settings at COR4 for process order /plant combination.
Activate all the check boxs under Document good mvt table at Implementation tab in COR4 & create new order and do goodsmovement check with cooispi.

Co02-Documented Goods Movement

Hi,
I have done goods movement i,e Goods Issue in CO11N.
But I could not see Details in Doucmented goods movement.
I have done SPRO settings for the same in OPL8-Implementation-Documentation of Goods Movements.
Is there any thing else to be done.

Dear Raghu,
i think Backflush is not activated, just check in CO14, inputting the order number &
Check the Goods movement tab whether components exists or not ( 261 movement type)

COIS024 When trying to display the goods movement in COR2/COR3

Gents,
the system is issuing a COIS024 message (There is no data for the selection) when trying to display the documented goods movements for any process order. The order has both GI & GR. The message is also refering to OPJB saying we should set the type of this message to S in OPJB.
Any ideas why this is happening, or better a solution?

Hi,
2 things:
1. In COR4, for plant - order type combination check in implementation tab if you have flagged the check boxes under documentation of goods movement. If it is not done, then flag the same, then all future goods movement will be documented.
2. If the above is done, then run SU53 & check if you have some authorization issue.

Not able to see the documented goods movement

The Problem is I cannot see the documents against the same combination of the order type and Plant for Ceratin period but can see the documented goods movements against the same orders for some other period.

Check in OPL8, whether the Documented Goods Movemets is maintained or not.
This in the Second Tab page: Implementation.

DOCUMENTED GOODS MOVEMENT FOR COLLECTIVE ORDER

In the 4.6C version
If i got to Production order from transaction code CO03 , Read the collective order , highlight the toplevel item and ''GOTO'' in the menu bar and select Documented goods movement , the display shows the Top level order AND the Sub-Assemblies.
( sub-assemblies goods movement with main assembly can be seen in the single screen)
In the ECC 6.0 Version

In collective order struture ,Automatic goods movement will be happened between toplevel & lower level.
Please check with "coll order goods mvt" settings for order type at OPJH For ECC 6.0 version.
Please also check with cost analysis for Goods movement.

Documented Goods Movements COR3

Hello dear gurus:
I need your help, when I made a goods movements (261) with transaction COR6N, I can see the documented goods movements in COR3 (GoTo>List>Documented Goods Movements), but if I made the goods movements with transaction MB11 or any other I can't see the documented goods movements in COR3, If I checked the MB51 I can see all the Goods movements. (261 and 101).
Is there any way to make all the goods movements reflected in COR3???? no matter which transaction I use?

You are right. You need to activate the check box for "Unplanned Goods Issue" & "Goods Recipet for Purchase order"(Incase of non-stock Items). Now you would get the list of all goods movement document against the order.
Just have another suggestion, from your problem it appears that the goods Issue you are making using MB11 is not going as planned Issue. This is basically a simple transaction processing mistake, in MB11 transaction after entering plant/movement type/posting date click the "To order", in the pop-up screen input your order number and then click to adopt the details. Now if you post the goods Issue, even now i think you would be getting the document list in COR3 without making changes in COR4.
I think currently your users (or you) in MB11 transaction after entering entering plant/movement type/posting date details you are pressing Enter key and you are entering manually the process order number in the goods movment screen, if this way it is performed system would consider this as an unplanned Issue. The problem with this type of Issue is that it wont update the withdraw quantity against the reservation.

Goods Movement not Documented for Prod Order

Why is that whenever i do a goods issue to the order , or reversal of goods issue to the order, it doesn''t get recorded in the system? Is there a related config that I missed?

Go to OPL8, for your plant and order type combination - In the implementation tab make tick mark for all in status change documents , shop floor information system update, Release versions, and documented goods movements.
After updating this, create fresh order and check.

Process inst cat cons_1 documented goods movement in cor3 not updated

Dear Gurus, i have sent the cons_1 process inst cat to pi sheet and then send the related process message using co54. in order withdrawn qty is updated, but documented goods movement is not updated. please advise what should be done in order to update the documented goods movement in cor3?

Check in CO54 whether all your messages are successfully sent or not . Ensure there are no errors as shown below..Check and revert...

Hi,
the thing is the following (maybe it doesn't work at all, i don't know) :
a) i have a "Non-stock" material (e.g.material type NLAG)
b)this material should be picked, so it should be relevant for the delivery (e.g.item category TAX)
c) for a special reason the "Total goods movement status" in the outbound delivery header shouldn't be "Not relevant", therefore i assigned the item category TAX to a shedule line category that has a movement type (e.g. CN)
d)but the bad thing is, that the customer has set the indicators "quantity updating" and "value updating" for the material type NLAG, and so the goods issue posting gets some errors. eg.g missing storage location etc.)
During debugging i found a coding that checks the sign NOWAB of lips, the documentation says:
"You can use this indicator to control whether the item is relevant for goods movement when the delivery is still being created.
When this indicator is set, goods movement is not posted for this item - regardless of the movement type assigned to it."
So i head the idea it might be possible to set this indication (Lips-nowab) somewhere in the sales order or somewhere else but maybe this conflicts with point c) above .
Maybe shomeone knows what to do or has a better idea.

COGI error in relevance in production order goods movement

Hello,
Yesterday I have a COGI error with regards in reservation. "RE Quantity moved exceeded by 7,912 LB: 1000710 0111 0001 201200". But today someone done something on the production order, and the error yesterday in COGI are fixed. Am confused what happen or what they did to fixed this since yesterday the error still there but now it is gone.
when checking the Documented Goods Movement for material 1000710 in the production order here the details,

This is what it shows? could some one explain me with this data what was the reseason yesterday i did not fixed the COGI error while now it was fixed? and why in RESERVATION 1112345 it only shows qty 6000 not 14000 for this order?

well, as far as I can see, there is an unplanned 261 (without reservation no.). This one (doc. 4908430) has wihtdrawn additional 14000 for batch 201200. Therefore, the later 262 posting (doc. 4908437) with 14000 for that batch could be put into store without error.
That's all
Regarding the reservation: It shows qty 6000 because as first step 14000 were withdrawn, then additional 6000 and then 14000 were put back. So 6000 remain.

Process Order - Goods Movements

Hi All,
I am working with the process order (COR2/COR3). From the general data tab of the process order I am navigating to Documented Goods movements via the path Goto --> Lists --> Documented Goods movements.
I need to generate a report of these docs. I am just checking if there is any FM available for this. I did the search and could not find any. I am aware that these are available in the table MSEG which we can parse by the material no and the process order no. Is this the right way to get a list of these docs or do we have a better approach or any FM which I am missing.
Please drop in your inputs.

New Goods Movement Type for Inventory Manager

Hi Guys,
I need to change a goods movement code used on Mobile App Inventory Manager 4.0 to a custom (Z) goods movement code, the fileds are the same so I thought changing the constant will work for this as we do a GoodReceipt with no reference to Purchase nor Production order (gmCode = 501) with a custom, copied from standard, Movement type gmCode = 950 (this is a well known practice on ERP). I have changed only the global constant on my copied IM application, for testing purpose and the local GR was created with gmCode = 950 instead of gmCode = 501, but when I was transmiting in order to create goods movement document on SAP, the application throws an error like: "PostReceiptsSteplet - Goods Movement Impossible with good movement type 950 - Server error". So I would like to know first:
If is it possible to include or change the standard gmCode for custom gmCode on mobile app Inventory Manager 4.0?
What would it be the Best Practice to do this? The steps to include a custom movement type, now I know is not only changes on global constants
I have checked the java doc for this method "PostReceiptsSteplet", and it did not say anything about the constructor .... or how is used... what has inside... what is the condition of execution.... nothing ...

If those java source code are so troublesome to request... why should I request them if I won't change the app's base functionality??. Instead of requesting those java source code, the documentation of the java doc should improve, well the documentation in general for this app should improve ... Is only a suggestion ... I'm trying very hard not to ask for those source code, because what Mark Pe answer me on another post: If I ask for them, a disclamer must be signed because I could change a base functionality... and that's perfectly fine. But if I need to extend a class and add a few field: why do I need to ask for the code instead of checking the documentation and apply the customization needed?
Now I have some trouble extending a SAPOBJECT, because I don't quite understand the design of how you manage MaterialDocument / MaterialDocumentItem on the app. But I will post this question on another thread

Good Movement Outbound Idoc

Hi ,
We have to transmit Goods movement idoc to our partner.Since i couldn't find any standard outgoing idoc for material document posting.
Therefore we are considering below two approaches to get it done
Solution 1
We will use the user exit / customer exit like MB_CF001 available at material document posting to call FMs which will populate edidc & edidd of idoc type WMMBID02 (WMMBXY message type). We will updated NAST with our hard coded output types like ZABC.As soon as the the output type gets processed the message will be transmitted to partner.(For this output type we are planning to configure despatch time as IMMEDIALTELY therefore i believe message will get transmitted as soon as material document is posted.)
But we can see few challenges in this
1) Which program and routines we have to attach with output types ?
2) In NAST along with output type we also have to update , material document number. How to get it before posting a document ?
Solution 2
We will use the user exit / customer exit like MB_CF001 available at material document posting.Using this exit we create a XML file with field and place into a disred directory. XI people will do the rest work for us.
Need you advice on the feasible solution of two and which is more cost / effort effective

I've looked into WMMBID02 IDOC with Message type WMMBXY, and looked further into idoc documentation. It is used for inbound GR transactions. Below is what I intent to do. We issue a PO to vendor via edi, vendor ships goods to us, and using MIGO, goods receipt transaction is performed. What I intent to do is to create an outbound idoc when MIGO is performed, so that I can let the vendor know that we received the goods.
