Documents blocked on feeder system, but not on GTS

Hey guys,
we have repeatingly faced the following issue I would like you to comment on:
Order completed. Delivery in work. Transports started.
--> Our feeder system indicates a block due to delivery incompletion
GTS will not show any block because goods issue was already done.
Maybe you know how to solve that problem?
Thanks a lot!

Goods issue was done. GTS does not block anymore.
But in our feeder system, the delivery appears blocked due to incompletion.
You even do not have to save the document, you can simply check completion status of the delivery before.
As we face this error before saving, there is no clear error message.
Well our proposed solution was to go back with every step and then use the correct process.
But the goods have already passed customs and arrived the customer. So we cannot declare our goods again.
Thank you for your help anyways!

  • Issue while calling the RFC in SAP quality system but not in SAP Dev sys

    Hi,
    Our scenario is FIle-RFC-File.
We are calling the RFC from XI system in Development environment. This is working fine in Development environment, but not in Quality environment.
This changes are moved/transported to Quality environment in both XI and SAP side. But we are getting the following error in Quality system:

      </SAP:Error>
Please provide the inputs, what we can check at SAP side and XI side.
We have tried to test from XI Development to SAP quality environment, but we are getting the same error message.
    Waiting for the precious inputs.
    Thanks,
    Ramesh.

    Hi Ramesh,
This might be because your RFC adapter would not have been configured properly. Just do a check on it,in RWB(adapter monitoring) and activate it once more in ID.
Also check RFC comm. parameters such as host name/user id/password etc..
Also check whether your XML document is having a mismatch with your RFC XML.
Check with your payload ( from SXMB_MONI) and test it in your message mapping.
    All the best!
    cheers,
    prashanth

  • Wanted to block the Goods Receipt but not the Invoice Receipt

    Hi
After the partial delivery of the Goods Receipt, i am manually setting the "Delivery completed" indicator in the PO. I dont want any future delivery against this PO. But it is allowing me to do a GR even though the Delivery Completed Indicator is set.
How can i stop all the future deliveries agains the PO. But at the same time, is should not block the IR. I tried this by locking the PO item. It is not allowing me to do any GR after locking the same. But at the same it is not allowing me to do the IR also.
Is there any way i can stop the GR, but do the IR for the purchase order ? Please clarify. Points assured.
    Thanks
    Venkat.

    Hello,
If u maintain the latest GR date as a current date in the PO item level - delivery tab, then system will not allow to do further GR in future.
    Latest Possible Goods Receipt
This is the latest acceptable date for goods receipt (GR).
If goods are received after this date, you will receive either a warning message or an error message, depending on the system setting.
If you receive an error message, you will not be able to post the GR.

  • Risk terminator - Works in one system but not in the other

    Hi
I have two SAP systems which is connected to one GRC system. Risk Terminator works well for the one system but does not work at all for the other.
I have done the necessary configuration, set-up the RFC connector, tested the connectors, tested the connections from the GRC system. All seems fine but when I create a role in PFCG risk terminator does not seem to be trigged at all in my one system.
    Please advise

I would check the adapter for the other system and that the external program is maintained correctly along with all the settings in /VIRSA/ZRTCNFG

  • USB stick shows up in Apple system but not in Disk utilities nor in finder

I havebought a brand new USB stick, brand Intenso (this is the last time I buy this brand!!) . I opened it and pluged it to the fast usb port on my Imac (osx10.5.8), till now all good, it shows up on the finder I save an important file on it and eject. A week later, my hard disk crashes, I try to recup a little data here and there. I dig out the Intenso stick, plug it: NOTHING. It appears in the Hard Disk: About------->More Info but not in the finder nor in Disk Utilities.
I tried on another mac laptop this time, still nothing and a laptop Pc: nothing.
Given that I already lost mega valuable data, it would a gift of God if someonecan help me recup at least this file!! Help

I could be looking at the wrong Disk Doctor application, the one I saw would not recover files, at least that is what I understood from the write up, it could be a different application than the one you have though.
Disk warrior is expensive and there is no guarantee that it would work, I suppose if you cannot find another application then you have a decision on if you want to buy it.
I would suggest you stop trying to recover the files until you have determined what applcation you want to use, the more your try and access the USB stick the more you are likely to make things worse. When you have a suitable application then give it a try, hopefully it will work for you.
    Good luck

  • Logical (feeder) system cannot be determined -  GTS error during BP Update

    Hi All,
While updating a BP in CRM system, I am getting the following error in application log SLG1 as "Logical (feeder) system cannot be determined". This occurs when we change or create a BP and call the function module " BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT". The issue occurs from the function module "/SAPSLL/BP_XI_GET_LOGSYS" that does not provide any logical system. I feel this is due to any changes in GTS configuration as we did not find this issue earlier. Can anyone please provide me some directions in rectifying this issue.

    Hi,
I just checked for the customer in GTS, but it is not shown there. I have following observations:
    1. If i try to transfer Vendor from ECC to GTS, it is happening successfully. I could see that vendor in GTS.
    2. Seems like Partner Number is allocated to Customer in GTS. I transferred Customer after successfully transferring vendor, Customer transferred failed!. So I again transferred Vendor from ECC to GTS, this happened successfully.
    Observation:
First successfull vendor transfer: Partner Number in GTS: 134
Unsuccessfull transfer of Customer: Not visible in GTS
Second successfull vendor transfer: Partner Number in GTS: 136
Please see the above observation and let me if anything can be dudcted from this.
Also checked table BUT100 in GTS for Business Partners. Customer not visible here too.
    Please Help!

  • FM CRM_PRIDOC_READ_OW works in source system but not when executed from BW

    Hello All,
I have extended an extractor in the source system by adding additional fields.
One of the FM I've used is CRM_PRIDOC_READ_OW. When I run an extraction test in the source system eveything works and data does populates into the new fields. But when I run the infopackage from the BW side, I get an error message which saids the transaction has been terminated. I've been able to trace and pinpoint the possible cause of the error. When I do not call this FM, the infopackage finishes but I do not get data for the new fields and when I do call this FM, I get the error.

    Hello Geo!
Thank you for your question. I think we mapped all the systems you show. Always the same error. Concerning your systems my transport log would say:
Source system R3DEV does not exist
    We mapped this.
Any ideas? Is there maybe something in customizing to do what could be forgetten? The system is newly connected and there have never been a transport compounded to this source system before.

  • Unix shell: Environment variable works for file system but not for ASM path

We would like to switch from file system to ASM for data files of Oracle tablespaces. For the path of the data files, we have so far used environment variables, e.g.,
    CREATE TABLESPACE BMA DATAFILE '${ORACLE_DB_DATA}/bma.dbf' SIZE 2M AUTOEXTEND ON;
This works just fine (from shell scripts, PL/SQL packages, etc.) if ORACLE_DB_DATA denotes a file system path, such as "/home/oracle", but doesn’t work if the environment variable denotes an ASM path like "\+DATA/rac/datafile". I assume that it has something to do with "+" being a special character in the shell. However, escaping "\+" didn’t work. I tried with both bash and ksh.
Oracle managed files (e.g., set DB_CREATE_FILE_DEST to +DATA/rac/datafile) would be an option. However, this would require changing quite a few scripts and programs. Therefore, I am looking for a solution with the environment variable. Any suggestions?
The example below is on a RAC Attack system (http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/RAC_Attack_-OracleCluster_Database_at_Home). I get the same issues on Solaris/AIX/HP-UX on 11.2.0.3 also.
    Thanks,
    Martin

My revised understanding is that it is not a shell issue with replacing +, but an Oracle problem. It appears that Oracle first checks whether the path starts with a "+" or not. If it does not (file system), it performs the normal environment variable resolution. If it does start with a "+" (ASM case), Oracle does not perform environment variable resolution. Escaping, such as "\+" instead of "+" doesn't work either.
To be more specific regarding my use case: I need the substitution to work from SQL*Plus scripts started with @script, PL/SQL packages with execute immediate, and optionally entered interactively in SQL*Plus.
    Thanks,
    Martin

  • Blocking process each other but not killing..

    Hello,
I have situation where 2 SPID's 82 and 112 blocking each other but deadlock monitor is not killing one of them. 82 is trying to get the shared lock on few pages of an object and got the shared lock on 1 page where as waiting on other. mean while Spid 112
got the exclusive lock on the page where 82 is waiting for and trying to convert the lock on other page where 82 already has a lock.
This is perfect dead lock situation but SQL Server is not detecting it as dead lock so not killing one of the process.
This is on SQl Server 2008 R2 SP2 , can you please tell me why is this not being resolved by SQL Server?

I have the sp_locks for both the process here and filtered for the object which is causing it... hope this will help to see this clearly.

  • Display sleeps with system but not alone

I have read the many posts regarding monitor sleep issues. I have recently bought a Viewsonic 20.1" widescreen LCD display and am using it on a Dual 1.8GHz G5 running OS 10.4.6.
At first the display would never sleep, when the computer went to sleep or told the display to sleep, it would simply flash a message on the screen, "No Signal" the Green LED would flash Orange and show the message again. I took some of the advice and tossed some .plist files, reset the SMU, reset the PRAM and NVRAM. It does sleep when the entire system sleeps now but still says "no signal" when I want only the display to power down. I have also tried with a new user acount and it makes no difference.
Viewsonic swears it's a configuration problem. I don't think I should have told them I was using a Mac.
Thanks to any and all who respond.
    Mike.

I get this same behavior with a Viewsonic VP930b. Here's what Viewsonic told me about it:
Thank You for contacting ViewSonic Support. The blue message box you are referring to, is a communication, between the monitor and the computer, and therefore cannot be disabled. This message is not directed towards you in any way, it just so happens to be displayed on the monitor; It should only appear when:
    * when changing from the BIOS to the operating system
    * whenever you change the display properties
    * when you switch signals
We apologize if this inconveniences you...
IF you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-688-6688; We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can you believe that? They're basically saying, don't let it bother you.
What I've discovered is that when I put the computer to sleep, the message stops. On mine anyway, it only seems to happen when the computer tries to put the monitor to sleep and not the computer. I think?

  • Patch Successful on One system but not another?

I am wondering if there is a Cache dump or process of getting a patch system to recover from a failure where the patch has deployed successfully on a different system. There are a variety of errors depending on the patch as well as device. I see some remediation errors as well as server not found etc.
Will Clear cache help resolve this type of thing?
Does Windows Update service running cause problems with this process? Any other tips to get the rest of my deployment to become more successful?
If someone from Novell is listening... Where is the documentation on Patch deployment best practices? I have tried to review the online docs and can't find anything that gives clear guidelines on patch deployment. I also find that Windows update will show completely Updated by Microsoft yet ZPM shows massive patch deployments needed. I also have .Net 3.5.1 updates that showed successfully deployed, yet when the zac ps or DAU runs it still shows the update as needed.
Any help or guidance would be extremely helpful.
    Thanks
    Richard
