Can anyone guide me for document regarding Authorizations related details for Payroll. I search but i got lots of documents regarding BI not for payroll. This will be helpful for me to work on Security and Authorization User Profile.

Hi Lakshmi,
besides the special (but simple) payroll object I assume you also will need experience in the HR Authorization.
Why? Payroll reports are LDB reports that obey the HR authorizations.
(Unless you take them out with P_ABAP)
So you also check the online help or get the course HR940 and you can have a look at the PDFs that are more or less the online help but in a more readable manner here:

I had copied these .class & .xml files under Myclasses -> oracle.apps.icx and oracle.apps.po and oracle.apps.fnd was same which comes part of the standard OA tutorial.
I copied same under Myprojects as well.
you have to decompile the class file into java file and then place it in Myproject directory , also copy all dependency files like BC4J components , and then
try to run from Jdeveloper .
Alternatively you can get the entire ICX folder and zip it and add it via library .

I think the syntax regarding creating a table from Microsoft official website is wrong, but I really cannot believe that they made a mistake in such a basic and popular syntax. So I need to confirm this with you guys.
The syntax from Microsoft is as follows:
CREATE TABLE
[ database_name . [ schema_name ] . | schema_name . ] table_name
[ AS FileTable ]
( { <column_definition> | <computed_column_definition>
| <column_set_definition> | [ <table_constraint> ] [ ,...n ] } )
[ ON { partition_scheme_name ( partition_column_name ) | filegroup
| "default" } ]
[ { TEXTIMAGE_ON { filegroup | "default" } ]
[ FILESTREAM_ON { partition_scheme_name | filegroup
| "default" } ]
[ WITH ( <table_option> [ ,...n ] ) ]
The part I am suspecting is
CREATE TABLE
[ database_name . [ schema_name ] . | schema_name . ] table_name
The way I understand this statement is that you can do either one of thing as below, they should all be correct:
1. just specify table_name
2. specify schema_name and table_name
3. specify database_name, schema_name and table_name
4. specify database_name and table_name
Based on my test, the number four is incorrect, which makes me confused
Can anyone correct me if I am wrong? Thanks！

You can exclude schema name but still need to put the dot
so its either
database.schemaname.
or
database..
before the table name

Document regarding Solaris to OEL migration

We are in the planning stage of migrating of Apps Tech Stack from Solaris to OEL on Exalogic, but I can not find relative documentation.
Currently, our DB is on Exadata, and all of the Apps Stack are on load-balanced Solaris 10 servers.
We'll be upgrading from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 and migrating Apps Stack to Exalogic servers.
Currently thoughts are that this will be a 2-step (2 major outages) process.
Can anybody direct me to document/path forward for migrating the Apps Stack from Solaris to OEL/Exalogic ?
Also, do you believe it is best to break this down into two different outages ? Since Exalogic servers are not yet onsite, the upgrade would be first if realistic.

Regarding dynamic tables in interactive forms

Hi All,
 I have designed a webdynpro view which contains a table,i have to generate a pdf format file which also contains
a table as there in the webdynpro view.
 I have designed a dynamic table in interactive form and binded the interactive form ui element with the datasource and pdfSource.
In the interactive form i am getting only one row data of webdynpro view table.In the Object palette, I selected Repeat Row For Each Data Item.
 share with me if u have any idea or send any document regarding table binding(dynamic) in interactive form.

Regarding Transaction code sxmb_ifr in SAP XI

HI friends please help me on the below issue. when i logon to my SAP XI GUI and when i click on the transaction code sxmb_ifr, then my default browser is not opening automatically. My O/S is linux.and i already installed java web start also.please send me any document regarding this issue.

Have u added the Hostname of the XI in the following path
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
open hosts file with notepad and add the ip address hostname of XI
Ex: 10.2.1.122 XIServer
