Does 800 minutes package from USA to China include...

I have bought a package which is 800 minutes one month from USA to China, I can use this package to make a Chinese local call, but I can not make a call for cell Phone number in China, Can you help me figurt it out? Thank you so much.

Hello Srinivas Reddy,
Generally objects collected under $TMP package cannot be transported.
You need to assign objects to a package which can be transported. There are options to change the package.
1. Select the object, go to the change mode. Under Extras, select object directory entry. New screen will appear, there you can change the package.
or
2. Go to transport connect, select the object and right click and select change package(last option). You can also change the package here.
