I want to buy a iPad 2 but i want to know if the iPad 2 has a sim tray. Some people say only specific models has a SIM tray. So, my question is, do all iPad 2's have a SIM tray?

No. all do not. Only the 3G/Wifi AT&T versions do

It's probably a WiFi only iPad. You can connect your iPad to the internet using WiFi.
If you want 3G, you can get a MiFi

Check the right and left sides of your iPad for a small hole the size of a paper clip (remove your smart cover if you have one). If you see this, then you have the wifi + cellular model. If you do, use a paper clip to remove the sim tray (or the sim removal tool that came with your iPad if you have it) as shown in the image below.
If the tray has a sim card in it, push the sim tray back in to re-seat it in the side of the iPad, then turn it on to see if the error message re-appears. If it re-appears, take it to a Verizon store and have them give you a new sim card.
If you have a sim tray but it is empty, you'll need to go to a Verizon store to get a sim card for it.

It sounds like you have a cellular data plan and there is no service where you currently are.
The article below will explain this feature and how to turn the setting on/off.

iOS: About the Cellular Data setting
Cellular data is used for data communication in cellular networks. It does not affect your ability to make or receive phone calls or to use Wi-Fi networks for Internet connectivity. If you turn off cellular data, you will be unable to:
See the cellular data icons in the status bar (for example, LTE or 3G).
Send or receive MMS messages. However, you can still send and receive SMS and iMessages if you're connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Retrieve or listen to new Visual Voicemail messages. To retrieve these messages, enable Cellular Data.
Use Personal Hotspot.
You can adjust this setting by going to:
iPad: Settings > Cellular
Additional Information
You can also enable or disable cellular data for certain iOS features from this setting:

Actually, there is a small workaround.
It isn't the same as an audiobook, but it does the job.
Go to Settings>General>Accessubility>Voiceover>
I would suggest settkng the speed to slower cnsiderng you
are gong to read books.
Anyway turn voice oier on.
You'll have to double tap everything since Voiceover sais everything you tap once.
Anyway, once you're n the book, just tap the text and boom.
I use ths on websites where there are a kit of text,

Why I can't insert the eject tool into my ipad 4's sim tray

I have an iPad 4 wi-fi cellular
I want to ejec it's SIM tray but I can't push the eject tool into that tiny hole.It seems like there is no space for it.It just goes straight down and I can't insert it in a 45 degrees angle.

Give it a little push. If the tray still doesn't open I'd stop by the Apple Store and let them have a look.

If you mean the front facing camera, yes all iPads have a front facing and rear facing camera. The front facing camera was really made to work with FaceTime.

No, it does not. It does not need virus protection.
SPAMming has nothing to do with virii. It is email to an email account.
Your iPad simply looks at the email account on the server, same as your computer does.

At the store they can transfer pics. U can buy an sd card adaptor for iPad and iPhone so u can put ur pics on without having to have them on any iPhone or ipad. Might be worth ur while.
If ur computer has a sd card drive put ur sd card into ur computer then import ur pics put them into a file u know where it is. then plug ur iPhone in and it will give u a message saying ur iPhone is found. Go to iTunes click the name of ur iPhone then there should be a menu for photos click sync then there should be a way to pick the file where u put the photos. I would put all ur file on desktop so u know where it is. Then u should be fine. I did this from an iPhone to an iPhone but it should be the same process.

So I assume you aren't in Herndon, VA? If you are would you go by and drop off a present with my cousin in Reston, VA?
If not, do you have an iPad WiFi+3G or just the WiFi? If the latter it picks up its location from nearby routers. You may be connecting one that has not been updated in the Apple database. If it isn't yours doing it, check with your neighbors, especially any new ones. It is a real conversation starter, "Hi, I'm your neighbor. Did you and your router happen to just move here from Herndon, VA?". Then give it time and the router will be updated.
You might also take your iPad some distance away, to a Starbucks say, and try location services again. Take your new neighbor from Herndon and buy them a latte. If the location is correct it is their router causing issues.
You might also want to try Resetting your iPad. Hold down the sleep and home buttons, ignore the red OFF slider, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
