Does Adobe have a phone number? I'm being charged double.

Why doesn't Adobe have a phone number customers can call? I've been double charged and I have no way to get my money back? This is ridiculous. Does anyone have a way I can contact adobe?

This type of behavior is par for the course with Adobe.
I have also been randomly billed twice for my Creative Cloud subscription (only occasionally), and each time it happens, Adobe's representative has claimed that they are unable to refund the money for at least 5-7 business days.
They stole money from my bank account, and somehow they feel entitled to keep that money until it is convenient to give it back to me? Say again?
If I was in a physical store and a cashier reached into my wallet and took an extra $50, I could immediately phone the police and ask them to arrest the cashier for theft. But because Adobe is an "online" business they can effectively get away with this type of theft because no physical crime has taken place.
Adobe knows they can get away with this behavior, because they are only screwing over some of their customers some of the time, but not all of them all of the time, and most of their customers have found that there are no acceptable substitutes for their apps, so we can all either live with this state of affairs or use inferior tools.
To paraphrase the late great George Carlin, these bastards bring a whole new meaning to "servicing the account".

    You're probably right - however I only stumbled in here yesterday through Google, I'd not visited the site before and really only registered to say "me too" and look for an answer.
    I've never been a huge Apple fan, but when I finally moved to an iPod from Creative and Sony players last year, I was quite impressed. So much so that I also upgraded to an iPhone this year. Never had previous experience of trouble with iTunes and believed Apple's hype about reliability - lesson learnt!
    I've found no answers here or from Apple themselves so I probably won't be back - and the iPad and Macbook will come out of my wish list!

  • My imessage does not have the phone number correct number

    I did the new update OS7 for my iphone 5.  When I turn on imessage it makes a werid number which is not my phone number.  I have called apple support and no one has been able to help.  Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.  It also does this to facetime.  I have checked and made sure my account setting has my number which it does.  I wanted to make sure before I do a full wipe.  I believe it happens when it goes to activate though imessage.

    It may be that you have more than one outgoing mail account, and you're sending from the wrong one. From the Mail menu bar, select
              Mail ▹ Preferences...
    The Mail preference dialog opens. Select the Composing tab from the row of icons at the top. From the menu labeled
              Send new messages from:
    choose
              Account of selected mailbox
    Note that this setting may have no effect if you start a new message while a VIP or smart mailbox is selected in the mailbox list. Those are saved searches, not actual mailboxes.

    I got an iPhone 4 32gb off of ebay, I do not have it yet. what made me buy it was that it said that it was a unlocked 32gb iphone 4 for $44.99 stuck in a boot loop, I googled that and seen as easy fix got excited then I ordered and paid for it and it is on its way. then I was just looking at the photos again a few minutes ago then noticed that in the one photo there is NO SIM slot, then I said hahaha that is not unlocked as it is a CDMA, then figured that it is a Verizon iPhone so now I am needing to know if one can get past that activation screen if the iPhone does not have a phone number?
    I too have no idea what version iOS is on it. I do know it is a CDMA as it does not have the SIM SLOT on the side of the phone.
    I do not know if Sprint iPhone 4 is without a SIM slot or even if they use the iPhone 4 on Sprint so it has to be a Verizon then yes?

    as I stated I have NOT recived it in the mail yet, I discovered that it is a CDMA by looking at the pictures again. as just moments before I was reseacring the psychial differences between an iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s and it showed and said that the major way to tell the difference is them cuts in the band on the phone where iPhone 4 has one on top and the iPhone 4s does not, the iPhone 4s has four cuts in it two on each side so when I seen the picture of the top of the iPhone and seen that it did NOT have a cut in the band on top I said to myself wow they miss that it is an iPh9one 4s and not just an iPh9one 4, so I googled how to fix a boot loop and found the answer more then once being the same answer so I bought it.
    then I took a look at the pictures again after all was said and done befre I have yet to recive said iPhone 4 32GB then I noticed it does not have the SIM tray then said oh *&*%^Y$#*$&$#(# that is a CDMA they cannot be unlocked it is either a Verzion or Srint. as I already have an iPone 4 16GB and I cannot get it unlocked becuase they the powers to be them a$$ whipes that love to control other people lives past a law stating that one now has to get permission from AT&T / T Moble to get your phone unloced so I cannot as I have not had the iPhone 16GB but for a week as I too got it off of Ebay thinking I'll just get it unlocked like I did with my other iPhone 4 8GB that I only paid like 2 dollars and some change off of ebay to get it unlocked with no problem within a week it was unlocked. someone stoled that iPhone 4 bGB
    so I got that iPhone 4 16 GB for under 100 dollars in good working order and looks off of ebay just about a week or so before then found that I cannot get it unloceked due to that new law that was passed about unlocking phones. so now I am in comminications with AT&T getting the old run around about getting a stright answer out of them if I keep it ( a second hand phone) on there gophone plan for 6 months can I then get it unlocked, question to them and get an answer that does not state a yes or no as it is a yes or no question.
    but so yeah I am to get that iPhone 4 32GB ph9one in the mail on firday(tomorrow) I do want to open it and see if I can get it out of the boot loop just to see if I can and I may just keep it for an ipod use that is way I am wondering if I got a have it attached to a carrier to activate it in case I restore it at any time.

  • Can't activate - activation does not have the required number of digits

    I have an old paid version of CS that I have been using for years. I recently had my hard drive repaired and they managed to deactivate my CS. When I try and do the phone activation, after I enter the activation code it says "The number you entered does not have the required number of digits". I am reading it right off the screen in front of me. The only other info is activation type = repair. What are my options? I paid a lot for this and I would like to keep using it. Thanks for any help.

    I am having the exact same problem. I have moved my Adobe CS3 to a new computer. Even though I am entering the activation code correctly as displayed on my screen, I still get the message "The number you entered does not have the required number of digits". You can then select to speak to someone, but then you receive a recording that Adobe is no longer handling activation problems via phone, goodbye, and I am disconnected.
    How can I re-activate my CS3 product? I have a legitimate purchase and a legitimate license key. Thank you.

  • Lightroom 4 purchased through Apple App store does NOT have a serial number - cannot upgrade to lightroom 6

    I am trying to upgrade from Lightroom 4.4 to Lightroom 6 on a Mac running OS X (Lion).  I have purchased Lightroom 6 as an upgrade (as I am running Lightroom 4).  The Lightroom 6 installer continues to indicate that it cannot find a "qualifying product" and asks for a declaration of the Lightroom product installed and its serial number.  I am currently running Lightroom 4 purchased through the Apple App Store in 2013; according to all the information I can glean regarding this product... it does not have a serial number (if it was purchased through the Apple App Store).  Does anyone have an idea on how to supply a valid serial number for the Lightroom 6 installer?

    Adobe Lightroom 4.4 (purchased in 2013 through Apple App Store)
    Adobe Lightroom 6 (purchased online as an upgrade from Adobe Lightroom 4.X)

    As I said in the post, a serial number was not necessary to install it; the Apple downloadable version doesn't seem to be serialized.  I have not uninstalled Lightroom 4; it is still running, but apparently in its present form it doesn't provide a serial number for the Lightroom 6 upgrade to use.
