Does Adobe Story CS6 support OSX?

I was able to install Adobe Story CS6 on my PC but when I downloaded the Premiere family on my Macbook Pro, it did not include Adobe Story. I have unintalled and reinstalled with no success. Anyone else having this issue?

Story is just an AIR applet. You can download it from the online version pages just as well and install it manually.

Hi Everyone,
I upgraded to Creative Suite 6 Production Premium, but cannot find any way to have Adobe Story's desktop app let me log in. I uninstalled it, but now I don't know how to re-install it and let me log in.
I've re-installed Premier Pro CS6, which did not re-install it either. I tried chat support, but they told me to file a ticket online-which I can't do since I don't have a support agreement as I'm a regular-joe user.
I'm weary of phone support being able to answer this question too. This is not a good execution for a product I was really looking forward to using...

Today I have tried to make a Blu-ray disc project with a 5.1 DTS-HD (192 kHz)audio track, but the DTS-HD audio track was much longer in the timeline than the videotrack! while the DTS-HD was encoded properly and was excactly the same length then the videotrack,
I think DTS-HD is still not supported by Adobe CS3....when will there be an update to solve this?

Okay - bug confirmed here.
DTS-HD MAS is not being correctly parsed by CS3.
I tried this using a 24-48 5.1 DTS-HD MAS file, and a file lasting around 20 minutes came in at over 4 hours in CS3.
Admittedly, I used the Blu Ray + HD DVD Primary profile.
So, I tried again using a 4.18 duration 5.1 mix at 24/48 resolution, using the pure Blu Ray profile.
When imported into Encore CS3, this came out at an apparent 1 hour 6 min file. Clearly, something is wrong here.
Further - it would appear that despite it being possible to import the stream, DTS-HD is simply not supported at all - you have to enable the "All Files" option to get the import dialogue to even see the file.
Yet again, we see Audio as the poor relation in a video suite.

The ans is Audition (& Cool Edit before) has very impressive BWF capabilities.
But with some MASSIVE fundamental & fatal flaw problems
So good but sooooo missing some vital aspects,
Adobe are so close to having an app the Film/TV post community could use & love ( just like loads of people keep using "Photoshop" as the best 2D graphics app, no matter they maybe principally working in 3D; it is a crying shame the fact Adobe have bought this "gem" and don't it seems realize Audition is for sure the Photoshop for Audio. IMO nothing comes close, Audition is the ultimate Audio editor (and in no way bad, well pretty good, as a multi-track).

There are currently no templates available for stageplays. I'd recommend using Celtx (free) until Adobe adds stageplay templates.

First issue is that all video playback within Premiere CS6 stopped working ( periodically it works for a few days then stops again) . After trying all the recommendations (clearing out the cache, uninstalling and re-installing Quick Time, etc.) now the program does not even shut down and after forcing the program to close, it actually is still runs in the back ground using 1 gigabyte of memory.
I keep up on the maintenance of the machine (weekly and sometimes every day), install all the updates from Adobe, as well as the driver for the video card (directly from the vendor).
So has Adobe stopped provided updates for CS6 by coming out with the CC version? Perhaps the Creative Cloud subscription is not really worth the money since you get what you pay for value wise.
By just browsing through the forum, there appears to many issues, so how reliable is the product ?

Venting is fine, but really asking for help requires more information... and, as far as I know, CS6 is receiving NO further updates (but, since I don't work for Adobe, that may not be 100% true)

Dual video problems - Do you have dual graphics adapters?
Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

Is Adobe Story CS6 Compatible with Win 8?

I am about to install Windows 8 Pro and it says that Adobe Story has a "paid" update to win 8. Is this so? I have Adobe Master Collection CS6 and Adobe Story is included. It does state that my "collection" is good. I am confused about this for sure.
It also says that Adobe Media Player is not compatible with Win 8. Will this effect my Master Collection CS6 functionality?

One of the differences between the Creative Cloud and the Master Collection is that application updates are included. I am unsure about the status of the version of Story included in MSCS6 and the latest one available. Which came with your MSCS6?

Does Adobe offer ANY support?

I am trying to install acrobat on my Mac. My PC crashed and the software was deactivated. Adobe's own website states that I have to contact Adobe to get this sorted. The only option it gives me for doing this is through 'Chat'. But I get a message stating that chat is unavailable. I have had the same message for the last few hours. It doesn't state if/when chat will be available again.
If Adobe tells me the only solution to my problem is contacting Adobe is there not some kind of responsibility for Adobe to actually give me the means to contact them? I know I ONLY spent £335.
Is there a problem with Adobe Chat support? Does Adobe own any telephones? Does Adobe actually exist or is it just a criminal gang? Currently I have no idea.

An Acrobat for PC cannot be installed and activated on MAC, Acrobat purchased for PC can only be installed on PC.

Why does Adobe Premiere CS6 slow playback after importing some audio?

Adobe Premiere CS6.0 v6.0.2
Mac Pro:
1, 4 core - 3.2ghz CPU
16gb ram (4 sticks of 4gb @ 1066 MHz)
1 Tb dive with OS/Apps on
2Tb 7200 RPM media drive
ATI Radeon HD 5770
Sequence:
30Fps
1920x1080
Media:
mostly .MFX files from a Canon XF100 however these clips commonly play nice with Premiere.
Issue:
After importing some audio clips (.wav/.mp3, possibly other extensions) to the timeline on occasion the video playback will become choppy and the audio will slow down 3% creating any voices in the video to become deeper and slows down. Choppy video playback as well. The problem is very annoying but it can be temporarily fixed with a computer restart but it will come back.
Things to note:
Creating a rendered ID (Exporting the movie out to a .mov) the slowed choppy video does not appear in the final movie.
Temp. Solution:
The only way I can fix this problem is by restarting the computer. Simply restarting Adobe Premiere and closing any non-essential applications does not fix the problem.
Any ideas on how to fix this are much apperciated.

Try converting your MP3 to AIFF ,QT or something else Macs like. See if that helps.
