Does all ipads have the reversing camera option

I am trying to decide which IPAD to purchase. I really like the reversing camera as I have an iphone 3GS and do not have that function. Do all ipads have that function or just IPAD2 I looked at the specs and am not sure. I would rather purchase a IPAD 4th generation, but not if it doesn't have the reversing camera option

If you mean the front facing camera, yes all iPads have a front facing and rear facing camera. The front facing camera was really made to work with FaceTime.

Do the following:
Open the App Store app on your phone and update all your apps so the will work with the new iOS.
Connect your phone to your computer and open iTunes. If prompted that there is an update available, decline.
Sync with iTunes to create a new backup and transfer any purchases from your phone to your iTunes library.
Import your photos to your computer for safekeeping as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Go back to iTunes, click on the name of your phone on the left side, go to the Summary tab to the right and click on Check for Update (or Update).
This will download iOS to your computer (which may take a while), then install the update on your phone. Pay attention to the progress information in iTunes on the top of the screen, and any information that appears on your phone during this process to be sure you don't disconnect your phone prematurely.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

Try holding down CTRL as you launch iTunes to see if it will repair the drivers.

Most of the time my charger does not work . IPAD indicates not charging when recgarger plugged in. Does antone else have the problem?

If you continue to have the issue with a different charger and if you are having any issues syncing with your computer then you may want to take it into an apple store and have them look at it.
The main reason I say this, I had the 30 pin dock die on my iPad, and the symptoms were that it would not charge when plugged into the wall - and with multiple chargers - and it would not sync.
So keep an eye on it, especially if you are close to the end of your warranty.
