Does all the library have to be downloaded to the nano?
Is it possible just to download some of the library, rather than the whole library ?
I "ticked" off some of the songs, but it seemed to download everything.

I have recently purchased some apps from the app store and after downloading them, the icon that appears in the dock changes to a different icon. It is now the same icon appearing on all newly downloaded apps. Does anyone know what is happening here? Even updating an older game app resulted in the original game icon changing to the new identical icon that all new apps are appearing with. This new icon is like a page with a ruler, pencil and paintbrush. Any tips on how to stop this or how to revert to the icon as it appears on the app store would be appreciated.

I have my boyfriend's apple ID and password, how do I check what apps he has on his phone? ( not all the apps that he had downloaded, but the ones that are actually on his phone). And How can I remotely download apps to his phone if I have his ID and PW?
Thank you so muchIf you want seperate accounts for managing apps and purchasing content, basically yes, you need two account and would need to repurchase. However, if you just want seperate ID for iMessgae, icloud and such, you can do that and still continue sharing the same Id for apps and itunes.

My iTunes, on my computer is not syncing anything at all. We have tried re-downloading it but it does not work. Someone please help me?

I have upgraded my software to OS X Snow Leopard. Now I want to update that to Lion. How do I do that? When I look at the Lion software available for download on the apple site it all seems to be update software for people already a version of Lion.

A lot of songs in my library have an exclamation point to the left of the song. Apparently this means the song cannot be located for syncronizinf to the IPOD but yet they can still be played. I have gone so far as deleting every song and then importing them. Same problem. This is not just a few songs but at one time was in the hundreds.
Has anyone experience this?The exclamation point indicates the media is not where iTunes expects it to be.

Every time since I upgraded this morning, attempting to open Aperture causes a crash. I upgraded to Aperture 3.4 this morning, and now it will not open at all! It crashes every time, and tries rebuilding the library and repairing most times. The Library open fine in Iphoto

I have anew computer and my ipod was attached to the old one, how can i have my music download to the new computer and sincronize it.
If you no longer have the old computer this will be very helpful and If you have other content - apps, books, movies, that you want to transfer to the iTunes library - you need to transfer your purchases from the iPod to the computer as well.

My old computer crashed and I am trying to download Adobe X Pro on my computer. I have tried to download and the only download I can find is the Adobe XI Pro. Any help would be appreciated. I have the product key but it's not deactivated on my old computer.

Do you need to use an email as an apple ID? We have a family email which is currently the apple ID so I can keep track of purchases but i have 2 iPhones and 2 itouches. Can all 4 devices have different apple ID under the same email address. Also I wanted to know because for the game center we wanted to keep track of each individual not just o e account. It sounds like your camera is not rotating as expected in the camera app. I want to recommend starting by quitting the running apps on the phone.
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the phone:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes, and restore it:

I would suggest before restoring from your backup setup the device as new and make sure the camera functions as expected. Then restore from your backup and verify it still works.

My I phone 5 locked on me during an update to IOS 8. Nothing is happening at all. I have a frozen picture of the power cord and a red circle that says itunes.
What happened is the update forced your phone into recovery mode. There's been a lot of issues with this, but the only thing you can do is plug the phone into iTunes and do a restore on it. Hopefully you have a backup so you can restore your information.
