Does anybody else's c.d's take about 20 go's to import???

Whenever I want to import something into itunes, it always comes up with
'error has occured while converting the file. An unknown error has occured (0x77686174)'
I need help, please!!

Trust me I feel the same way. For one there is some serious lacking in there business structure. Each department should have there place and when customers have issues they should be directed to the right department without question. You end up explaining your situation multiple times instead of the rep giving a summary to the other department before connecting your call. You get told one thing and then when you inform them of that it's like they just humor you. Really growing tired of dealing with the same issue and from what I am reading it's not going to get better. Seriously thinking about going back to my old provider smh.

+I tried various troubleshooting steps and each time when plugging the iPod in Itunes it starts up and it takes maybe 1 minute trying to recognize it when the computer crashes and reboots automatically going to the black screen and doing a file dump.+
I'm curious about this point. Is there any flash of a blue screen at any point here? (That's a more familiar sort of thing to be seeing prior to the system doing a restart after a serious error.)

I have the same problem, and other people have also posted about it. I assume that there is either a bug with the current version of iTunes and/or that there is a problem at Apple's end

I don't think you can automate exactly that, but you might be able to get spacing you like better in general if you reduce the word spacing range and increase the letter spacing range in your justification settings.

HT4623 After the iOS 7 update my camera does not operate correctly. It will take about 5 photos then it becomes very sensitive, moving between "video & square". I turn it off & back on, it work for a second or two & lockout again.

Does anybody else find itunes has become really slow and unresponsive since the lastest version upgrade?

Does anybody have any ideas to help with Itunes? its become slow and useless sine upgrading to the latest version. i can still download at normal speeds from the site but initial opening and navigation are painfully slow.

Screen zooms and has decreased use since the iOS update. Does anybody else have this problem?

While I was updating the iOS, my phone shut off and I had to do a factory reset since doing so. Since I did the update, on the upper part of the screen has decreased function, and detects my movement as zoom. Does anybody have this going on, or have a fix?

When you say that it detects your movement as zoom, do you mean as you move your fingers it is increasing or decreasing the zoom? If that is the case, then zoom is turned on in Accessibility. If you are able to enter Settings, go to General>Accessibility>Zoom and turn that off.

HT2946 Why is the contrast of my images totally different when processed and then opened in CS4? Does anybody else have this issue?

Why does the contrast in my images processed in Aperture look markedly different when opened in CS4? The images look fab on the screen in Aperture - even if these are then opened in CS4 from Aperture they look different - much flatter. This is a new issue. I am a wedding photographer and an album processed in Aperture has been sent back by my wedding album printer saying the images all lack contrast! Can anybody shed any light on this! I have checked colour spacing etc!

In my situation, the screen simply started exhibiting the same symptoms a few weeks ago (early February) for no apparent reason. At first I thought the screen was dead, but discovered the heat solution by accident. Now I turn it on and keep it from going to sleep until I go to bed. Thank goodness the battery is still awesome on this thing.
I bought it new and still has the original screen, I keep it at home (never below 62 degrees). Coincidentally, this happened a day or two after the expiration of the warranty!! Any help figuring this one out would be eternally appreciated.

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone?
Hold down the Home button at the same time as the Off button on top. Ignore the >Slide to Power Off< and just hold the two buttons down until the Apple symbol appears on screen.
The Apple will be visible until your iPhone reboots itself. (Just like a reboot on a computer, and no loss of data.)

HT204400 Does anybody else have issues connecting to the sever?

I get really frustrated when I try to watch a movie that I purchased and it gets jacked up when I try to watch it. I then have to pause and try to go back to the main menu. When I try to watch it again, I get the message that Apple TV is unable to the server. I know that it is not my wifi because I am able to search the web while my Apple TV does not work.

Does anybody else see real obvious bugginess with the Faces feature of Aperture?

I'm not looking for miracles, I don't think. I don't expect faces to automagically recognize every face I've previously identified. I just want the various views of faces to agree. I'll go through pictures from a party painstakingly identifying all the attendees in the Split View. Then I'll click Faces for the album and mouse around over some of the faces and see that it's confused. Instead of showing only pictures of Bob when I mouse around over Bob, there'll occasionally be a picture of Joe. Go back to the pictures in Split View and it appears as though Bob is always labeled correctly.

Faces can take several hours to fully update from any new information you input. Also, if you force-quit Aperture (or it crashes) after inputting information into Faces, it is possible to lose that information.
In effect (and this is just a guess from my experience), it can take Faces an hour or so to write everything back to disk (I suspect it is re-processing before saving).
If you allow Faces to settle down after using it, are you still seeing errors?
Another glitch -- probably for similar reasons -- is that there is a slight delay between applying a name and Faces accepting that name. Several times in my experience Faces has, when I press {Enter} to apply a name I just typed in the Name field, instead of accepting the name given, asked, "Is this 'Bob' " where "Bob" is Faces's ID suggestion that it finally pulled from it's look-up list. This can, of course, result in mis-indentified and un-identified faces where I had gone through the actions to properly identify them.

There were very logical reasons why G4 iBooks were seperated from G4 PowerBooks, etc, etc, etc........!!!
Is there anyway of looking at just G4 iBooks discussions without doing a simple search each time under the new regime?
OR (please), is the old format still there but just hidden in new clothing?
