Does anybody know how I can get my Mac Book Pro back, which was stolen after a class I taught?
I have the store receipt, its serial number, however I had not installed i Cloud on my Mac Book and I'm not able to find my Mac back.

Sorry to say but you are out of luck.
What To Do If Your Mac Is Lost Or Stolen
If you activated Find My Mac before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if it is connected to the Internet by Wi-Fi. What you cannot do is track your computer using a serial number or other identifying number. You cannot expect Apple or anyone else to find your computer for you. You cannot recover your loss unless you insure your device for such loss. It is not covered by your warranty. Be sure to report the loss or theft to the local police. Have the serial number handy. If your Mac is found it cannot be returned to you if you don’t have the serial number and proof of purchase.
Find My Mac can be used from Find My Phone at iCloud.com and via Find My Phone on your iDevice.
      The following is third-party anti-theft software:

This could be several things, but let's get the obvious ones out of the way, first:
1. Judging from your text, there's no problem with anything stuck in the mechanism; it's more an issue of no being to put in a disk. In other words, you're sure that there isn't a disk stuck in your MBP. (That happens a lot for all computers.)
2. Go to Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility, and repair the disk. This should take under 10 minutes.
3. Perform the procedure outlined here:

4. After you're done, leave a message here as to the status of the repair.

My MacBook has been "moving to trash" 4 items for a LONG time now. I can't force quit this or stop it in any way. Does anyone know how I can get this to stop, I'm pretty sure its slowing my whole system down because it is constantly working on this.

Does anyone know how i can get the older versions of the ipod software on my nano because my nano had a feature that when i held down the menu button for a couple of seconds, the backlight turned on.......well ever since i downloaded the most recent software, everytime i hold down the menu button, it goes directly to the menu(which im not very enthusiastic about). Joanne please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom using the uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom can not be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be licensed with a serial number.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions; nobody on these boards can.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
