Does anybody knows why my screen is getting completely dark?
My macbook is turning off the brightness of the screen while I am using it. Why is it happening and how to fix it?
Maybe you need to adjust the energy saving preferences.
Start System Preferences, then click on Energy Saver. Adjust the settings to your personal taste.

My Imac Seems to have developed condensation under the screen does anybody know why or how to help this ?
seems to have happned very suddenly.I've had my 24" iMac for about 4 years now and yesterday was the first time I ever saw condensation building up in the lower right corner. I completely freaked out, but after doing some online research, found that it wasn't uncommon to have this happen. I live in Florida and we had a lot of rain that day and the temperature has been whacky... But I never thought I'd ever see condensation in my computer! )c: I shut my computer down while freaking out and the condensation quickly disappeared. I read some people are just leaving the computer on and it will also disappear. I didn't want to take the chance of it getting worse, so I turned it off. I'm kind of worried about turning it back on again. Has anyone found anything else out about the problem?

Does anybody know why my ipod touch 3rd generations screen does not work show anything? The screen is all black like it is switched off, but my ipod synchronises to my iTunes library. It is fully charged. Please Help!!!

When I try to synchronise my ipod with my iTunes library it comes up with a message saying " iTunes could not back up the ipod because a session could not be started with the ipod. Thank you for the sugestion, but it was working fine both on the lock screen and on my home screen. I check all my settings and it is how it was from Friday, when I got the iPhone 5s. It just stop working. The only way I can fix it is by shutting down the phone. It will work for a while, then it won't.

KateNo dont worry i am not going to copy this. The reason i am asking is to see if it is legal or not, its worth getting a discount if its available. Looks like its a no though. If you ask me NUS should be prosecuted because you can be minimum age of 16 and get an NUS card and it says on their site under the link to apple store 'are you a student in further education. If so why not take advantage of a 15% discount on apple products'. (or somethign alogn those lines) Now me and my mate are but we arent over 18. Ive emailed them to try and get a confirmation. Anyone know an email address that i can contact apple directly about this with? Also any more answers to the original post are welcome.
I would also like to know if i can get any sort of discount on apple products whilst under the age of 18, whether straight through apple or using for example NUS cards.

Does anybody know of a way to get PSX Emulator for iPhone 4s (iOS 7) w/ out jailbreak? Im trying to relive my childhood on my phone. I have the gameboy emulator and i know the date and time rule. I was just wondering if anybody knew a good place to get a psx emulator without having to jailbreak my device.
Also, does anybody on the off chance know a record-your-screen program for iOS 7 without a jailbreak? That would be much appreciated.

Songs that I have purchased on Itunes appear twicw on my Iphone. Does anybody know why and how do I edit or remove one copy of the song?
I have had two similar events with my Gen4 iTouch. An album was purchased thru iTunes with my iTouch. When I sync'd it with my MAC Mini (OSX Lion) each song that was included in the purchased album appeared twice on the iTouch but only once on the MacMini. Deleting the duplicates on the iTouch did not resolve the issue. With each sync they were reinstalled. The only way I could get around this was to delete the album/songs on the MAC, elect to move them to trash then re-sync the iTouch to remove them. Afterwards I was able to re-download the purchase on the MAC then sync the iTouch. This resolved the issue.
The second event was different but the result was the same: An album was purchased thru iTunes but this time thru iTunes Store on the MAC mini. When I sync'd the iTouch there were 2 entries for each song purchased but this time there was an entry for the song itself AND an identical entry beneath it that looked similar to the play/pause sampling icon in iTunes when sampling a song prior to purchase. I am not using iCloud and I don not sync wirelessly on the iTouch. Again, all I could do was delete the purchase on the MAC Mini, sync the iTouch to remove them, re-load the purchase from iTunes and re-sync. This also resolved the issue but it makes me a bit nervous since I have a very large library. What is causing this? -
I have a macbook retina with a partition of windows 7 and Yosemite. When I use time machine in Yosemite it wont recognise the macintosh HD, but it recognises the windows hd (bootcamp ). Does anybody know why ?
Please provide a bit more detail on what 'recognize' means. A screen shot is always very helpful.

I am having problems importing some CDs into iTunes on a laptop with Windows 8. Most CDs import without problem. The ones I can't import can be imported into iTunes with Windows 7. Does anybody know why this problem is occurring?
First-off, this seems to be a general problem with 10.4 (across all the operating systems of which I am aware). Unfortunately, I cannot provide a permanent solution but, if you need a quick fix, this will (hopefully) work for you.
For some inexplicable reason, iTunes no longer recognises standard Windows paths. For example:
Y:\Music\Buddy Holly\Buddy Holly - Rave On.mp3
The end result is that it will import a playlist with no content.
It will, however, recognise the equivalent Apple paths which look like this:
file://localhost/Y:/Buddy Holly/Buddy Holly - Rave On.mp3
It is possible to convert your existing playlists using a few basic replace commands in something like Notepad. In my case, I made some code changes in my music manager and now generate two sets of playslists (one standard and one to accommodate iTunes).
Forgive me foir stating the obvious but please remember to make sure that the disk / path containing your music is accessible when doing the import otherwise you will probably get a blank result. Note that you can do a bulk import by selecting all the (revised) playlists and dragging them onto the iTunes sidebar.
I am sorry that this is not a "clean" solution but it will work if you are in a bind. The only alternative of which I am aware is to wait for Apple to fix the problem. -
Does anybody know why my film says the file size is only 96kb?
Does anybody know why my film says the file size is only 96kb (when right clicking on my mac and selecting get info) surely it should be in megabytes its a 50 second film with a few effects on it. Have i maybe clicked on something and changed it all - i moved it to the trash accidentally and then moved it back to my desktop could this be something to do with it?
So, just to confirm, when you double-click on the 96kb file, it opens and plays your video?
If you accidentally created a shortcut ("Alias" in Mac terms) it would likely be larger than 96kb but to check, does the icon have a tiny black arrow in the lower left corner? When you right-click or CTRL-click on the icon to bring up the menu, is there an option near the top to "Show Original"?
If you have another hard drive avaialble, try copying the file to that and re-confirm file size. -

If you want it to be colored, you'll need to create a color-palette for the 8bppIndexed bitmaps. The keyword for this process is "Color-Quantization".
The whole yellow-green pie you get is from the wrong format. If you convert the 32bpp bitmaps to 24 bpp bitmaps, you loose the alpha channel ("transparency"). You can manually set one color to "transparent" with the mMakeTransparent-method
of the Bitmap class, or simply use gif-images (they are 8bpp with a transparent "key"-color)

This particular FM is a generic FM which is used to fill data into BDOC in the case of uploading a data from CRM.
For Example, For a Quotation to get uploaded to BW, this FM will be used in SAPLCRM_BWA_MAP thro a Include.

When I upload a pdf file, "that contains hyperlinks to network files", to our internal sharepoint server, the links change. They go from "\\server location" to "http://server name". Is there a setting I can check off to stop this from happening?
