Does anyone else have this problem with the new up...
in order for me to dial or use the keypad, i have to press the end key before dialing any numbers and then to remove the numbers and the dialing bar, i have to clear all the numbers manually by press the C button then i can press the end key to take off the dialing bar. another problem i have is that when i put my profile on silent, the phone doesn't vibrate the screen and lights only flash like they normally do. has anyone else had this problem? im guessing there are more flaws with the new update but im still looking into it.

Does anyone else have this problem with the iTunes visualizer?
I rarely use the iTunes visualizer but, when I do, it gives me the option of either using the newer one or the classic one. I like to use the new one but the problem is that I can only go to "visualizer options" if I am using the classic one. In said options I could set it so that the song info (song title, artist, album title and artwork) stays in the bottom left corner for the entire song. The few times I use the visualizer, I do like to have it up for the whole song--I just think it looks cool, I don't know...
Anyway, since I can't get the options for the new visualizer, the song info always fades away after the first five seconds or so of the song.
Anyone else realize this?? And does it annoy anyone else lol?Well, I did a search on apple.com and found this:

Anyone else have this problem with the iPhone 3G S?
i have a iPhone 3G S white 32 gb abd the sleep button does not work. have tried all kinds of restarts and restores. so I'm just wondering if anyone else has this problem? (getting it replaced by Apple.)
The sleep button is hardware - if that ain't working, an Apple replacement is definitely the way to go.

After updating my Apple TV, it will no longer load movies from my iTunes library. Music works, but no movies. I've turned this puppy every which way but loose, but no joy. Is there a way to roll back an update?

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Does anyone else have this problem with iCal?
I know it is a little thing but when I open iCal, number (date) is appearing on red part of icon... it started to happen about few weeks ago...

I tried to take this icon off the dock then put it back. But it still happens.I have the same problem. It only appeared after one of the Tiger patches (sorry, don't know which one). The little number in the upper right of the icon appeared when I added some ToDo items. The number was the day of the month when it was due (actually it was the first one due). I checked off the task when done, but the number remains. When I exit iCal, the icon reverts to the old 17 one. Starting iCal changes the icon (to have today's date) AND carefully replaces the extra number. It's a little thing, but it grows VERY old very quickly. I tried disabling the font and it made no difference.

My new IPad mini has poor wifi reception. It goes in and out. My IPod, Iphone4, Ipad1 and Ipad2 work fine. What can I do? Does anyone else have this problem?
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). I just updated my iphone 4s to ios 6 and now whenever i take a picture it doesnt save to the camera roll. does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Half the ebooks I have bought from iTunes have large sections or complete chapters missing from them which is beginning to seriously irritate. Does anyone else have this problem or it is something to do with the downloading. In which case does anyone have an answer?
You should be able to delete and redownload them via the bookshelf in the iBooks app : tap the Edit button top right of the shelf, select and delete the books, then go into the Store via the button top left of the bookshelf, and in the Purchased tab (bottom right of the store) find and re-download the books.
If they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those books and use the 'Report a Problem' link. -
I have Safari 7.0.6 and OS 10.9.4. I cannot install any extensions. Everytime I select install I get an error message, "Cannot instal extension" Does anyone else have this problem?

This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership, permissions, and access controls to the default. I have exactly the same issue as described above : I installed the update 5.1.1 on my iphone 3GS and since then, I can not turn it on anymore. In Itunes, I get an error 37 when I am doing a restauration and it stops.
This error has nothing to do with firewall : I tried to restore the phone on several computers, including in an Apple reseller and it did not work anywhere.
I spent several hours on phone with the hotline from Apple which arrived to the conclusion that it is a hardware issue, but the phone was working perfectly fine until I installed this update! -
