Does anyone have a remedy for this?
I receive my email from my .Mac account in the Mail application. While viewing an email I clicked on a phone number to add to a current name in my Address Book. Then, I clicked on the active iChat window and my friend's name was added in the "View as Name" field. So, my friends name shows up in my iChat window. If I choose "View as Handle" it still has my correct email address. I haven't been able to locate where I change the name. Does anyone know?
I've checked iChat preferences, searched the online help, checked my Profile.
The easiest way is to select another Card and make that the Me Card and then change it back to yours. This should make the link work again (I am not sure if you can just select the current me Card and also tell it to Make this the Me card).

If you have a very old Firefox version then you could consider to uninstall that version to clean up existing registry keys (especial the uninstall key).
Make sure NOT to remove "personal data" when you uninstall Firefox, because that will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Check the Firefox program folder and remove the Firefox program folder if there are still files left in it.

It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure NOT to remove personal data when you uninstall Firefox as that will remove all Firefox profile folders and you lose your personal data.

Try running Safari in 32 bit mode. In get info box for Safari,
check open in 32 bit mode. There have been some oddities
on some systems that can cause some issues.

Since I have connected my iPad with the MacBook through ICloud I have problems in Preview of opening PDF- and JPG-files. Does anyone have a solution for this?
I'm not sure I understand the connection between iCloud and this problem. Is it simply a problem of coincidental timing (ie, the problem happened after you set up iCloud)? If so, there's almost certainly no connection between these two events.

I turn the do not disturb button on and I am not given any options for setting or calls allowed. Does anyon have a fix for this?

You can do both, whatever is more convenient to you. As long as VZW gets its hands on the old device you will be good to go. Replacements under the warranrty require the user to turn in the old device to VZW. If your old device is not returned then you will be charged a fee for an entirely new device. Purchasing a tracking number for a shipment of this kind would be a good idea if you choose to send it in. Otherwise dropping it off at a store is the safest route you can take.
I would suggest contacting VZW phone support on this one and running through your options. The VZW phone rep can coordinate a delivery to your local VZW store if they do not already have one in stock. You can also turn in the old device in person to rule out any non-returned device fees. -
I have an iPhone 4S wi iOS 5.1 installed and I can't view the option to enqble iTunes Match under the Music menu. I have subscribed to the service and it works fine on my iPad. Does anyone have a solution to this? Can anyone enlighten me as to what's going on?

You are right it is easy to contact them when you are a new customer and need a plan but when you have an issue you cant seem to reach them. Maybe you should try owing then $10 then they will contact you 10 times a day looking for payment. Any way *611 from your phone should reach them.
