I received some pretty bad customer service today, and I want to voice an opinion on it.

If this occurred at an Apple Store your best bet is to contact the store's manager and discuss the situation.
If it was an on-line or telephone transaction see the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page for information regarding contacting Apple.

How to schedule an appointment with a contact that does not have an e-mail address

I want to use MS Office Outlook to schedule appointments with clients that may not have an e-mail address. They way appointments are made at our office is that a clients calls to ask for an appointment, the appointment book is consulted for the open time
slots and a date and time is agreed. There is no need to send out an e-mail address even if the client has an e-mail address. Right now if a client does not have an e-mail address Outlook does not even show the option to set an appointment.
On the day of the appointment the clients are phoned and it would be nice to be able to just click on the appointment and then have the computer make the call via Skype.
This is supposed to be easier than using an appointment book with a pencil and eraser.

It's a good suggestion but currently there's no such feature in Outlook.

E-mail Address for APPLE ?

Anyone have e-mail address for APPLE? This new update is awful. My phone jumps to random screens or apps, is WAY slower, freezes up, when I get to the screen I want it wont let me do anything(tried to make a call but phone was stuck on clear all recent . wouldnt let me hit cancel or delete. I had to text my wife to call me cause it wouldnt let me get off that screen on the phone icon.) It did fix that problem after a hard reboot but I lost all my recent calls! Why cant I delete individual calls like I do with texts?!?!?!? Wheww Feel a litle better now but still hate update.

An iPhone reset is similar to a computer restart and does not affect any data or settings.
Restoring an iPhone with iTunes completely erases the iPhone first followed by the firmware being re-installed. After the firmware is re-installed, there are two options. Does anyone have an idea of how to create custom gestures in DPS?

Have any of you heard if Adobe will be allowing custom gestures (2-4 finger, different directions, unique movements, etc.) in the DPS InDesign software? Or, does anyone have a work around for integrating custom gestures. Here's an example, slide shows swiping that is triggered off an top to bottom gesture vs. side-to-side. Thanks much you guys!-

I created hours, minutes and seconds in three separate layers and lined them up to look like a digital readout (09:07:58PM) For the seconds, I typed in 59, 58, 57 and so on with a hard return after each. Then I keyframed the Y position of that layer to stay static for 1 second, and then increase over the course of 1 to bring up the next number. Then in Keyframe Editor, I chose After Last Keyframe>Progressive. The clock now counts down second by second. You could do the same for minutes and hours if your clock is on screen that long.

so the problem is that I'm in Greece and someone has put my e-mail address for their Apple ID in Italy...

The problem is that I ignored the e-mail thinkink that if I don't click the verification button noting will happen but instead today I received more than 10 e-mails saying the same thing...
What can I do to prevent these e-mails? and to make the person who is using my e-mail to change it?

I think you misunderstood me. I don't want an account. I only created one to write here. What I need is for itunes to contact this user and ask him to change his account. I can't believe how it's possible for someone to use my email as his.

TS2776 I can't find an e-mail address for Apple Support. I spoke to an Apple Support Advisor named Barbara, on July 7th (over a month ago) and she said Apple was "working on my problem and would call back". Help!!!!

There is no email address for Apple Support, since Apple does not provide support via email (except for the iTunes Store). You will need to call Apple support and ask for further assistance.
By the way, everyone here is just a fellow user, so posting any personal details here including case numbers is a bad idea.

My aunt was trying to update her iPhone. She had never done an update before and doesn't get technology at all. She lost everything in the update. I believe what happened when it asked to restore as new phone that's what she selected. Does anyone know how she can get her old stuff back now. It's easily done via email addresses. One party calls the other via their email address. This is done automatically in Facetime.

Maybe the attached VI will help. This VI library contains utilities to talk via the serial port to a modem. Sending standard Hayes-compatible AT commands to the modem allow it to dial a number, send data, hang up, etc.
If you have the Internet Toolkit, it assumes you already have a valid TCP/IP connection. However, many web browsers such as Netscape and Internet Explorer have auto-dialing options that will start dial-up networking automatically when you launch your browser. The only trouble is that the auto-dial wizards can require the user to push buttons, but there is a Shareware program called DUNCE which will take care of the button pushes for you in the auto-dial wizards so the user does not have to intervene in the dial-up process.
You can la
unch the browser from LV and then have the browser configured for auto-dial and that should take care of the problem. I did not actually try this out myself, but in theory, it should work.
