Does anyone have issues sending pdf's or jpg's cross platform and the images do not come through as an attachment. iMac OS 10.8.2
Issues with mailk.
When I send an attachment, if I drag n drop or actualy use attach. When it is sent cross platform, especially outlook. The person says the image is embedded in email. I tell them to right click and they say it saves to small.
Anyone have any ideas, I am strictly aa apple girl. Never had PC so I don't know what to tell my clients.

Have you tried a reset?
Press & hold both Home & Power until you see the Apple logo.
If that doesn't fix it, restore it as new and see if that fixes it. -

I am trying to import developed images from LightRoom 5 Photoshop 6 for further editing. I am receiving this message and the images will not open.....'Could not open scratch file because the file is locked, or you do not have necessary access permissions or another program is using the file. Use the 'Properties' command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file. How do I fix this? I would greatly appreciate it if you would respond with terms and procedures that a computer ignorant user, such as me, will understand. Thanks.

I have just updated my iPhone iOS to 8.1.2. Since then, the camera is not able to upload photos to the album immediately and some are even lost. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix this?
I found it much easier to have my apps on the last page and let the pre-loaded apps stay where they are on the first couple of pages. While I'd prefer to have my apps first, at least they are all together. I found it far too much work to try to move them around another way, plus it shifts some things around in a way that I did not intend.
BTW, I definitely prefer the Fascinate's arrangement of the icons over the Droid X2, which is always in alphabetical order in a vertical non-stop continuum. -
Does anyone have a success story to share about using Photoshop CC and Printing with HP EVNY Printer
I having huge probems with color management. HP does not make an ICC Profile for this printer and the color match is terribile - does anyone have a configuration for color management that works with the HP ENVY 5530E printer.
I feel your pain, but I don't know the solution, sorry. Our Mac guru who primarily serves designers is not upgrading any of his clients to Mavericks so far, due to printing (and other) issues. Se we're still on 10.8.4 here.

I have downloaded ios 7.2 update for my ipad and now my screen is locked and shows a picture of a plug and the itunes symbol. Does anyone have advice to fix this frustrating problem? I have seen help online for iphones, but none for ipads. The screen will not budge. I have tried holding down the power and home buttons at the same time, to no avail. Please, can some of you smart people help me?

Does anyone have issues with iOS 5.1.1?
My iPod Touch 4G is running (I say running, It's actually imitating a slug on sleeping pills) iOS 5.1.1. It normally crashes (Goes into recovery mode) about once a week. For an example, when I wake up, I check the time; and it won't even open when I press the home or sleep buttons. Then it will kick into the much-loved pre-crash loading screen. Sometimes it will snap out of it's trance, other times, I will let it sit for a half-hour or so, and when I come back, I find myself staring at the iTunes logo in rage -_- So I'm wondering if this is a known problem with 5.1.1, or If I recieved a device with a bad OS or hardware.
I personally have an iPod Touch running on iOS 5.1.1 and have no such problems. However, I do notice my iPod is running slower, and will freeze, though it's rare, maybe once a month or so.
May I suggest formatting your iPod? -

i have tried several messaging apps and they all were terrible when i wanted to send mms messages i tried "go" and i just did not like having all the "extras" they try to get u to download with it. right now I am using verizon and its decent but laggs a bit. I have the razr maxx so any suggestions would be great. (I am also looking for a decent calender app as well so thanks, for any sugg yougive)

I got a software alert update a week ago and allowed it to up. Had to close all apps so I left for a few hours. I came back turned system on and a grey login screen appeared and the hot keys were all lit unable to use the keyboard. Bought wireless keyboard logged in system wheel spins screen blacks out and appears completely grey. Tried reinstalling Lion however it would respond. Stuck with no clue what to do or if anything can be done. if anyone has an idea any suggesstion please I love your help.
