Does anyone know either the default password for the YouTube app or how to sign up for googles 2-step verification? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a YouTube/google account, but when I tried to sign in it said I had an incorrect password. I tried again and it gave me the same message. However, when I sign in using safari, it works just fine. Then I found out it was because of the new 2-step verification of googles. But when I tried to sign up for two step verification, I couldn't see how, nor did it give me a default password to YouTube.

Check out Wordpress. You can either use the website at Wordpress.com or use the Wordpress software installed on your site to run it. A lot of companies (not so secretly) use Wordpress as the backbone of their website with a custom "theme". Take a look at this YouTube video and it will give you a little more background than I can just typing an answer. Although it focuses on blogging, it can just as easily be used for another kind of website with a different free theme:

If you have not been able to install iTunes because the Windows Installer service is not available, I would recommend the troubleshooting in the following troubleshooting to help.
Issues installing iTunes for Windows
These in particular:
Make sure you have an administrator account.
To install iTunes, you'll need to log in to your computer with an administrator password. If you're not sure if you have an administrator account, read Windows 7: How do I log on as an administrator? You could also refer to your computer's help system, contact your IT department, or visit support.microsoft.com for assistance.
Install the latest Microsoft Windows updates.
To download the latest updates, visit the Microsoft Windows Update website. iTunes for Windows requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 with the latest Service Pack installed. If you can’t install the updates, refer to your computer's help system, contact your IT department, or visit support.microsoft.com for assistance.
Download the latest version of iTunes.

Disable conflicting software.
Some Windows background processes can cause issues for other programs and processes. These conflicts can prevent applications, such as iTunes, from installing. Disable conflicting processes by starting your computer using MSConfig:

Some security software made by other companies can't be disabled using MSConfig. If you've installed security software and you're having issues installing iTunes or QuickTime for Windows, you might need to disable or uninstall security software to resolve installation issues.
Restart your computer.
Install iTunes.

The following steps work well with iPod but i would try them for help with your iPad issue:
Try connecting your iPad to another USB port directly on the computer. Verify that you're connecting it to a high-powered USB 2.0 port on your computer to be sure iPad is getting power. If you're connecting to a Windows laptop computer through USB, connect the laptop to a power outlet before connecting your iPad. Also, see iPod not recognized when connected to Windows laptop over USB to be sure that your USB ports are supplying enough power.
Avoid connecting to an external USB hub. If a hub must be used, make sure the hub is USB 2.0, and that it has its own power supply. Also, make sure the hub is connected to a high-power USB 2.0 port on your computer.
If the issue persists, try disconnecting other USB devices from the computer such as printers, cameras, scanners, external hard drives, and USB hubs to determine if there is a conflict in the USB chain.

I purchased and paid for an app through iTunes apps and it may be a fraudulent app as it is not doing anything other than show text in what looks like Thai language and has no links. The software was supposed to be "master in 24 hrs office 2010. ". I am having problems reporting the problem to iTunes Store as the link in the apple invoice is not working. If you erased or replaced your hard drive since iWeb was cancelled, then they are gone. Otherwise, if you have maintained backups then check those.
Usually such files are in the /Home/Library/ folder or a sub-folder.
Exposing the /Home/Library/ Folder
Pick one of the following methods:
A. This method will make the folder visible permanently. Open the Terminal application in your Utilities folder and paste the following at the command prompt:
chflags nohidden ~/Library
Press RETURN.
B. Click on the Desktop, press the OPTION (⌥) button, select Library from the Finder's Go menu.
C. Select Go To Folder from the Finder's Go menu. Paste the following in the path field:
~/Library
Press the Go button.

If you just downloaded "free" Numbers then yes you have the current version that runs on OS X v9.x
If you need a Mac data processor (not specifically Numbers) then Open Office.org, Neo Office.org both have spread sheet (aka "number like) apps included with them. They also are free.

By "face unlock" you mean unlocking by face recognition? If that's what you mean then no, it won't. You do get fingerprint unlocking if you get an iPhone 5S.
