Does anyone know how to answer my Qs?

Question

my ipod is less than a month old.
1. when on hold,there was once when i accidentaly pressed the play button for 30 secs and guess what music paused.why??
2.since the mini is dicontinued, how are they going to replace the mini if i send it in for say, battery service??
3.many complain of static they just order a new ipod why dont they send it for repair even though they have to pay it will be cheaper than a new unit
4. rewind did not work for awhile why??
5.i dont know why a on-the-go playlist was created can i delete it on my ipod??(without using itunes)

2. they will keep a large supply of spares, or manufacture a set number
each year for spares until they set an end of service life date
3. my ipod was fixed under warranty, however they showed me how
much the repair would have cost which was > price of a new ipod mini,
so if warranty gone - cheaper to buy new
4. could have been a corrupt song?
5. sorry dont know how to delete but it is created by selecting songs on the ipod and then doing something else (cant remember)
