Does anyone know how to default Menu navigation to be opened to a specific folder when User first log on to PEOPLSOFT with peopleTool version 8.48 or above?
There are several notes on Oracle Support with a few options...

Does anyone know how to divert canon's software dvd to a folder other than their default folder?
I have 3 Canon cameras and I want to be able to use the software that came with each one. However the Canon software install program always loads the software to the same default folder. Is there a way aroound this?
If you're talking about the Camera Utilities (Digital Photo Professional, etc.) you don't actually have to have multiple installs. They are the same software, just make sure you're using the latest version and one installation will work with all of your cameras.

The name of the default city for the weather icon in ios7 on my iPhone5 has mysteriously changed from Seattle, WA to Marietta, WA, does anyone know how to change it back?
okay so youll go to the weather app. you'll click on the bottom right corner icon that looks like three lines. you'll type in your correct citys zip code or just the city whatever you decide. thats how you add the new one, now to get rid of the wrong one. if you swipe to the left on the incorrect city in the same screen where it shows all of your cities, it will give you the option to delete it (the same way as if you were deleting almost anything in ios7) I hope this makes sense!! feel free to reply for any questions or screen shots!!

My iMovie 11 movie has clips that have some extracted audio that I would like to use for the menu music in iDVD 11. Does anyone know how to do this? Copy and paste does not seem to work.

Does anyone know how to change where incoming (via mail) calendar requests go on my MacBook? Mine insist on going to Entourage, which I don't use any more. I've tried setting the default calendar in iCal preferences. Doesn't help. Bugs me. Can you help?

The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter? -
I'm using Siebel 7 eBusiness app for doing SRs on Win7, IE8 and I could no longer navigate back and forth. I got navigator.SWE_historyKeys.1378453334294' is null or not an object. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Looks like you have to upgrade to at least 7.8.2.16.

When I load itunes it defaults to the store and then I get a Blue Screen. Does anyone know how to change itunes so that it will default to My Music rather than store. I need to be able to do this before I load itunes.

Pop-Up menu format is not dynamic. It is created in the Cells Inspector and can't be modified contingent upon the state of other cells.
You could program a table to list the options available for the previous selection, but it wouldn't be in the form of a Pop-Up.

If you are using Safari as a web browser :-
Open Safari, go to Safari menu > Preferences > General, and put Google as the homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you are using Google Chrome as the web browser :-
Open Google Chrome.
In the top right corner of the page, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu > Settings.
In the "Search" section, select Google from the drop-down menu.

If you're having problems with the App Store you might try this:
1 - enable the Debug menu in App Store:
open the Terminal application.
copy the command below and paste into the Terminal window:
defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
followed by Enter.
launch App Store, login.
2 - select the Debug ➙ Reset Application option:
3 - try again.

This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.

4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.

In microsoft technologies they have OLE, where I can embed Internet Explorer into any application written in VB or C++ (or C Sharp).
Does anyone know how I can do this with Java? Is there a way to make a java applet that has a browser in it?
And then if there is, can I also put an invisible layer on top of that, and paste JLabels and stuff into that, over the browser window?Have a look at JEditorPane.

How do I turn off searching from the address bar. Setting keyword.enabled to false is not working.
