Does anyone know how to fix launching Kuler?

I cannot launch Kuler in CS6 AI abd PS.  I have spent hours on the phone with Adobe and I am not happy about this.  I am paying for this service and it doesn't work.  How can I get this to work once and for all

    Don't mention it,
    I have a few solutions for you,
    First, is to do a reset. Ou can do this by going to Settings > General > scroll all the way down and select Reset. From there you can select either to reset just the settings, or erase everything and reset the settings as well. I recommend you to erase everything and reset the settings if it doesn't bother you too much.
    Second, is to check to see if your restrictions aren't messed up.
    Third and last solution is to plug your iPad to the computer and restore the firmware.

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    If there is no billing issue, then I would like to mention that
    Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
    So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
    Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
    In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
    I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
       Windows:
       In windows 7 navigate to following location:
         /windows/system32/drivers/etc
       1. look out for "Hosts" file
       2. Open it with notepad
       3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
       4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
       Mac:
       1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
       2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
       3. Remove the entries and save the file
       4.  try again launching any product from CC

    If you're having problems with the App Store you might try this:
    1 - enable the Debug menu in App Store:
    open the Terminal application.
    copy the command below and paste into the Terminal window:
    defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
    followed by Enter.
    launch App Store, login.
    2 - select the Debug ➙ Reset Application option:
    3 - try again.

  • I have windows and since the newest update to itunes, it just freezes pretty much when ever i try to do anything with it.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing on that page? In the meantime try this basic fix: make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
    1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
         User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
    2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
         User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder. 
    Click to view full size
    3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
    NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto.  You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

    This is kind of confusing, on the one hand you say "it says all images are there" and then you directly contradict this by saying "it is only showing 1 card's images at a time".
    Could you explain in a lot more detail what you see (and don't say "it", say exactly what part of Lightroom or what part of your operating system you are looking at), or show us a screen capture?

    The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

    You can force quit applications
    >Force quit
    if that does not work you can force quit a computer shut down by hold the power button for an extended period.
